This paper is built upon prior research on enterprise knowledge sharing. Our objective is toexplore the role of affect among knowledge workers on adoption of knowledge sharing tools(KST). We examine twodifferent constructs:positive affect and negative affect and their relationships. These affective constructs will be added intoTAM(Technology Adoption Model) developed by Davis. Positive affect like joy, happiness, contentment, interest and enthusiasm have been largely neglected in both basic and applied disciplines that deal with affect. A lot of researchers pay attention tostudy on negative affect;this is because positive affect poses more difficulties in information systems research. Hence a lot of models on affect that were developed neglected the role of positive affectin these studies. As more research works focus on different states of affect by Information Systems researchers, this provides us with strong basis tojustify and rationalize the need toconsider states of affectin our research works. This study uses survey toconduct an empirical investigation. Our instruments are designed based on the Technology Affect Scale developed by Perlusz [23]. The data collected will be analyzed toensure internal consistency and reliability of variables is achieved. This research study was among the first touse Technology Acceptance model embedding the role of affectin the context of enterprise knowledge sharing using knowledge tools.

Fishery industry has been developed rapidly in recent years. To establish an accurate and automatic fishery forecast system becomes concern of industrialists and even researchers. Existing fisheries forecast approaches mainly rely on typical common-used classification models. However, there still not exists systematical evaluation and empirical research for these approaches, which leads to application confusion in fisheries forecast field. To address this problem, three typical classification forecast models, logistic regression, Naive Bayes and J48 decision tree, are studied through sufficient experiments and comparison in this paper. In addition, a synthetical evaluation approach is proposed and implemented. The empirical research results show that the size of sample dataset heavily impacts the accuracy and efficiency of each classification model. When the scale of training dataset is larger, the Naive Bayes model fits more;when the attributes of training dataset have strong correlation, correspondingly, J48 decision tree model has more advantages.

As one of the most widely used storage devices today, hard drives are efficient and convenient, but their failure can cause significant losses. Therefore, early warning of hard drive failures, facilitating timely backup and transfer of stored content, is crucial to minimizing these losses. In recent years, research on hard drive failure prediction has been emerging continuously. However, many models suffer from short prediction times spans and low accuracy, which can lead to insufficient time for data backup. To address this issue, this paper proposes a Cross- Validation Accuracy Weighted Probability Ensemble model (CAWPE) to extend the failure detection cycle. By in-corporating a softmax function in the model's output layer, the interpretability of the model's output is enhanced. Experimental results show that the improved ensemble learning model significantly outperforms baseline models, including BP neural networks, random forests, and LSTM, on datasets of various hard drive models.

A SDRAM like conventional memories can be affected by the occurrence of single event upsets(SEUs) which can lead toserious faults such as single-bit error. In order tocope with this effect of SEUs, a fault-tolerant SDRAM controller is proposed instead of previous approaches that required modifications tothe internal structure of the SDRAM itself. For one thing, an optimized encoder and decoder based the(40, 32) Hamming code are integrated toeliminate the problem of single-bit error. Moreover, in the context of error correction, a write request shift register chain is adopted toprefetch the subsequence write requests, and simultaneously a data correction shift register chain is applied tohide the delay of write-back intothe following accesses. Besides, with the dynamic combination of twochains, a reconfigurable new chain can be generated toachieve the goal that the burst read data, corrected data and requested write data can be issued seamlessly. Simulation results show that, the optimized encoder and decoder reduce 16.45% area overhead with the slight delay, and the proposed structure could alsoreduce 11.2% execution time of the test program.

In today's global economic integration, the direction of global innovation is moving toward open innovation, and in the open innovation environment, cross-organizational, cross-regional open innovation teams have become the main carrier of knowledge innovation. In the open team knowledge innovation process, the level of the match between the knowledge possessed by the team members and the knowledge needed for the innovation task and the level of trust among the team members are the two most important factors in improving the knowledge innovation capability and innovation efficiency of the team. In this paper, these two key factors were targeted, and a method for identifying knowledge innovation team members in an open environment was proposed. Further, a corresponding model describing this technique was constructed. The experimental results showed that the proposed method for identifying knowledge innovation team members in an open environment can identify the right team members in an open environment based on the level of the match between the knowledge required by the knowledge innovation task and the knowledge possessed by the team members and the level of trust among the team members. The team members identified met the knowledge requirements of the team's innovation task and also demonstrated a high level of trust.

Intelligent video surveillance system has an important role in group behavior analysis. In the literature, several multi-tracking identification systems have been proposed to detect the group behavior through determining motion trajectory of the individual pedestrian. In this paper, a matrix based temporal recursive positional identification method is extended to determine and track the trajectory of each person including the person who newly enters into or exits from the observation region. The surveillance area is divided into different observation zones and each zone has one camera which detects the presence of each person. Given the geometrical structure of the observation zone, the topological relation, represented by a matrix, is established. The extended matrix-based algorithm first divides the topological relation into three sub-relations which represent the potential movements of newly entering-into-zone, exiting-from-zone, and moving-between-zones persons. Different methods are used to determine their motion trajectories. Experimental results conclude the effectiveness and correctness of the extended algorithm.

In this paper, real-time recognition and tracking of multiple similar targets at 6-DOF motion is studied. A realtime multi-target recognition algorithm is proposed and implemented based on Marker to solve the difficult problem of distinguishing multiple similar targets. Because the lighting conditions of markers at 6-DOF motion are widely changeable, existing marker recognition algorithms are sensitive to it and the recognition rate is too low to achieve the tracking task. To solve the problem, a triple dynamic threshold algorithm as preprocess method is purposed to reduce the sensitivity to illumination. A novel contour filter tragedy is brought out to enhance the reliability of the system. Comparing to tradition local feature matching method, an improved region coding method is brought out to distinguish different markers. There is no need of any pre-registration and template matching, therefore, our system achieves real-time recognition even if the number of markers increases sharply. Finally, comparing our algorithm to ARTool Kit, the experimental results show that our system has higher efficiency and robustness at 6-DOF motion.

Based on a vivid simulation training environment, substation secondary circuit simulation system can improve the training effect for substation operation. During practical training, some virtual measurement instruments have to be used. It is necessary to discuss the technology implementation of virtual measurement system of substation secondary simulation circuit. The model of virtual digital multimeter taken as a typical example is development, which takes into account the intelligent warning function which can point out the trainee errors, and also can cause less damage to the instruments. Meanwhile, communication middleware is designed to make the communication between virtual measurement system and substation secondary simulation circuit system. And, many virtual measurement instruments can be used simultaneously so that measuring and correcting in substation secondary simulation circuit can be achieved. In a word, virtual measuring system is implemented in practical training of substation secondary circuit maintenance, which has high fidelity simulation, obtains good results, reflects the advantages of virtual environment.

Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is a powerful and noninvasive imaging technique for eye ground imaging. This method is usually used to assist glaucoma diagnosis nowadays. We propose a novel automated method for the segmentation of choroid layer in OCT image. Our approach is based on normalized cut algorithm, which aims at extracting the global impression of an image and treat image segmentation as a graph partitioning problem. However, due to the complexity of the layer structure of eye ground and choroid layer itself, we employ a series of preprocessing algorithms to make the cut more deterministic and accurate. Furthermore, to make the cutting algorithm focused on cutting in a horizontal manner instead of meaningless vertical cuts, we slice the image into small slices plumb and run the normalized cut algorithm respectively on these slices. After that, we combine them together to get a global cut on the original image. We calculate the thickness of choroid layer, which is a key factor for diagnosis. We used the thickness as the major factor to measure our performance. The mean relative error of the algorithm is about 0.04 compared with manual segmentation performed by oculists. The proposed method was tested on a database including more than eight hundred images of fifty healthy people between 20 and 50 years old.

There are a variety of recipe recommendation methods based on user's preferences, nutrition balance, or user's health condition. However, there is little study on recipe recommendation considering flavor preferences of regional cuisines, which is helpful for a restaurant to plan on launching dishes from other regions, and to be well received by the local people. Therefore, we propose a method to recommend a restaurant the dishes of other regions in terms of flavor similarity among the regional cuisines in China. Firstly, we quantify ingredient preferences of a regional cuisine by TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) and then score the dishes of regional cuisines by ingredients preference. Secondly, the cosine theorem is used to compute the flavor similarities between regional cuisines. Thirdly, inspired by the Tidal-Trust algorithm, we compose the score of regional recipes and the flavor similarity between regional cuisines into a recommendation. Lastly, the top N dishes of other regions are recommended to a restaurant. The results of our questionnaire evaluation for the dishes recommended using the proposed method were that the mean satisfaction degree of two professional chefs is 77%, and the satisfaction degrees of 75 percent of the rest respondents are all above 70%.
