In this paper, studies have been conducted to improve the synchronization efficiency by the peaks of the cyclic autocorrelation function of the cyclic prefix (CP) OFDM symbols of the LTE technology frame sent by the base station to the mobile user at the first synchronization stage. Three options for filling the CP and an equal number of elements of the end of the symbols of the frame are considered: the basic variant, when the CP is formed by transferring modulated elements of pseudorandom sequences (PRS) from the end of the symbol; the CP is formed from multiphase CAZAC (Constant amplitude zero autocorrelation waveform) sequences with the end of the symbols filled with the same sequences in the case of transmission by the station of "empty" symbols in the central part of the frequency range of the frame; the CP is formed from the sum of modulated PRS and multiphase sequences with the end of the symbols filled with the same sum of sequences in the case when the station does not transmit "empty" symbols in the central part of the frequency range of the frame. On the receiving side, the information of the end of OFDM symbols is restored in the devices of mobile users to whom the resources of the central frequency range of the LTE DL frame are distributed. The Zadoff–Chu (ZC) and Frank (Fr) sequences were used as multiphase CAZAC sequences; the PRS modulation types are QPSK or 64QAM. This study was carried out by simulation modeling in MATLAB for the Rayleigh communication channel model with delay profiles for the dense urban development (ETU) variant and with the addition of additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN); options for choosing the signal ratio/ noise SNR=0dB, 10dB, 50dB. The criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of one or another variant of filling the CP OFDM symbols are the results of calculations of the mathematical expectation of the search time and entering into synchronism and its variance.

The main tasks are discussed in this paper such as in the construction of transmitters of digital television broadcasting, in particular the task of constructing a universal preamplifier, which can be used regardless of any particular channel. Distributed amplifiers permit to build wide-range power amplifiers with constant gain in the preset frequency range. The main feature of the construction of distributed amplifiers is using input and output capacitances of amplifying device in the artificial transmission lines. The main advantages and disadvantages of this type of amplifiers are presented in the paper. The method of calculation of distributed amplifier for UHF and the research its energetic characteristics are discussed in the paper. The further research tasks for this type of amplifier are given.

The ability of society to synthesize modern knowledge and successfully apply it in practice in all areas of activity assumes special importance under modern difficult conditions. This relevant knowledge is a kind of driver for the formation of the scientific and technical potential of the state, as well as ensuring the quality of the population's life, safety, and well-being of society as a whole. The leading role in the implementation of such processes now belongs to higher education. The effectiveness of the implementation of a hierarchical set of educational processes determines the quality of absolutely all processes in society. Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) make it possible to create unique conditions and opportunities for the synthesis of innovative knowledge. However, the achievement of the relevant goals (organizational, technological, economic, financial, social, political, etc.) is determined not only by the available conditions (favourable and not favorable) for the implementation of a particular activity but primarily by the effectiveness of their management. Managing the objects, phenomena and processes in the education sector, based on the ideas of both systemic and cybernetic approaches, involves the formalization of a set of goals that must be achieved as the final result, and the processes for implementing a targeted impact (influence) on management objects, as well as criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of this activity. In fact, a hierarchical set of models of educational processes and systems should be synthesized, the key moment for the creation of which is the hypothesis of some correlation between the parameters of the control actions of the management entity and the gradient of the parameters` state of the educational system itself, as an object of management. The main goal of the work is to increase the near field measurement accuracy of antennas characteristics by performing calibration of planar scanner. This becomes possible when using the phaseless switching method for the diagnostics of amplitude and phase scanning errors. The novelty of the proposed solution lies in the fact that the phase state changing of the channel under calibration is performed without the usage of phase shifters by digital methods only. During the research process a simulation model of the calibration process was developed. That model was shown the convergence of the algorithm for any values of phase and amplitude errors. Special software for automatic estimation of measurement errors was developed. Experimental studies of a planar scanner in an anechoic chamber were carried out. The obtained results turn it possible to reduce the amplitude and phase measurement errors in the process of moving the scanner to values corresponding to the industrial standards of high-end devices.

The description and research results of characteristics of the patented by the authors BPSK signal shaper based on the globally linearized synchronization system (GLSS) are presented. GLSS is a phase locked loop (PLL) system with an unconventional structure optimized for speed in transient operation mode in accordance with the Pontryagin maximum principle. The structural algorithm of shaper provides the implementation of binary phase manipulation by the method of sequentially synchronizing system at neighboring points of stable equilibrium located on the phase portrait of GLSS, in contrast to traditional PLL, with a period of π radians. With using simulation program methods illustrate the possibilities of generating a BPSK signal directly at a carrier frequency of 6.4 GHz, with an information transfer rate of 300 Mbit/s. The obtained results indicate the promise of using a synchronous BPSK signal shaper based on GLSS in applications requiring high values of information transfer rates and signals shaping in the microwave range at the operating frequency of the infocommunication system, under conditions when the programmable element base is no longer applicable.

Interactive properties allow the space to participate in social relationship, becoming the driving force of people's communication with the space. Interactive environment becomes a vehicle behind social interaction between the users in real time, creating unique common experience and navigating them through space. A full scale prototype is used to examine fundamental and applied questions of sensorial response integration into spatial communication between people and interactive built environment as a proof of concept. The paper examines the effect of interactive space stimuli and the visitors' responsiveness to signals from the space in order to shape their behaviour within the space and find the most effective ways of communication between visitors and interactive environment. Performed tests and observations allowed to assess the new qualities of interactive environment in shaping visitors experience and behaviour within the space on both personal and social levels, linking the conclusions to cybernetic background of the paper.

The present article introduces a definition of Blockchain, describes services implemented by this technology and the field of its application. The authors identify the main technical characteristics and their features associated with data transmission through the network. This article provides the operation principles of Blockchain technology and a block structure. The authors determine the network scheme working with blockchain transactions and the dependence of network characteristics on application parameters. The security aspects of data transmission within Blockchain technology are analyzed as well. The types of network attacks and Blockchain devices are listed in the article. In addition, the authors propose a Blockchain traffic identification model that allows discrediting the existing security mechanisms of this technology and makes services vulnerable to these attacks. Furthermore, the article offers recommendations on hiding the Blockchain traffic profile, which will significantly complicate its identification on the data network.

The concept of organizing interference compensation when receiving a radio signal by the multipath antenna system is considered. Methods for improving the quality of radio signal reception in a complex interference environment with the definition of a promising method for use are considered and analyzed. Schemes for constructing a dish antenna system of a compensation antenna with the development of recommendations for construction are considered and analyzed. Variants of technical solutions for creating a broadband antenna feed are considered, an analysis of the results is carried out, and proposals for further research are formulated.

Theoretical and experimental evaluation of the crosstalk between transmission lines of the printed circuit boards (PCB) induced by the electromagnetic interference emitted by the random signals with cyclostationary properties are presented. The quantitative analysis of the crosstalk between two adjacent lines was evaluated by the bit error ratio (BER) of the communication link. The interference signal measured by the real time digital oscilloscope was characterized as a cyclostationary stochastic process. The cyclic averaging of the induced interference reveals the instantaneous periodic power corresponding to the variance of the probability density function (PDF). The PDF was obtained from the amplitude histograms constructed for each instant of time over the bit duration. Experimental evaluation of the BER for the communication link influenced by the voltage crosstalk was performed.

The paper presents a developed framework based on several neural networks with fine tuning for predicting CQI based on the time series of SINR values in order to select the best MCS on the eNB side, taking into account fading in the radio channel in downlink. A comparative analysis of the performance of modern architectures in solving the problem of forecasting time series and substantiating the choice of LSTM as the core of the predictive framework is performed. A comparative analysis of the learning algorithms of the architectures under consideration is performed. The choice of the model is justified and the performance evaluation of the developed framework is given. The choice of parameters of the developed predictive framework is justified.
