This paper is concerned with cooperative control for distributed grid-connected PV system. A two-layer control strategy is adopted, while the upper layer is a cooperative control to organize all the PV units to work cooperatively with given power ratio and the lower layer is a H-infinity tracking control for a single PV unit. The information communication between PV units is realized through the ring communication structure applied in the upper layer. By using a mixed sensitivity approach, the H-infinity controller for each single PV unit has strong robustness. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by simulation in Matlab.

This paper is concerned with cyber attack detection problem in a platoon-based vehicular networked control system. In such a system, the information among vehicles is transmitted through a shared wireless communication network and also each vehicle has access to its own information measured by local sensors. These kind of systems are highly vulnerable to cyber attacks and therefore, cyber-security issues need to be properly addressed to ensure the safety of the systems. Among various cyber-security aspects, reliable attack detection is of utmost importance as the ability to detect cyber attacks in a timely manner can reduce the damage to the systems. Therefore, we present a cyber attack detection algorithm that is capable of detecting attacks violating both measurements and control command data. This algorithm is based on an ellipsoidal set-membership filtering approach which consists of two sets: prediction ellipsoid set and an estimation ellipsoid set calculated through updating the prediction ellipsoid set with the measurement data. The detection method depends on the existence of intersection between these two sets computed by the filter. Simulation results for some possible cyber attacks are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Summer circulation variability in the South China Sea during 2006-2010

Satellite observations of sea surface height (SSH) from 1993 to 2010 reveal a decadal variability of summer circulation in the South China Sea (SCS) with three phase changes in 1998, 2001 and 2006, respectively. There appears to be a large rise during 2006-2010 contributing to unprecedented anomalous high sea levels in 2010. The first leading empirical orthogonal function (EOF) mode of SSH exhibits an anomalous anticyclonic circulation pattern in the western central SCS north of 11 degrees N, thus weakening the northern cyclone of the summer dipole during 2006-2010. The negative phase of the Pacific decadal oscillation (PDO) may have contributed to the anomalous high sea levels and disappearance of the summer dipole pattern. These variations reflect a linkage between the circulations of the SCS and Pacific Ocean. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

This paper is concerned with distributed model predictive control for a discrete-time target linear system over a controller communication network with switching topology. The global system is decomposed into N subsystems and N optimization problems are solved in parallel to minimize an upper bound on a robust performance objective by using a state-feedback controller for each subsystem. The considered topology evolution of the control network is assumed to be subject to a Markov chain. An extended cone complementarity linearization method (CCLM) is used to solve the constrained linear matrix inequality (CLMI) and a Bisection method based iterative algorithm is adopted to find the optimal solution. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

目的:明确解毒化瘀颗粒对急性肝衰竭大鼠肝细胞有丝分裂指数和增殖指数的影响,为深入研究奠定基础。方法:以D-氨基半乳糖(D-Gal N)联合内毒素脂多糖(LPS)构建急性肝衰竭大鼠模型,在造模后6 h、24 h、48 h每组抽取6只大鼠采取标本,进行肝细胞有丝分裂指数和增殖指数检测。结果:急性肝衰竭大鼠经解毒化瘀颗粒干预治疗后,肝细胞在造模后24 h、48 h有丝分裂指数和增殖指数明显提高,与模型对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒化瘀颗粒可促进急性肝衰竭大鼠肝细胞增殖与分裂,其机制与提高肝细胞在S期DNA复制有关。

Oxygen plasma treatment of bamboo fibers (BF) and its effects on the static and dynamic mechanical properties of BF-unsaturated polyester composites

A novel method for the preparation of bamboo fibers (BF) has been investigated that includes crushing, rolling, and other combing techniques with 1,4-butanediol as a dispersant. The fibers were treated by oxygen plasma to improve their interfacial adhesion to unsaturated polyester (UPE) resins. Composites were prepared from the plasma treated fibers (BFtr) and UPE by hand lay-up compression molding. BFtr significantly increased the tensile strength, flexural strength, and flexural modulus of the resulting BF-UPE composites. Dynamic mechanical analysis indicated that the plasma treatment essentially increased the storage modulus and glass transition temperature of the composites. The damping parameter of the composites showed a decreasing trend in the glassy region, while the opposite was true for the rubbery region. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the treatment did not change the crystal structures within the fibers but increased slightly their crystallinity indices. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis revealed that the surface of BFtr had a higher oxygen concentration and oxygen/carbon ratio than that of BF. The scanning electron microscopy graphs of the tensile-fractured surface of the composites demonstrated an improved interfacial adhesion between BFtr and UPE resins.

针对光伏微网并网系统提出了一种分布式协同控制策略。该策略通过搭建一个环形通信结构,实现各个光伏逆变系统之间的信息共享,实现分布式控制。整个控制系统分为2层,上层控制策略为协同跟踪控制;下层控制针对单个光伏单元控制器鲁棒性能较差等问题,设计H_∞控制器。这种策略使光伏发电并网单元收敛和运行在同样的可用功率输出比上,确保分布式光伏发电系统的稳定。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink搭建了仿真平台,验证了所提出控制策略的有效性。

In this paper, a fault detection problem is considered for a class of systems with unknown-but-bounded noises by a set-membership filtering approach. The measurement and the process noises are both considered as unknownbut- bounded. Two ellipsoidal sets, which are one-step-ahead prediction ellipsoid and estimation ellipsoid, are proposed for the state estimation. The fault signal is detected by intersecting the two ellipsoids to check whether the intersection set is empty or not. Recursive algorithms for calculating the two ellipsoids and for detecting whether the fault occurs in the system are developed. Simulation results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper proposed a new data-driven subspace-based distributed control strategy based on Nash optimality. The distributed controller of each subsystem exchange the input-output information with other subsystems by networks. Communication among the controllers is helped to make each controller work in coordination with the others. In this way, the control performance of each subsystem is improved by considering the interactions among subsystems. An iteration algorithm is utilized to achieve the Nash equilibrium. The computational convergence of the algorithm is discussed. Simulations on a radial distribution power system network would provided to verify the validness of the proposed control strategy.
