军校青年文职教员作为军事教育的中坚力量,其综合能力的提升对于军校教育质量和军事人才培养具有至关重要的影响。文章在综述国内外相关研究的基础上,通过现状调查与问题分析,深入探讨了军校青年文职教员在思想政治素质、军事素养、教学能力、科研创新能力以及团队协作与沟通能力等方面的现状与挑战。据此,构建了一套包含教育培训体系优化、实践锻炼平台搭建、激励保障机制完善以及文化氛围营造的多维度综合能力培养路径。实践证明,这一系统性培养路径能够有效提升军校文职教员的综合能力,为军队现代化建设输送更多高素质的军事人才。As a vital force in military education, the enhancement of the comprehensive abilities of civilian instructors in military academies is closely related to the quality of military education and the cultivation of military talents. Based on a review of relevant research both at home and abroad, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation into the current situation and challenges faced by civilian instructors in military academies, focusing on ideological and political quality, military literacy, teaching abilities, scientific research innovation abilities, and team collaboration and communication skills. Consequently, a multi-dimensional comprehensive ability training path is established, encompassing the optimization of the education and training system, the development of practical training platforms, the improvement of incentive and guarantee mechanisms, and the fostering of a cultural atmosphere. Evidence suggests that this systematic training path can effectively elevate the comprehensive abilities of civilian instructors in military academies, thereby providing more high-quality military talents for the modernization of the military.

The objective is to harmonize traditional educational practices with contemporary pedagogical philosophies, thereby achieving a seamless synthesis of knowledge dissemination and skill development. Through a comprehensive literature review, in-depth case analyses, and a thorough examination of stakeholder satisfaction, this paper elucidates the strengths, challenges, and strategic implementations of the hybrid teaching model that merges the breadth of large lectures with the intimacy of small-group discussions.
