The design of HF radio transmitters with a power more than 300W requires the use of summing devices that combine the powers of individual amplifiers. The use of combiners leads to the complication of the transmitter and increase its dimensions and weight, which is very critical for onboard equipment. Attempts to develop a broadband amplifier with a power 1500 ... 1800 W on a modern LDMOS transistor revealed certain difficulties associated with the parasitic parameters of a powerful amplifier. To achieve high output power of a transistor amplifier, it is necessary to reduce the load resistance of the output circuit of the final stage. In this case, the negative influence of the parasitic parameters of the output oscillatory circuit increases. The dissipation inductance of the transformer-short circuit and the mounting inductance in a class AB linear amplifier cause an increased voltage level of the even harmonics of the oscillatory voltage at the transistor drains, which reduces the attainable power of the amplifier while maintaining its safe mode of operation. The energy stored in parasitic inductances in switching amplifiers can lead to the destruction of transistors by self-induction voltage. In this article, we propose a mode of operation of transistors in a switching mode, which ensures high energy efficiency and full use of transistors in terms of power. The proposed mode can be successfully applied as part of an amplifier implemented using the Envelope Elimination and Restoration method (EER, also known as the Kahn technique). This method are most preferred for use in onboard devices where the supply power is limited.

The work is devoted to the analysis of digital methods for extracting linear and periodic components in highly noisy signals of radio engineering systems. When analyzing random data, situations often arise when it is necessary to find out whether observations or estimates of signal parameters are statistically independent or whether they are subject to a trend - a monotonic or periodic change in the properties of systems or processes. This problem acquires special significance in the analysis of non-stationary data, in which it is necessary to reliably identify the presence of a trend or identify their parameters against the background of random changes (in single measurements).

The article explores the methodology of complex analysis of ways effective management of production systems. A generalized approach to the decomposition of modern digital systems based on physical control actions, signal transmission ways and generalized principles of control system construction is investigated. Additional control physical effects act as one of the target factors of intensification. A generalized formulation of the problem of optimal control of complex multistage processes is proposed, considering the main perturbing processes and a piecewise-constant functions of the local tasks. Methods of search of new technical solutions by means of the morphological analysis as the tool of systemic and cybernetic approaches in scientific research are proved. Intensification of control systems is aimed at increasing their economic efficiency as a result on search for technological resources, of purposeful influence traffic flows and so on. The formulated principles of hierarchy, selectivity, openness, and mutual consistency, which are not exhaustive, but are closely interrelated and determine the application of methods of hierarchically interconnected control, considering the intensification of systems when choosing the control factors, as well as of physical impacts. The proposed approach leads to the possibility of intensification of high-tech industrial production processes and transport systems, and so can be implemented in the process of their technical operation. Identification of possible physical effects, synchronization of signals is a key factor in using the proposed methodology. The modular system of transport companies allows for flexible and transparent management of the system as a set of individual elements. Generalized goal-oriented models are applicable in many branches of industrial production, including the intensification of transport systems and business processes of enterprises.

Calculation was made of optimal structures for constellations of discrete modulation where the maximum information quantity is provided per one symbol. Results were achieved for regular practical application conditions with limitation on the peak power of the transmitted signal. It is established that multi-ring constellations with a different number of points on each of the rings are optimal. It is shown that with an increase in the signal-to-noise ratio, the optimal multi-ring structure of constellation undergoes changes consisting in a gradual increase in the radii of the inner rings, the appearance of new positions in the vicinity of the center of the constellation and an increase in the total number of constellation points. Rings located farther from the center of the constellation always have a larger number of points than rings located closer to the center. It is found that the typical QPSK modulation, starting with a signal-to-noise ratio of 5 dB, loses to the optimal constellations in terms of the information capacity of a single symbol by a value of 0.67 dB or more in the representation of effective losses for the useful signal level. Is found that the information capacity of the optimal multi-ring constellation practically does not depend on the initial phases of the uniform points positions distributions on rings. It is also established that for each signal-to-noise ratio there is a minimum value of points of the optimal constellation starting from which the information capacity not increase.

In this paper, the method is proposed for compensating for distortion of signals transmitted in a fiber-optic link, based on the inclusion of an analog optical in-verse nonlinear phase filter. The proposed implementation of the restoring analog optical nonlinear phase filter. The simulation results are presented, which demonstrate the ability to compensate for nonlinear distortions and restore pulse signals in a fiber-optic transmission line using the proposed filter. It is shown that the quality of the restoration largely depends on the admissibility of the linear approximation for the exponential characteristic of the nonlinear filter.

The article describes the development of a hardware-software complex for monitoring the health status of a vehicle driver, which uses portable devices to control the physiological parameters of a person and transfers data to a mobile terminal or uploads it to a cloud server for data analysis.

One of the features of low earth orbit (LEO) mobile satellite systems is to deliver information to the data analytic centers. Many types of alarm information are collected by smart meters and video cameras that are placed where wired telecommunication is not possible due to the technical or economic meanings. It is supposed that requests for servicing are arriving to the data center following the Poisson model and each requiring exponentially distributed computing time. A data center consists of some number of computing units. Each unit processes the requests according to the Processor Sharing (PS) service discipline and cannot accept at the same time more than fixed number of requests. The mathematical model of load balancing between computing units is constructed. Two scenarios are considered: “static” when requests are routed to computing units according to the prescribed probabilities and “greedy” when requests are routed to the least loaded computing unit. Using the model, the main performance measures of interest are given with help of values of probabilities of model's stationary states. The recursive algorithm of performance measures estimation is suggested. The model and derived algorithms can be used for study the scenarios of traffic balancing at the data analytic centers.

Professional radiotelephone communication in System 112 can be implemented using TETRA standards equipment. We use the methods of teletraffic theory to describe the functioning of standard equipment TETRA. The system allows you to serve calls with failures or with waiting, as well as in half-duplex and duplex modes. The resource of radio channels is limited. Denial of service may occur in the aftermath of an emergency. Consider the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the TETRA network as a means of reducing denial of service in emergencies. The grouping of unmanned systems with repeaters on board will allow you to organize a self-organizing network, to ensure its reliable automatic operation in the event of the failure of some nodes.

This article discusses the fundamental features of the application of the decision support system on the example of solving the problem of planning the process of managing technical systems of wireless access to Enterprise Infocommunication Network. The purpose of this article is to consider approaches to the automatic selection of the optimal technical solution for promising business and technological process management systems based on the methods of spectral analysis and analysis of hierarchies. The system analysis technique is developed and applied if the decision-maker does not have the necessary information about a certain situation, allowing it to formalize and find a solution to the problem. Decision-making in management activities is based on a specific type of intellectual activity - information and analytical activities, as a set of activities for the search, collection, processing of information, its assessment, analysis and forecasting of the state of the control object. The importance of information and analytical activities in modern conditions is sharply increasing due to the following reasons: a sharp increase in the volume of information processed in the course of decision-making on management; the difficulty of identifying and establishing cause-and-effect relationships in information about the existing area of management; the complexity of process automation in advanced business and technological process management systems. This necessitates the creation within the framework of a promising automated control system of its specific part - a decision support system. The proposed method of Spectral Analysis Method and the Hierarchy Analysis Method of automatic selection of the optimal technical solution for promising control systems allows automating the process of evaluating the effectiveness and choosing the optimal technical system, in particular, choosing the most optimal means of wireless access to the corporate infocommunication network.

We have developed a methodology that allows to develop recommendations for choosing a place to start lane changing with the intention to make a turn at a crossroad and choosing the duration of traffic light phases, and these durations may vary depending on the time of day. This methodology could be made on the basis of field measurements and a mathematical model of the traffic flow on a section of a multi-lane highway. There are actual to use Smart Light in ITS to control traffic on crossroads and to optimize the choice of traffic light phase durations. The developed model allows to calculate the distribution of traffic intensities on a section of a multi-lane highway. To verify and calibrate the model the distribution of traffic intensities has been calculated for a section of Leningradsky prospect, Moscow. The results of these measurements were compared with data obtained in measurements on the section. The model is based on the deterministic-stochastic control for traffic modeling in accordance of that the traffic flow is represented as the sum of the deterministic and stochastic components. The deterministic component corresponds to the velocity of a lattice movement, and the stochastic component corresponds to the velocity of the average particle movement. Using the deterministic-stochastic approach, we can obtain more exact evaluations of traffic characteristics.
