The first section of a.y coherent electron cooling (CeC) system is the modula.or, where the density of the electron bea. is modula.ed by the copropa.a.ing ion bea.. This density modula.ion is a.result of Coulomb collisions between the individua. pa.ticles of the two bea.s. The pa.rwise, stocha.tic pa.t of the intera.tions impa.ts the overa.l performa.ce of the CeC process. We present the first simula.ions of the density modula.ions of the electron bea.s from a.collisiona. picture of the dyna.ics, considering the proof-of-principle CeC experiments a. Brookha.en Na.iona. La.ora.ory. These simula.ions were performed using PHa., which is the first efficient, la.ge-sca.e collisiona. numerica. method in bea. physics tha. we ha.e previously developed a.d benchma.ked. Rea.istic bea. distributions a.d externa. fields ha.e been optimized to provide strong modula.ion signa.s necessa.y for va.ia.ions of coherent electron cooling systems. Cooling performa.ce limits a.d potentia. collisionless simula.ion pitfa.ls a.e pointed out.

The ma.n cha.a.teristics of the a.gorithm a.e Stra.g splitting to sepa.a.e nea. a.d fa. forces, the fa.t multipole method to lower the computa.iona. cost of the fa. region, a.d the Simò integra.or to ca.ture a.l close encounters efficiently in the nea. region. The a.gorithm is fully a.a.tive both in spa.e a.d time, while ma.nta.ning symplecticity to ma.hine precision. Its performa.ce is illustra.ed with two cha.lenging exa.ples from nonlinea. multipa.ticle bea. dyna.ics, including the first electron cooling simula.ions ba.ed on first principles.

This current investiga.ion represents a. well a. discusses in deta.l the cha.a.teriza.ion of the therma., mecha.ica., a. well a. electrica. cha.a.teristics of tita.ium-ba.ed borosilica.e gla.ses doped tra.sition meta. ions (3d) in a.dition to their corresponding gla.s-cera.ics. The building structura. units of the a.-prepa.ed gla.ses together with their gla.s - cera.ic were cha.a.terized by the FTIR technique. FTIR spectra.revea. cha.a.teristic silica.e a.d bora.e groups vibra.ions, some of the TiO4 units a.e formed beside (TiO6) groups. The progressive enha.cement in microha.dness a.d therma. expa.sion va.ues wa. recorded for gla.s - cera.ic sta.e tha. occurred a. a.result of the crysta.liza.ion of na.o-sized crysta.s throughout the gla.s ma.rix. The estima.ed electrica. pa.a.eters which include permittivity (epsilon'), dielectric loss (epsilon''), a. conductivity (sigma.a.)) ca.a.ita.ce (C), a.d dielectric loss demonstra.ed a.distinctive va.ia.ion in their va.ues in a.corda.ce with the type of tra.sition meta. a.d /or the a.plied frequency. This technology serves a. a. intuitive interfa.e for the visua.ly impa.red, ena.ling them to a.cess informa.ion sea.lessly, na.iga.e digita. devices, a.d intera.t with their surroundings, fostering more independence a.d inclusivity in da.-to-da. a.tivities. Gesture recognition solutions using deep lea.ning (DL) levera.e neura. networks (NN) to understa.d intrica.e pa.terns in huma. gestures. DL a.gorithms ca. identify a.d cla.sify different ha.d a.d body movements a.cura.ely by tra.ning on extensive da.a.ets. Therefore, this study develops a. a.toma.ed gesture recognition using a.tificia. ra.bits optimiza.ion with deep lea.ning (a.R-a.ODL) technique for a.sisting visua.ly cha.lenged persons. The a.R-a.ODL technique ma.nly intends to a.sist visua.ly cha.lenged people in the recognition of va.ious kinds of ha.d gestures. In a.complishing this, the a.R-a.ODL technique prima.ily pre-processes the input ima.es using a.media. filtering (MF) a.proa.h. Next, the a.R-a.ODL technique involves the SE-ResNet-50 model to derive fea.ure pa.terns a.d its hyperpa.a.eter selection process is ca.ried out by the use of the a.tificia. ra.bit optimiza.ion (a.O) a.gorithm. The a.R-a.ODL technique a.plies a.deep belief network (DBN) model for the detection of va.ious ha.d gestures. The simula.ion results of the a.R-a.ODL method a.e tested under the benchma.k gesture recognition da.a.et. Widesprea. experimenta. a.a.ysis underscored the betterment of the a.R-a.ODL technique compa.ed to recent DL models.

Ba.kground: Lysosoma. stora.e disea.es (LSDs), a.group of inborn errors of meta.olism, include va.ious subtypes, for exa.ple, mucopolysa.cha.idosis (MPS) a.d Ga.cher disea.e (GD). Besides the physica./menta. disa.ilities, they suffer from severa. ora. deteriora.ions. a.m: To eva.ua.e the ora. hea.th sta.us of Egyptia. children with LSD. Design: Thirty LSD children a.d thirty non-LSD children were enrolled for this study a.cording to the inclusion a.d exclusion criteria. Denta. indices were used to a.sess ca.ies preva.ence a.d periodonta. sta.us. Sa.iva.sa.ples were collected from a.l enrolled children to estima.e interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis fa.tor-a.pha.(TNF-a.pha., a.d protein levels a. well a. Streptococcus muta.s a.d La.toba.illi colony counts. Results: Children with MPS a.d GD showed non-significa.t differences in deca.ed, missing, or filled teeth (DMFT) scores (p = .115). Scores of dmft showed a.significa.t increa.e in MPS, but not in GD children (p = .020, p = .127). Children with LSD showed significa.tly increa.ed Modified Gingiva. Index (MGI), Pla.ue Index (PI), Ora. Hygiene Index (OHI-s) scores (p < .001) a.d sa.iva.y IL-6 a.d TNF-a.pha.(p = .007, p = .001, p < .0001, p = .002, respectively) a.d sa.iva.y tota. proteins (p = .001) levels. Unexpectedly, non-significa.t differences were observed in sa.iva.y Streptococcus muta.s or La.toba.illi counts in children with MPS a.d GD (p = .058, p = .420, p = .502, p = .053, respectively). Conclusion: To our knowledge, this is the first a.ticle tha. eva.ua.es Egyptia. children with LSD. We demonstra.ed high ca.ies preva.ence in prima.y teeth, not perma.ent teeth, in children with MPS a.d poor gingiva./hygiene sta.us in children with MPS a.d GD, which triggered a.sta.e of infla.ma.ion. The da.ly supplement inta.e prevented ora. ba.teria. growth. The most proba.le ca.se of ora. a.tera.ions is decrea.ed sa.iva.y flow ra.e, a. deduced from a.significa.tly increa.ed sa.iva.y protein.

Vertica. shell a.d tube hea. excha.gers pla. a.critica. role in ma.y industria. processes, a.d their importa.ce lies in their high hea. tra.sfer efficiency, versa.ility, compa.t size, ea.y ma.ntena.ce, a.d longevity. To improve the hydrotherma. performa.ce, this resea.ch investiga.es the influences of a.r bubbles injection inside the shell with disc a.d ring ba.fles with circula. holes, which is the first time to be a.dressed. The experiments used a.fixed oil ma.s flow ra.e with 0.23 kg/s inside the tube sides a.d va.ious cold wa.er flow ra.es on the shell side within the 0.15-0.23 kg/s ra.ge. Three ba.fles' configura.ions, such a. single segmenta. (SSB), disc a.d ring (DRB), a.d disc a.d ring with circula. holes (DRCHB), were investiga.ed with different volume flow ra.es of a.r bubbles injection in the shell experimenta.ly. a.numerica. model is performed a.d va.ida.ed for the three ba.fles sha.es. The performa.ce pa.a.eters such a. number of tra.sfer units, effectiveness, hea. tra.sfer coefficient, pressure drop, a.d performa.ce eva.ua.ion criterion a.e studied. The experimenta. findings showed tha. effica.y improved with the increa.e of the cold-wa.er ma.s flow ra.es, wherea. the DRCHB ba.fle sha.e with a.r injection)10 x 10-5 m3/ s(a.hieved the highest effectiveness with a. enha.cement ra.e of 202% to 231%. The DRCHB configura.ion with ma.imum a.r injection ha. the highest va.ues of the number of tra.sfer units, hea. tra.sfer coefficient, a.d performa.ce eva.ua.ion criterion compa.ed to the other ba.fles configura.ions moreover, the pressure drop is the sma.lest in this ca.e DRCHB without a.r injection. The numerica. results showed tha. both novel configura.ions (DRB a.d DRCHB) ha.e more uniform velocity a.d tempera.ure distributions compa.ed to the segmenta. ba.fles, which ma. effectively increa.e the hydrotherma. performa.ce.

a.ong the most prominent field in the huma.-computer interfa.e (HCI) is emotion recognition using fa.ia. expressions. Posed va.ia.ions, fa.ia. a.cessories, a.d non-uniform illumina.ions a.e some of the difficulties in the emotion recognition field. Emotion detection with the help of tra.itiona. methods ha. the shortcoming of mutua. optimiza.ion of fea.ure extra.tion a.d cla.sifica.ion. Computer vision (CV) technology improves HCI by visua.izing the na.ura. world in a.digita. pla.form like the huma. bra.n. In CV technique, a.va.ces in ma.hine lea.ning a.d a.tificia. intelligence result in further enha.cements a.d cha.ges, which ensures a. improved a.d more sta.le visua.iza.ion. This study develops a.new Modified Ea.thworm Optimiza.ion with Deep Lea.ning a.sisted Emotion Recognition (MEWODL-ER) for HCI a.plica.ions. The presented MEWODL-ER technique intends to ca.egorize different kinds of emotions tha. exist in the HCI a.plica.ions. To do so, the presented MEWODL-ER technique employs the GoogleNet model to extra.t fea.ure vectors a.d the hyperpa.a.eter tuning process is performed via.the MEWO a.gorithm. The design of a.toma.ed hyperpa.a.eter a.justment using the MEWO a.gorithm helps in a.ta.ning a. improved emotion recognition process. Fina.ly, the qua.tum a.toencoder (Qa.) model is implemented for the identifica.ion a.d cla.sifica.ion of emotions rela.ed to the HCI a.plica.ions. To exhibit the enha.ced recognition results of the MEWODL-ER a.proa.h, a.wide-ra.ging simula.ion a.a.ysis is performed. The experimenta. va.ues indica.ed tha. the MEWODL-ER technique a.complishes promising performa.ce over other models with ma.imum a.cura.y of 98.91%.

Fish trypa.osomia.is is a.common blood pa.a.itic disea.e tra.smitted by a.ua.ic invertebra.es, such a. leeches. This study a.ms to shed light on the cytotoxicity of Trypa.osoma.sp. on erythrocytes a.d its impa.ts on the inna.e immune response (serum lysozyme a.tivity, nitric oxide production, pha.ocytic a.tivity, serum tota. protein, a.d globulin) in wild a.rica. ca.fish, Cla.ia. ga.iepinus. One hundred ca.fish were exa.ined using blood smea.s sta.ned with Giemsa.a.d confirmed with PCR. The preva.ence of infection wa. found to be 10% by microscope detection a.d 15% by PCR. The morphologica. identifica.ion of Trypa.osoma.a. Trypa.osoma.muka.a. wa. determined. a.ditiona.ly, this study included previously undescribed fea.ures of Trypa.osoma. such a. the width of the a.terior a.d posterior body, the length of the posterior pa.e region, a.d the number of folds. Va.ious a.tera.ions in erythrocytes were observed, tota.ing 54.57%. Nuclea. a.norma.ities, including fra.mented nuclei, eccentric nuclei, a.d micronuclei, were a.so reported. Infected fish showed a.reduction in serum tota. protein a.d globulin levels, while nitric oxide production, lysozyme a.tivity, a.d pha.ocytic a.tivity exhibited a.significa.t increa.e compa.ed to non-infected fish. We believe tha. our findings will contribute va.ua.le da.a.to the morphologica. a.d molecula. identifica.ion of Trypa.osoma.sp. in a.rica. ca.fish, a. well a. their cytotoxic impa.t.

The resea.ch wa. conducted a. the Fa.ulty of Nursing, a.siut University a.d Colleges of a.plied Medica. Sciences in a.na.a. a.d Bisha. University of Bisha. Sa.pling method: a.convenience sa.pling technique wa. used. Sa.ple size: a.sa.ple of 1052 undergra.ua.e nursing students. The da.a.wa. ga.hered via.a.structured questionna.re including the socio-demogra.hic cha.a.teristics a.d nursing students' sa.isfa.tion with the hospita. a.d la.ora.ory tra.ning. a.ditiona.ly, Self-Ra.ing a.xiety Sca.e (Sa.) wa. a.opted to mea.ure the a.xiety *** mea. a.e of the studied sa.ple wa. 21.9 +/- 1.83 yea.s, a.d 56.9% a.e fema.es. Moreover, 90.1% & 76.4% of the nursing students were sa.isfied with their hospita. a.d la.ora.ory tra.ning. Furthermore, 61.1% & 54.8% of the students ha. mild levels of a.xiety rega.ding their hospita. tra.ning a.d la.ora.ory tra.ning, *** undergra.ua.e nursing students ha. a.high level of sa.isfa.tion with their clinica. tra.ning a. the hospita.s a.d la.ora.ories. Moreover, they ha. mild a.xiety rela.ed to hospita. a.d la.ora.ory clinica. *** clinica. orienta.ion a.d tra.ning progra.s a.d improvement stra.egies to enha.ce the effectiveness of the clinica. tra.ning environment.
