为了研究黄骅坳陷二叠系优势储层的形成与分布规律,以实物钻井取心、井壁取心为基础,综合分析钻井、录井、测井、地震等地质资料,对二叠系致密砂岩储层特征、主控因素进行分析,提出印支期古构造控制二叠系优势储层的形成与分布。研究认为黄骅坳陷二叠系岩石以长石砂岩和石英砂岩为主,致密砂岩储层储集空间以次生的粒间溶孔、粒内溶孔、铸模孔及裂缝为主,属于低孔—特低渗透储层。二叠系致密砂岩储层主要发育孔隙型储层及裂缝型储层,其中印支期古构造对两类储层的分布具有决定性影响,歧口凹陷潜山地处印支期古隆起区,古隆起区及其斜坡区溶蚀作用强烈,易于形成孔隙型优势储层;沧东凹陷潜山印支期逆冲推覆构造活动强烈,造成储层裂缝发育,易于形成裂缝型优势储层。

Co-polyimide aerogel using aromatic monomers and aliphatic monomers as mixing diamines

A novel co-polyimide aerogel using aromatic monomers (4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether, ODA) and aliphatic monomers (1,3-Diaminopropa) as mixing diamines has been prepared via the sol–gel technique. The effects on the properties (density, shrinkage, surface area, and average pore size) of co-polyimide aerogel have been investigated by changing the molar ratios of mixing diamines. The density of co-polyimide aerogel reaches as low as 0.0448 g cm−3, because of replacing part of ODA (M = 269.5) in the backbone with 1,3-diaminopropa (molecular M = 76.1).The thermal conductivities reach as low as ~0.031 W m−1 K−1 (25 °C), BET surface areas are 331 m2 g−1 and the compressive modulus range from 1.253 to 3.273 MPa. The facile preparation route and low thermal conductivity indicate that co-polyimide aerogels may be ideal candidates for aerospace and thermal insulations.

Facile preparation of ZrCO composite aerogel with high specific surface area and low thermal conductivity

A novel ZrCO composite aerogel is synthesized using zirconium oxychloride and resorcinol–formaldehyde (RF) as precursors through the sol–gel route and carbothermal reduction process. The effects of different Zr/R molar ratios and calcination temperatures on the physical chemistry properties of ZrCO aerogels are investigated. The ZrCO composite aerogel consists of the C/ZrO2/ZrC ternary aerogel. The results show that with the increase of R/Zr molar ratios, the specific surface area and bulk density increase with calcination temperature up to 1300 °C, but decrease at even temperature (1500 °C). The specific surface area is as high as 637.4 m2/g for ZrCO composite aerogel (R:Zr = 2:1), which was higher than ever reported. As the heat-treatment temperature increases to 1500 °C, the ZrC crystalline phase occurs and the t-ZrO2 phase still appears within the composite. The thermal conductivity of the carbon fiber mat-reinforced composite aerogel is as low as 0.057 W/m/K at room temperature (25 °C).

Apatite fission track geochronology of the Southern Hunan province across the Shi-Hang Belt: insights into the Cenozoic dynamic topography of South China

The Shi-Hang Belt is a Mesozoic tectonic zone and has always been regarded as the boundary between the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks. It occupies a key tectonic location and attracts considerable attention due to its dynamic formation mechanism. However, its Cenozoic dynamic process is poorly constrained. The Cenozoic activation of the Shi-Hang Belt, as well as its cooling and exhumation, aids in dating the onset time of the formation of the mountain ranges and reveals the deformation process of the South China Block. To uncover the history of its Cenozoic cooling and denudation, apatite fission-track (AFT) thermochronology was applied to batholiths and strata spread across the Shi-Hang Belt in the Hunan Province. Twenty-three samples are dated with ages ranging from 23.6 +/- 1.5 to 45.8 +/- 3.0Ma. Except for two older ages (42.1 +/- 2.6 and 45.8 +/- 3.0Ma), the other ages range from 23 to 36Ma with less variation on both sides of the Chenzhou-Linwu fault. The thermochronological modelling of 15 measured samples demonstrates that rocks rapidly passed through the AFT partial annealing zone to the near surface at different onset times from 36 to 23Ma. The regional AFT cooling pattern is unrelated to the internal structures of the Shi-Hang Belt characterized by a Mesozoic fold-thrust feature. We attribute the Cenozoic exhumation of the Shi-Hang Belt to the dynamic topography of the South China Block, which is related to mantle downwellings and upwellings due to several episodes of quick subduction of the Pacific Plate underneath Eurasia during the Late Cretaceous-early Cenozoic and the Oligocene-early Miocene. The far-field effect of the India-Tibet collision may have contributed to the exhumation of the Shi-Hang Belt.

目的应用单核苷酸多态性微阵列(single nucleotide polymorphism array,SNP-array)技术分析早孕期流产胎儿的染色体异常.方法选取520份早孕期流产样本,应用SNP-array对胎儿绒毛组织进行全基因组的拷贝数分析.结果对510份样本(98.1%)样本进行了成功的分析,其中异常结果占57.6%(294/510),未见异常占38.8%(198/510),良性拷贝数变异(copy number variations,CNVs)占2.4%(12/510),临床意义不明性CNV(variants of uncertain significance,VOUS)占1.2%(6/510).异常结果中非整倍体占75.2%(221/294),多倍体占13.9%(41/294),致病性CNV占8.2%(24/294),单亲二倍体占2.7%(8/294).非整倍体中以45,X最常见,其次为16-三体、22-三体,多倍体中以69,XXY最常见.结论染色体异常是早孕期流产的主要原因,以非整倍体是最常见,高龄孕妇非整倍体的发生率明显升高.SNP-array具有分辨率高、成功率高、准确快速等优点,但对检出的微缺失/微重复的判读和解释为临床遗传咨询带来一定困难.

For a better insight into the spectroscopic properties of [2.2]paracyclophane in fluorescent probes, a novel rhodamine-based chemodosimeter bearing [2.2]paracyclophane 4a has been designed and synthesized. The probe 4a exhibits a highly selective and sensitive response to He2+ over other transition metal ions in aqueous solution. Its detection limit is determined to be 77 nM. The significant changes in the fluorescence color could be used for the naked-eye detection. Furthermore, the probe 4a shows good membrane permeability and can be applied to detect intracellular Hg2+ in human lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549 cells). The crystal structure and spectral properties of its congener 4b that contains one 12-bromo [2.2]- paracyclophane group and rhodamine moiety are also investigated for a comparison. The assessment of the mineral resources by the China National Mineral Assessment Initiative was completed between 2007 and 2013. The initiative's aim is to compile mineral prospectivity maps and estimate the total (known and unknown) resources available and mineral types for 25 of the most prospective strategic minerals located in China. The project includes the construction of deposit models applied to various types of mineralisation, such as supergene, sedimentary, and hydrothermal mineralisation. The "Integrated information assessment" methods based on the "deposit model" approach was developed and is introduced in this contribution. Eighty mineral deposit models have been developed, documented, and included in a geographic information system (GIS). The models are applied to at least 1000 known deposits in China, and are used to calculate the geological parameters for and statistics of multiple spatial datasets for mineral deposits at a regional scale of 1:200,000. The initiative will be expanded in the future to an assessment of China's mineral potential to a minimum depth of < 2000 m in anticipation of an increased demand for minerals in the future.

Efficient CRISPR-Cas9 mediated multiplex genome editing in yeasts

Background: The thermotolerant methylotrophic yeast Ogataea polymorpha has been regarded as an important organism for basic research and biotechnological applications. It is generally recognized as an efficient and safe cell factory in fermentative productions of chemicals, biofuels and other bio-products. However, it is difficult to genetically engineer for the deficiency of an efficient and versatile genome editing technology. Results: In this study, we developed a CRISPR-Cas9-assisted multiplex genome editing (CMGE) approach including multiplex genes knock-outs, multi-locus (ML) and multi-copy (MC) integration methods in yeasts. Based on CMGE, various genome modifications, including gene deletion, integration, and precise point mutation, were performed in O. polymorpha. Using the CMGE-ML integration method, three genes TAL from Herpetosiphon aurantiacus, 4CL from Arabidopsis thaliana and STS from Vitis vinifera of resveratrol biosynthetic pathway were simultaneously integrated at three different loci, firstly achieving the biosynthesis of resveratrol in O. polymorpha. Using the CMGE-MC method,similar to 10 copies of the fusion expression cassette P-ScTEF1-TAL-P-ScTPI1-4CL-P-ScTEF2-STS were integrated into the genome. Resveratrol production was increased similar to 20 fold compared to the one copy integrant and reached 97.23 +/- 4.84 mg/L. Moreover, the biosynthesis of human serum albumin and cadaverine were achieved in O. polymorpha using CMGE-MC to integrate genes HSA and cadA, respectively. In addition, the CMGE-MC method was successfully developed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Conclusions: An efficient and versatile multiplex genome editing method was developed in yeasts. The method would provide an efficient toolkit for genetic engineering and synthetic biology researches of O. polymorpha and other yeast species.

Noctiluca scintillans, a heterotrophic dinoflagellate responsible for most of the red tides in Hong Kong waters was investigated to determine the influence of biotic and abiotic factors in determining its population dynamics. N. scintillans first occurred in January when temperature was similar to 17 degrees C, and reached a maximum of 1980 cells L-1. one month later. N. scintillans interacted with trophic compartments from picoplankton to mesozooplankton, but its population development was largely related to the availability of phytoplankton, especially diatoms. Growth rates in microcosms (with mainly biological factors) ranged from -0.38 to 1.11 d(-1) and were similar to the field in situ growth rates (physical and biological factors). Thus, optimum hydrographical conditions (temperature and water stability), and a rich food supply were necessary for N. scintillans to bloom. Its spatial distribution pattern was a result of biological and physical coupling, but mainly controlled by physical accumulation processes such as winds, tides and currents.

Effects of prey of different nutrient quality on elemental nutrient budgets in Noctiluca scintillans

Noctiluca scintillans (Noctiluca) is a cosmopolitan red tide forming heterotrophic dinoflagellate. In this study, we investigated its ingestion, elemental growth yield and excretion when supplied with different quality food (nutrient-balanced, N-limited and P-limited). Total cellular elemental ratios of Noctiluca were nearly homeostatic, but the ratio of its intracellular NH4+ and PO43- was weakly regulated. Noctiluca thus seems able to differentially allocate N and P to organic and inorganic pools to maintain overall homeostasis, and it regulated its internal N more strongly and efficiently than P. The latter was substantiated by its comparatively stable C:N ratio and compensatory feeding on N-limited prey. Using both starvation experiments and mass balance models, it was found that excretion of C, N, and P by Noctiluca is highly affected by prey nutritional quality. However, based on modeling results, nutrients seem efficiently retained in actively feeding Noctiluca for reproduction rather than directly released as was shown experimentally in starved cells. Moreover, actively feeding Noctiluca tend to retain P and preferentially release N, highlighting its susceptible to P-limitation. Recycling of N and P by Noctiluca may supply substantial nutrients for phytoplankton growth, especially following bloom senescence.
