The paper considers a refined statement of the economic security control problem in the formation of a digital economy, developed on the basis of a probabilistic assessment of the implementation of organizational, technical and technological processes for ensuring economic security using a universal methodology. Methods and technologies for applying machine learning in control and ensuring of economic security, based on data from the information space of the digital economy, are given. A methodology and methods for assessing and predicting threats, assessing the vulnerability of economic systems and choosing the optimal strategy to counter them are proposed. Algorithms and the most suitable programming languages for the implementation of solutions to the problem are selected. The development of algorithms for the neural network approach and the use of monitoring and management of corporate communication networks is considered as the creation and management of new types of services in networks, which is an urgent task for modern corporations. This, in turn, also influenced the elements of the modern world, which are in constant motion or do not have constant locations. To achieve that goal, it is necessary to create algorithms for actions to improve the efficiency of building and automating the processes of creating and improving mobile corporate networks. An important task is to provide examples of corporate networks with the presented domains, taking into account their fragments. Depending on the type of fragment and its purpose, their differences are shown. The proposed method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of optimization as a procedure for choosing the optimal technological conditions for the functioning of a corporate network, indicating the high quality of all its components.

The methods of mathematical modeling of the cumulative sums algorithm in the problems of detecting signals with a random moment of occurrence in non-Gaussian noise are considered. The probability of false alarm errors and correct detection of imbalance based on the statistical characteristics of the algorithm of cumulative sums obtained by modeling real processes is calculated. An experimental distribution of the cumulative sum in state of imbalance at a current step for detection without reflecting or absorbing screens is obtained. A linear dependence between the means of the cumulative sum taken in separate sections is determined. Based on modeling real processes, the probability of correct detection and false alarm under the influence of non-Gaussian noise with a bimodal distribution is calculated. Effectiveness of cumulative sums algorithm both consistent and inconsistent with the density of the probability distribution of influencing noise is compared.

A new type of antenna system has been proposed - a configurable loop antenna with laser control. It is shown that the addition of semiconductor elements of the photoresistor type to the elements of the outer contour of the loop antenna makes it possible to significantly expand the functionality of the loop antenna and control the antenna characteristics using an external laser source. The paper presents the results of studies of characteristics of the transmission coefficient S11 of loop antennas composed of metal and semiconductor elements. It has been found that when a semiconductor element (photoresistor) is exposed to laser radiation, it is possible to effectively control the wave impedance of the antenna. In the range 0.3-800 MHz, the dependences of the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) and impedance on the radiation power of the laser module are obtained.

Frequency plan of the new standard of mobile communication systems 5G New Radio contain a large number of time division duplex bands. At the same time number of antennas in MIMO systems increases at the both sides on base station and on user equipment. The main goal of new technologies applying is to achieve high throughput according new enhanced mobile broadband scenarios: eMBB, uRLLC, mMTC. There are a lot of different methods for spatially signalsprocessing, including precoding, beamforming, space-time codes, antenna selection. We proposed combined precoding technique with antenna selection, based on channel reciprocity principle, implemented in frequency bands with TDD mode. Proposed precoding technique with antenna selection can significantly increase the energy efficiency of multi-antenna systems with antenna configurations of the considered type, where user equipment has a large number of antennas. In addition, the proposed precoding algorithm has a low computational complexity and does not require the high efficiency feedback channel.
