The model of distributed power amplifier, built on field-effect transistors of model MRF 9045, is presented. AM -AM characteristic and AM - PM characteristic investigated on the basis of this amplifier circuit are presented. The construction of a distributed power amplifier circuit for simplified modeling of parametric nonlinear distortion is discussed. Simplified models of this type of amplifiers for the HF and UHF ranges are given. In a simplified model for the HF range, the parametric capacitances are built on the basis of the capacitance-voltage characteristics on the field-effect transistor of model BLF 278. In the simplified model for the UHF range, the parametric capacitances are built on the basis of the capacitance-voltage characteristics on the field-effect transistor of model MRF 9045. The features of constructing a simplified model of a distributed gain amplifier are discussed. On the basis of simplified models of parametric nonlinear distortion amplifiers, several cases of the influence of parametric capacitances are investigated such as: the influence of the input parametric capacitance, as well as the influence of the output parametric capacitance. The result of the research is the amplitude and phase-amplitude characteristics. The reasons for parametric nonlinear distortions and methods of their linearization are discussed. Further research tasks are presented.

The present article introduces a definition of Blockchain, describes services implemented by this technology and the field of its application. The authors identify the main technical characteristics and their features associated with data transmission through the network. This article provides the operation principles of Blockchain technology and a block structure. The authors determine the network scheme working with blockchain transactions and the dependence of network characteristics on application parameters. The security aspects of data transmission within Blockchain technology are analyzed as well. The types of network attacks and Blockchain devices are listed in the article. In addition, the authors propose a Blockchain traffic identification model that allows discrediting the existing security mechanisms of this technology and makes services vulnerable to these attacks. Furthermore, the article offers recommendations on hiding the Blockchain traffic profile, which will significantly complicate its identification on the data network. © 2020 IEEE.

The task of finding the optimal shortest path is a key task in routing, and new drivers of the development of data transmission technologies require improvements in devices, services and technologies, in particular, in order to adapt existing algorithms and methods for finding shortest paths for segment routing problems. In this case, the key element of determining the shortest path is the metric. Since determining the shortest paths is an important step in forming a composite path within segment routing, determining the correct metric has a strong impact on this process. Segment routing represents an important evolutionary step forward in the design, management and operation of modern transport networks, including the global Internet. This paper considers the possibility of determining the optimal paths between two arbitrary nodes in a composite network using the segment routing methodology. Discusses the relevance of the problem, the issues of determining the minimum path weight, the path with the minimum weight, achieving the minimum delay, determination of the shortest path with segmentation and the problem of the minimum delay path in the segment routing.

The main goal of the work is to increase the near field measurement accuracy of antennas characteristics by performing calibration of planar scanner. This becomes possible when using the phaseless switching method for the diagnostics of amplitude and phase scanning errors. The novelty of the proposed solution lies in the fact that the phase state changing of the channel under calibration is performed without the usage of phase shifters by digital methods only. During the research process a simulation model of the calibration process was developed. That model was shown the convergence of the algorithm for any values of phase and amplitude errors. Special software for automatic estimation of measurement errors was developed. Experimental studies of a planar scanner in an anechoic chamber were carried out. The obtained results turn it possible to reduce the amplitude and phase measurement errors in the process of moving the scanner to values corresponding to the industrial standards of high-end devices. © 2020 IEEE.

At present days a promising direction is the development of information management systems design, allowing to describe the subject area in the form of a set objects. The purpose of this paper is to consider representation models knowledge in expert systems and highlighting the benefits of using object-based -approximate representation of knowledge about the design area radio device. This paper outlines the principles of construction object-oriented knowledge base management systems that would be compatible with existing programming languages with respect to structures representations of managed knowledge and would provide opportunities to integrate them into expert systems operating on the basis of the concept of open systems. It is proved that the most optimal is the separation of knowledge and meta-knowledge complex mixed types resulting from inheritance. At the same time, internal representation of complex objects formed as a result of inheritance, looks like inheritance chains. When working with complex this system automatically searches special links, allowing you to perform operations according to the SQL standard. © 2020 IEEE.

The subject of the study is 'cloud' services that are provided to customers in software-defined networks. The purpose of the work is to offer mathematical software for calculating the channel resource when implementing a 'cloud' service at the client's request and assess the possibility of providing it, taking into account the specifics of software-defined networks. The methodological basis of the work is made up of methods of theoretical analysis, mathematical modeling and method of generalization. The mathematical model is based on a proven method of sifted load for a multiservice network. Mathematical modeling was carried out for a generalized network structure using the MATLAB mathematical package. The results were obtained for the most frequently used number of channel units (from 1 to 10) and different network load, which makes it possible to put the proposed method into practice. Based on the results of an experimental study, conclusions and recommendations are made. © 2020 IEEE.

Interactive properties allow the space to participate in social relationship, becoming the driving force of people's communication with the space. Interactive environment becomes a vehicle behind social interaction between the users in real time, creating unique common experience and navigating them through space. A full scale prototype is used to examine fundamental and applied questions of sensorial response integration into spatial communication between people and interactive built environment as a proof of concept. The paper examines the effect of interactive space stimuli and the visitors' responsiveness to signals from the space in order to shape their behaviour within the space and find the most effective ways of communication between visitors and interactive environment. Performed tests and observations allowed to assess the new qualities of interactive environment in shaping visitors experience and behaviour within the space on both personal and social levels, linking the conclusions to cybernetic background of the paper. © 2020 IEEE.

One of the features of low earth orbit (LEO) mobile satellite systems is to deliver information to the data analytic centers. Many types of alarm information are collected by smart meters and video cameras that are placed where wired telecommunication is not possible due to the technical or economic meanings. It is supposed that requests for servicing are arriving to the data center following the Poisson model and each requiring exponentially distributed computing time. A data center consists of some number of computing units. Each unit processes the requests according to the Processor Sharing (PS) service discipline and cannot accept at the same time more than fixed number of requests. The mathematical model of load balancing between computing units is constructed. Two scenarios are considered: “static” when requests are routed to computing units according to the prescribed probabilities and “greedy” when requests are routed to the least loaded computing unit. Using the model, the main performance measures of interest are given with help of values of probabilities of model's stationary states. The recursive algorithm of performance measures estimation is suggested. The model and derived algorithms can be used for study the scenarios of traffic balancing at the data analytic centers.

IoT devices must remain operational for 10 years with one set of batteries. Most power is typically consumed by an RF power amplifier, which is necessary for transmitting data over a wireless radio channel in 5G networks. For this reason, the task of increasing the efficiency of an RF power amplifier is relevant. High efficiency can be achieved by using active element switching modes in combination with 'synthetic' amplification methods. This article analyzes the energy characteristics of a Class D switching power amplifier with a filter for two configurations: voltage mode and current mode for various transistor saturation times (Duty Ratio). Based on the analysis of time diagrams, integral equations are written, the solution of which allows us to derive calculation formulas. The results of calculations are presented. It is shown that the mode of working with meanders is most advantageous, while the VMCD circuit should work at τsat≤π, and in the CMCD circuit should work at τsat≥π. © 2020 IEEE.

We have developed a methodology that allows to develop recommendations for choosing a place to start lane changing with the intention to make a turn at a crossroad and choosing the duration of traffic light phases, and these durations may vary depending on the time of day. This methodology could be made on the basis of field measurements and a mathematical model of the traffic flow on a section of a multi-lane highway. There are actual to use Smart Light in ITS to control traffic on crossroads and to optimize the choice of traffic light phase durations. The developed model allows to calculate the distribution of traffic intensities on a section of a multi-lane highway. To verify and calibrate the model the distribution of traffic intensities has been calculated for a section of Leningradsky prospect, Moscow. The results of these measurements were compared with data obtained in measurements on the section. The model is based on the deterministic-stochastic control for traffic modeling in accordance of that the traffic flow is represented as the sum of the deterministic and stochastic components. The deterministic component corresponds to the velocity of a lattice movement, and the stochastic component corresponds to the velocity of the average particle movement. Using the deterministic-stochastic approach, we can obtain more exact evaluations of traffic characteristics.
