Modern quality control of speech transmission is based on the use of objective assessment methods. Intrusive methods are the most accurate, but they increase the load on the communication network. This is due to an estimation algorithm using a comparison of the corrupted communication channel and reference speech signals. The presentation of information in the unitary number system has significant redundancy compared to number systems with a larger base. In addition, it is distinguished by the presence of the same repeating characters. This allows information compression based on run length coding to be used. Translation of numbers between number systems, depending on their type, is carried out by the following main methods: direct replacement;sequential division based on the new number system. Hardware translation of numbers from binary to unitary number system is performed using decoders. The reverse hardware translation of numbers from a unitary number system to a binary one is carried out using scramblers. When storing data in unitary code, the required number of bits is determined by the size of the maximum data file and will not increase with the number of saved data files with a smaller size. © 2021 IEEE.

In the next 5 years, the total amount of data transmitted from devices is likely to exceed the limit of 160 zettabytes, which is more than 3 times higher than the current value. As the volume of information increases, the volume of traffic also increases, so the possibility of maintaining a stable network operation is seen in the further deepening of virtualization, the transition from cloud to foggy computing and dew computing. The introduction of fog computing technology leads to changes in the algorithms of information transmission, processing and storage technologies, which allows users to receive new types of services at a new level, and the main scope of fog computing technology is the Internet of things. This paper examines the issues of building a cluster model designed for one of the types of boundary computing - the concept of dew computing. It involves user interaction with an electronic device, including the emergence of a new concept based on the emergence of an environment in which it is possible to lease memory on a device owned by another user-memory as a service. © 2021 IEEE.

This article is a continuation of the topic consideration of reverse intermodulation distortions (RIMD) analysis begun by the authors in [1] for class D RF power amplifiers (PA) with a resistive load in the voltage switching mode (Voltage Mode Class D - VMCD). In this article, a theoretical analysis of RIMD in class D RF PA with a resistive load in current switching (CMCD) and bridge (BMCD) modes was carried out. A comparison of the various circuits parameters requirements in order to achieve a given RIMD level not exceeding minus 70 dB showed that: - the VMCD circuit imposes the most stringent requirements for all influencing parameters: the switches saturation resistance variation should not exceed 20%, and the total switches saturation time deviation in any combination should not exceed 0.01, which is 2% from half a period; - the CMCD circuit allows a similar switches saturation time deviation, but the distortion in it does not depend on the difference in switches saturation resistance; - the BMCD circuit allows a 70% difference in the switches saturation resistance. The permissible total switches saturation time deviation depends on the operation mode and is 2.4% for overlapping and 18% for undercovering. The choice of the class D RF PA configuration used in a particular application is based on a large number of factors - efficiency, power level, the ability to work with collector (drain) modulation in a wide frequency range, resistance to load mismatch, element base, etc. The conducted research allows developers to take into account one more parameter - resistance to induced electromagnetic radiation.

To solve the problem of measuring the efficiency of electrically small portable and mobile antennas operating at HF and MF ranges, a calorimetric measurement method is considered. The method is based on the representation of the antenna as a physical system in which electromagnetic radiation is useful, and heat losses are detrimental. Measuring the heat loss of the antenna and its non-radiating equivalent allows you to estimate the efficiency. The description of the developed calorimetric installation for measuring the efficiency is given. Physical and technical features of its work are considered. For testing, a sample of a small-sized spiral antenna was selected, operating at a frequency of 1.9 MHz and matched with a 50 Ohm feedline with VSWR © 2021 IEEE.

The model of distributed power amplifier, built on field-effect transistors of model MRF 9045, is presented. AM -AM characteristic and AM - PM characteristic investigated on the basis of this amplifier circuit are presented. The construction of a distributed power amplifier circuit for simplified modeling of parametric nonlinear distortion is discussed. Simplified models of this type of amplifiers for the HF and UHF ranges are given. In a simplified model for the HF range, the parametric capacitances are built on the basis of the capacitance-voltage characteristics on the field-effect transistor of model BLF 278. In the simplified model for the UHF range, the parametric capacitances are built on the basis of the capacitance-voltage characteristics on the field-effect transistor of model MRF 9045. The features of constructing a simplified model of a distributed gain amplifier are discussed. On the basis of simplified models of parametric nonlinear distortion amplifiers, several cases of the influence of parametric capacitances are investigated such as: the influence of the input parametric capacitance, as well as the influence of the output parametric capacitance. The result of the research is the amplitude and phase-amplitude characteristics. The reasons for parametric nonlinear distortions and methods of their linearization are discussed. Further research tasks are presented. © 2021 IEEE.

The creation of one panorama from several images is today a popular user application in modern multimedia devices. Now, existing stitching methods strive to ensure maximum visual quality, while the algorithms allow the appearance of unreliable objects, such as additional lines and distorted proportions, which entails the loss of information. The task of the proposed method is to maximize the number of pixels in the original images. This gives advantages in the subsequent analysis of the merged images in areas such as security, pattern recognition, etc. In this paper, we present a method for forming a panorama with an increased resolution in the spatial direction with the possibility of a wide basis for the location of electrooptical converters for video analysis from moving platforms. Our method connects the pixel coordinates of the two images using graphs to optimally find the seam boundaries. An algorithm has also been developed to calculate a consistent alignment of overlapping frames. © 2021 IEEE.

The task of finding the optimal shortest path is a key task in routing, and new drivers of the development of data transmission technologies require improvements in devices, services and technologies, in particular, in order to adapt existing algorithms and methods for finding shortest paths for segment routing problems. In this case, the key element of determining the shortest path is the metric. Since determining the shortest paths is an important step in forming a composite path within segment routing, determining the correct metric has a strong impact on this process. Segment routing represents an important evolutionary step forward in the design, management and operation of modern transport networks, including the global Internet. This paper considers the possibility of determining the optimal paths between two arbitrary nodes in a composite network using the segment routing methodology. Discusses the relevance of the problem, the issues of determining the minimum path weight, the path with the minimum weight, achieving the minimum delay, determination of the shortest path with segmentation and the problem of the minimum delay path in the segment routing. © 2021 IEEE.

within the framework of this article ways to increase the stability of the satellite synchronization scheme of a broadcast single-frequency television network under the influence of interference are considered. The classification of interference affecting the reception of navigation signals (non-modulated, noise or masking, with a complex modulation law, imitation of a navigation signal) is given. An attack model is considered that describes the range of available options for jamming and simple substitution of navigation signals. Options for increasing the stability of the satellite synchronization scheme of a broadcast single-frequency television network are proposed based on two models of a synchronization device - based on a modified rubidium frequency standard and based on a navigation field parameter control unit. The paper presents a simplified test scheme and a list of devices used in the analysis of external influence on the reception of navigation signals. The description of synchronization algorithms for transmitters of single-frequency networks under the influence of intentional and unintentional interference, narrow-band/broadband interference and spoofing signals, as well as a description of ways to increase the probability of detecting the impact of interference is given. Recommendations on the application of the proposed models are given. © 2022 IEEE.

The article describes the development and training of a neural network model for recognizing diseases by cardiogram in application to driver support systems. The network is trained on the data set of The China Physiological Signal Challenge 2018, which includes rhythms that indicate conditions in which the driver may lose control of the vehicle. The architecture of the residual neural network was chosen for the study. The network with 7 residual blocks showed an accuracy of 90% or more for six of the seven classes. One of the classes was recognized with 79% accuracy, which is the minimum recognition accuracy for this network. To increase the accuracy of the network, the number of residual blocks was increased to 10. The new network showed a lower recognition result. Five of the seven classes were recognized with an accuracy of more than 90%, but the minimum accuracy of recognition has become 71%. Where were made the conclusions about the inexpediency of increasing the residual blocks and the need to use a complete set of data to increase the accuracy of the network. © 2021 IEEE.
