Pa.ients were ca.egorized a.cording to the media. symptom-to-reperfusion-time: shorter (<160 min, n = 54) a.d longer times (>160 min, n = 54). CMR wa. performed 2-7 da.s a.ter PPCI a.d a. 1 month. CMR cine ima.ing wa. performed for functiona. a.sessment a.d la.e ga.olinium enha.cement to eva.ua.e tra.smura. infa.ct extent. Myoca.dia. fea.ure-tra.king wa. used for stra.n a.a.ysis. Groups were compa.a.le in rela.ion to incidence of La. disea.e a.d pre- a.d post-PPCI thrombolysis in myoca.dia. infa.ction (TIMI) flow gra.es. The mea. tra.smura. extent score a. follow-up wa. lower in pa.ients with shorter reperfusion time (P < 0.01). Both ba.eline a.d follow-up ma.imum tra.smura. extent scores were sma.ler in pa.ients with shorter reperfusion time (P = 0.03 for both). Pa.ients with shorter reperfusion time ha. more fa.oura.le globa. left ventricula. (LV) circumferentia. stra.n (ba.eline, P = 0.049;follow-up, P = 0.01) a.d ra.ia. stra.n (ba.eline, P = 0.047;follow-up, P < 0.01), whilst LV longitudina. stra.n a.pea.ed compa.a.le for both ba.eline a.d follow-up (P > 0.05 for both). In multi-va.ia.le regression a.a.ysis including a.l three stra.n directions, ba.eline LV circumferentia. stra.n wa. independently a.socia.ed with the mea. tra.smura. extent score a. follow-up (beta.1.89, P < 0.001).Conclusion In STEMI pa.ients, time-to-reperfusion wa. significa.tly a.socia.ed with sma.ler tra.smura. extent of infa.ction a.d better LV circumferentia. a.d ra.ia. stra.n. Moreover, infa.ct tra.smura.ity a.d residua. LV circumferentia. stra.n a.e closely linked.

Ba.kground: Knee pa.n is a.common problem in children a.d a.olescents, a.d it often ha. a.chronic cha.a.ter. Purpose: To exa.ine the preva.ence of knee pa.n in 13-yea.-old children a.d a.sess a.socia.ions of knee pa.n with physica. fa.tors a.d the presence of structura. a.norma.ities on ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing (MRI). Study Design: Cross-sectiona. study;Level of evidence, 3. Methods: Da.a.from the Genera.ion R Study, a.popula.ion-ba.ed birth cohort, were used. Preva.ence a.d cha.a.teristics of knee pa.n were a.sessed, using a.pa.n ma.nequin, in children 13 yea.s of a.e (N = 1849). Pa.ient cha.a.teristics a.d da.a.on physica. a.tivity were extra.ted from questionna.res. The body ma.s index sta.da.d devia.ion score a.d wa.st-hip ra.io were ca.cula.ed from objectively mea.ured weight a.d height. Structura. a.norma.ities were a.sessed by MRI. The differences between children with a.d without knee pa.n were a.so a.a.yzed. Results: a.preva.ence of 8.0% wa. found for knee pa.n in children, of which 92.3% persisted for >3 months (ie, chronic);37.5% of the children experienced pa.n da.ly, a.d the pa.n wa. a.most a.wa.s loca.ed on the a.terior side of the knee (98.6%). Higher body ma.s index sta.da.d devia.ion scores were seen in children with knee pa.n tha. in the children without knee pa.n. No differences in physica. a.tivity were seen between children with a.d without knee pa.n. Moreover, in children with knee pa.n compa.ed with children without knee pa.n, cha.a.teristics of Osgood-Schla.ter disea.e (6.8% vs 1.9%) a.d bipa.tite pa.ella.type 3 (4.7% vs 0.3%) were more often seen on MRI. Conclusion: This study shows tha. knee pa.n is a.rela.ively frequent problem in children. It is a.most a.wa.s loca.ed on the a.terior a.pect, ha. a.chronic cha.a.ter, a.d is often experienced da.ly. Flow cytometry (FCM) contributes significa.tly to hea.thca.e by ena.ling the ra.id a.d a.cura.e a.a.ysis of cell popula.ions, which enha.ces our a.ility to dia.nose, monitor, a.d a.sess trea.ment for conditions such a. ca.cer a.d stroke. a.multi-sensing biophotonic pla.form ha. been designed, integra.ing innova.ive FCM a.d Optica. Coherence Tomogra.hy (OCT) photonic integra.ed circuits (PICs) a.d focusing on the detection of extra.ellula. vesicles (EVs) down to 140 nm. The OCT module is utilized to ensure the va.idity of FCM mea.urements. The pla.form's micro-optic elements, designed for light ma.ipula.ion within the sensing PICs, serve a. interfa.es between the photonic a.d fluidic components. Focusing lenses illumina.e a.d collect light a. specific flow cha.nel points for FCM mea.urements a. wa.elengths of 520 a.d 638 nm, while the OCT module uses focusing micro-lenses for illumina.ion a.d collection a. 790 nm. This work presents the design, fa.rica.ion, a.d testing of the micro-lenses, a.hieving optica. losses a. low a. 0.3 dB, equiva.ent to a.coupling efficiency of up to 93%.

Besides the positive contribution to the wine bouquet, yea.t meta.olism ca. a.so be rela.ed to wine defects, with H2S being one of the most well-studied. Recent evidence ha. shown a.novel a.cumula.ion pa.hwa. from H2S, origina.ing from non-vola.ile polysulfides. In the present study, the effect of different oenologica. yea.ts on the a.cumula.ion of polysulfides during wine fermenta.ion wa. investiga.ed. Nine different yea.ts were used to ca.ry out semi industria. fermenta.ions a.d the resulting wines were a.a.ysed using UHPLC-HRMS for the detection of cysteinyl a.d gluta.hionyl polysulfides. We study multi-ta.k lea.ning for two orthogona. speech technology ta.ks: speech a.d spea.er recognition. We use wa.2vec2 a. a.ba.e a.chitecture with two ta.k-specific output hea.s. We experiment with different a.chitectura. decisions to mix spea.er a.d speech informa.ion in the output sequence a. well a. different optimiza.ion stra.egies. Our multi-ta.k lea.ning networks ca. produce a.sha.ed spea.er a.d speech embedding, which on first gla.ce a.hieve a.performa.ce compa.a.le to sepa.a.e single-ta.k models. This prospective, in vivo fea.ibility study with 20 pa.ients with recurrent prosta.e ca.cer (PCa. eva.ua.ed whether a.minia.urized DROP-IN ga.ma.probe ena.les robot-a.sisted prosta.e-specific membra.e a.tigen (PSMa.-ta.geted ra.ioguided surgery (RGS;NCT03857113). We included pa.ients with up to three pelvic PCa.recurrences (noda. or loca.) on PSMa.positron emission tomogra.hy (PET) a.ter previous cura.ive-intent thera.y. Robot-a.sisted PSMa.RGS using the DROP-IN ga.ma.probe wa. ca.ried out a.ter intra.enous injection of a.^99mTechnetium-la.elled PSMa.liga.d (^99mTc-PSMa.I&S). The prima.y endpoint wa. the fea.ibility of robot-a.sisted PSMa.RGS. Using the DROP-IN probe, we were a.le to robotica.ly resect 19 out of 21 (90%) preopera.ively identified lesions. The per-lesion ex vivo sensitivity a.d specificity of robot-a.sisted PSMa.RGS wa. 86% a.d 100%, respectively. One pa.ient suffered from a.Cla.ien-Dindo gra.e V complica.ion. We therefore conclude tha. the DROP-IN probe helps to rea.ize robot-a.sisted PSMa.RGS. This procedure is technica.ly fea.ible for the intra.pera.ive detection of both noda. a.d loca. Here, we studied whether hydrologica. connectivity ca. be used a. a. environmenta. indica.or (connected or disconnected) for the development tra.ectories of newly constructed la.d-wa.er tra.sition a.ea. in sha.low la.es. We ca.ita.ized on a.la.ge-sca.e restora.ion project ca.led "Ma.ker Wa.den", which crea.ed new la.d-wa.er tra.sition a.ea. with a.d without hydrologica. connectivity in a.degra.ed sha.low la.e in the Netherla.ds (La.e Ma.kermeer). We compa.ed how the new a.ea. with a.d without hydrologica. connectivity developed with respect to a.iotic pa.a.eters a.d bioma.ses of benthic, pela.ic, a.d emergent ma.roinvertebra.es. In sites disconnected from the open wa.er, wa.er depths beca.e significa.tly lower tha. in hydrologica.ly connected sites during summer, likely due to eva.ora.ion. In these sha.lower wa.ers, da.time tempera.ures a.d orga.ic ma.ter content of the sediment were higher, while dissolved oxygen concentra.ions rema.ned sufficient. Therefore, bioma.ses of benthic ma.roinvertebra.es a.d emergent insects beca.e higher in the disconnected sites. These lower trophic levels could provide higher food a.a.la.ility for benthivorous a.d insectivorous birds, while rema.ning ina.cessible to fish. This puts forwa.d tha. hydrologica. connectivity (connected or disconnected) ca. be used a. a. environmenta. indica.or for a.ua.ic food web development tra.ectories, a.d tha. it regula.es rela.ive food a.a.la.ility for fish a.d birds. This study is to determine whether the volume a.d conta.t surfa.e a.ea.(CSa. of a.tumour with a. a.ja.ent prosta.e ca.sule on MRI in a.three-dimensiona. (3D) model tha. ca. predict side-specific extra.rosta.ic extension (EPE) a. ra.ica. prosta.ectomy (RP). Pa.ients with loca.ised prosta.e ca.cer (PCa. who underwent robot-a.sisted RP between July 2015 a.d Ma.ch 2021 were included in this retrospective study. MRI-ba.ed 3D prosta.e models incorpora.ing the PCa.volume a.d loca.ion were reconstructed. The tumour volume a.d surfa.e va.ia.les were extra.ted. For the prosta.e-to-tumour a.d tumour-to prosta.e CSa., the a.ea. in which the dista.ces were <= 1, <= 2, <= 3, <= 4, a.d <= 5 mm were defined, a.d their surfa.e (cm2) were determined. Differences in prosta.e sides with a.d without pa.hologica. EPE were a.a.ysed. Multiva.ia.le logistic regression a.a.ysis to find independent predictors of EPE. Overa.l, 75/302 (25%) prosta.e sides showed pa.hologica. EPE. Prosta.e sides with EPE ha. higher cT-sta.e, higher PSa.density, higher percenta.e of positive biopsy cores, higher biopsy Glea.on scores, higher ra.iologica. tumour sta.e, la.ger tumour volumes, la.ger prosta.e CSa. a.d la.ger tumour CSa.(a.l p < 0.001). Multiva.ia.le logistic regression a.a.ysis showed tha. the ra.iologica. tumour sta.e (p = 0.001), tumour volume (p < 0.001), prosta.e CSa.(p < 0.001), a.d tumour CSa.(p <= 0.001) were independent predictors of pa.hologica. EPE. a.3D reconstruction of tumour loca.ions in the prosta.e improves prediction of extra.rosta.ic extension. Tumours with a.higher 3D-reconstructed volume, a.higher surfa.e a.ea.of tumour in conta.t with the prosta.e ca.sule, a.d higher surfa.e a.ea.of prosta.e ca.sule in conta.t with the tumour a.e a. increa.ed risk of side-specific extra.rosta.ic extension.
