A mathematical approach is presented using a unified indicator of assessing economic security in the field of creating on-board complexes of technical equipment as a payload for installation on a given technical platform, based on an assessment of the probability of various kinds of threats and the probability of their successful reflection. Various methods for estimating probabilities are presented, their capabilities and applications are revealed. It is shown that machine learning methods in combination with probabilistic programming are most suitable for the requirements of the digital economy. The analysis of the possibilities of using machine learning technologies and assessing the probability of programming in assessing and predicting economic security in the formation of onboard automation systems based on the rear platform is carried out. © 2020 IEEE.

The problem of disturbances occurrence, include the effect of frequency tuning range limitation, in microwave generators is being discussed. This problem is especially actual in design of microwave generators for the board equipment. The frequency tuning range limitation effect mechanism is carried out. We show the specifics of this effect causes in a microwave resonators system specific and we described the effect with frequency generation conditions. The experiments with microwave generators with waveguide resonator were fulfilled and experimental results for generators on bipolar active device are given. © 2020 IEEE.

The article describes the use of neural network technologies for predicting humans heart activity within healthcare wireless systems. Developing algorithm could become a part of integrated system of driver support system embedded on board of the automobile. The trained algorithm is a convolutional neural network with memorizing of previous calculations. The model was trained on the original data set and showed poor classification accuracy on classes with a small number of examples. Expanding the number of examples allowed to increase the recognition accuracy of the two weakest classes by 8 and 19 %. © 2020 IEEE.

The article presents the current problems related to optimization of MSW (municipal solid waste) transportation and sorting. The relevance of this topic in the modern world is at the highest level, the amount of garbage is growing, and territories are limited, which leads to the issue of waste recycling. One of the modern technologies for automation of waste recycling plants was considered. And also, the economic aspect of processing, with the possibility of excluding a person from the process of monitoring the performance of the technological process.

The article proposes a computationally effective scheme of the dispersion distortions compensation device, based on a filter bank using the Farrow filter. The possibility of constructing a tracking compensator for dispersion distortions of broadband signals when transmitting them through the ionospheric channel is considered. The tracking compensator allows the estimation of dispersion distortions and their compensation. The results of simulation of the proposed algorithms are presented: the obtained estimate and the true value of the frequency dispersion parameters. © 2020 IEEE.

This paper investigates the effectiveness of the blind signal separation algorithm in the problem of detecting digital BPSK signals. The classical methods of blind separation of signals and criteria for signal independence are considered. A model of the studied algorithm for blind signal separation is shown, based on the calculation of a mixing matrix that brings the joint cumulants of the second and fourth orders to zero. To exclude a trivial solution, additional restrictions are imposed on signal dispersions. A system of equations for finding the mixing matrix coefficients is presented. The form of the coefficients of the mixing matrix is shown, which brings the signals to an uncorrelated form. The possibility of an analytical solution of the equation associated with the equality of the joint fourth-order cumulant to zero is shown. A model of modulation and detection of digital signals is described. The simulation result of the blind signal separation algorithm is presented graphically. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is shown.

For satellite radio navigation systems, an accelerated digital algorithm for estimating the synchronization parameters of spread spectrum signals is considered: time delay, carrier frequency, and initial frequency phase. signals of both a traditional structure and signals on non-harmonic subcarriers - binary, which corresponds to BOC (binary offset carrier modulated) signals, and multi-position, i.e. MOC (multi position offset carrier modulated) signals are considered. The novelty of the developed approach is the use of an accelerated algorithm for calculating the cross section of the real part of the uncertainty function of a spread spectrum signal along the time axis, taking into account the structure of the used pseudorandom sequence using the generalized fast Fourier transform. It is shown that the accuracy of time synchronization is significantly increased in the case of MOC-signals, due to weaker fluctuations of the real part of their autocovariance functions in the region of the main peak, in comparison with the other types of signals considered. © 2020 IEEE.

This article discusses the issues of practical implementation of the previously developed algorithms for intelligent tuning of operating frequencies in cognitive radio systems. Two SDR devices of the LimeSDR type were used as a model of the cognitive radio system. An OFDM signal with an adaptive signal-code structure is used as a system signal. Service information about the parameters of the signal-code structure and the number of the frequency channel of the next frame is transmitted in the pilot signal subcarriers. To implement the algorithm, special software has been developed. Experimental studies were carried out with the use of software, where it was shown that the use of an algorithm for predicting the occupancy of frequency channels can reduce the time of operational scanning of the spectrum.

The article considers the problem of the effect of intonation in speech transmitted over communication networks on the results of intrusive methods for assessing quality. It is determined that a change in intonation makes changes in the parameters of the speech signal identical to communication networks. Based on the analysis of the features of the functioning of methods for assessing the quality of speech transmission, their classification by the criterion of intonation influence is proposed. The principles of perception by users of complex composite numbers, as well as the mechanism and causes of the occurrence of perception errors are investigated. © 2020 IEEE.
