园珠顶大型铜钼矿床位于大瑶山隆起北缘、粤桂交界的广东省封开县境内。铜钼矿化普遍发育于斑岩体及其外接触带中,岩体内部见星点状黄铁矿、黄铜矿、辉钼矿分布,但铜钼工业矿体主要产于岩体外接触带中,并围绕着岩体具椭圆形环状矿化分带特征,由内向外依次为钼矿化带→铜钼矿化带→铜矿化带,成矿作用与二长花岗斑岩有关。运用高分辨率和高灵敏度离子探针和Re-Os分析技术,作者分别对矿区二长花岗斑岩和矿体进行了年代学研究,获得二长花岗斑岩的锆石U-Pb SHRIMP年龄为154±2Ma(95%可信度,MSWD=0.75,N=11),铜钼矿体辉钼矿Re-Os等时线年龄为155±5Ma(95%可信度,MSWD=0.31,N=8),表明圆珠顶斑岩型铜钼区的成岩成矿作用都发生于中侏罗世晚期,成矿作用发生于华南拉张大地构造背景下。

Observer-based H-infinity output feedback control with feedback gain and observer gain variations for Delta operator system

Considering that the controller feedback gain and the observer gain are of additive norm-bounded variations, a design method of observer-based H-infinity output feedback controller for uncertain Delta operator systems is proposed in this paper. A sufficient condition of such controllers is presented in linear matrix inequality （LMI） forms. A numerical example is then given to illustrate the effectiveness of this method, that is, the obtained controller guarantees the closed-loop system asymptotically stable and the expected H-infinity performance even if the controller feedback gain and the observer gain are varied.

This paper is concerned with the networked control system design for continuous-time systems with random measurement, where the measurement channel is assumed to subject to random sensor delay. A design scheme for the observer-based output feedback controller is proposed to render the closed-loop networked system exponentially mean-square stable with H. performance requirement. The technique employed is based on appropriate delay systems approach combined with a matrix variable decoupling technique. The design method is fulfilled through solving linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is used to verify the effectiveness and the merits of the present results. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

This paper is concerned with dissipative control for networked nonlinear system with missing data. The T-S discrete fuzzy model is adopted for modeling the nonlinear system. Missing measurement from the sensor to the controller and missing data from the controller to the actuator are simultaneously considered. The missing measurement and missing control are described as the random missing data by a binary switching sequence satisfying a Bernoulli distribution. Sufficient conditions for existence of a dynamic output feedback fuzzy controller, such that the closed-loop system is exponentially mean-square stable and strictly dissipative, are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by means of a numerical example.

Using next-generation sequencing technology alone, we have successfully generated and assembled a draft sequence of the giant panda genome. The assembled contigs (2.25 gigabases (Gb)) cover approximately 94% of the whole genome, and the remaining gaps (0.05 Gb) seem to contain carnivore-specific repeats and tandem repeats. Comparisons with the dog and human showed that the panda genome has a lower divergence rate. The assessment of panda genes potentially underlying some of its unique traits indicated that its bamboo diet might be more dependent on its gut microbiome than its own genetic composition. We also identified more than 2.7 million heterozygous single nucleotide polymorphisms in the diploid genome. Our data and analyses provide a foundation for promoting mammalian genetic research, and demonstrate the feasibility for using next-generation sequencing technologies for accurate, cost-effective and rapid de novo assembly of large eukaryotic genomes.

This paper studies the fixed-order controllers design problem for multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) systems. Polynomial methods are employed to design a controller that guarantees all the closed-loop poles reside within given D-stability regions. An H-infinity optimization approach is proposed to minimize the interaction between different channels of the MIMO system. Sufficient conditions for the existence of such a fixed-controller is established by using the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) approach.

Considering that the controller parameters are of additive norm-bounded uncertainties when realized, a design method of robust non-fragile H-infinity controller for uncertain systems based on Delta operator theory is illustrated in this paper. A sufficient and necessary condition of the existence for the controller is given, which is presented in LMI forms. Finally, the designed method is used in the speed control system of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor （PMLSM）. With the designed controller, the resulting speed closed-loop system is still stable and has the expected Hinfinity performance even if the sample period is reduced and the parameters of the controller and the controlled object are varied. The results show that the designed method is effective.

Measurement of excitation-emission matrices (EEMs) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and normal nasopharyngeal tissues in vitro was employed to determine the optimal excitation wavelengths that contain the most diagnostic information for optical diagnosis. Pathologically confirmed normal nasopharyngeal and NPC tissues(n=47) were obtained from 25 patients undergoing surgical biopsy. The autofluorescence EEMs of tissue biopsies were recorded with a TCSPC spectrofluorimeter. Fluorescence excitation wavelengths varied from 260 to 500 run, and the corresponding fluorescence emission spectra were recorded from a range starting 20 nm above the excitation wavelength and extending to 700 nm. The calibration for different EEMs measurements was performed for quantitative comparison. As a result, we find that the excitation-emission pair of 340-380 nm yields the best performance for discrimination of NPC tissues with the sensitivity and specificity of 77.2% and 88.0%, respectively.

The problem of the non-fragile dissipative control for the nonlinear discrete systems is dealt with. The T-S models is constructed for nonlinear systems, which makes the model approach to the original system more exact. The sufficient conditions for the existence of a dynamic output feedback fuzzy controller such that, for all admissible multiplicative controller gain variations, the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and the dissipative performance is guaranteed, are derived in the sense of Lyapunov asymptotic stability and are formulated in the format of matrix inequalities. The sequentially linear programming matrix method (SLPMM) is applied to solve the matrix inequalities. Numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed conditions and the procedure of the controllers design.
