目的探讨血清铁与中老年社区获得性肺炎(community-acquired pneumonia,CAP)疾病识别的相关性。方法选取2019年10月至2024年7月于福建医科大学附属福州市第一总医院口腔专科院区住院治疗的中老年CAP患者137例作为研究对象。采用Logistic回归分析对血清铁造成影响的危险因素。采用受试者操作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC曲线)评价独立影响因素及联合应用预测效能。结果白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、D-二聚体、感染部位及感染范围是导致血清铁异常的危险因素,上述6项指标单独预测中老年CAP患者发生血清铁异常的曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)分别为0.755、0.730、0.676、0.725、0.594、0.628,联合应用预测的AUC为0.883。结论血清铁水平变化与中老年CAP疾病识别存在一定关联。
