针对目前矿井水处理后回用成本高、时空分配不均和循环利用率低等问题,通过矿井水水量平衡和回用水质数据分析,探究了大海则矿区矿井水量质耦合变化规律,采用大数据计算和嵌入式系统设计,形成了矿区矿井水井下-地面高效利用途径和智能调配技术。结果表明:大海则矿区原矿井水就地利用率低,仅为矿井总排水量的22.1%,水质为高浊和高硬度,在时间与空间上具有水量水质分配不协调的特点;基于此,重构了矿区矿井水水量平衡图,形成了矿井水井下-地面分级分质的综合利用技术,可将矿井水回用率提高到100%;同时,构建了兼具实时监测、无线传输与大数据储用的智能调配系统,为煤矿区矿井水的高效利用与多目标协同智能化控制提供了理论依据。

DRL-Based Dynamic Destroy Approaches for Agile-Satellite Mission Planning

Agile-satellite mission planning is a crucial issue in the construction of satellite constellations. The large scale of remote sensing missions and the high complexity of constraints in agile-satellite mission planning pose challenges in the search for an optimal solution. To tackle the issue, a dynamic destroy deep-reinforcement learning (D3RL) model is designed to facilitate subsequent optimization operations via adaptive destruction to the existing solutions. Specifically, we first perform a clustering and embedding operation to reconstruct tasks into a clustering graph, thereby improving data utilization. Secondly, the D3RL model is established based on graph attention networks (GATs) to enhance the search efficiency for optimal solutions. Moreover, we present two applications of the D3RL model for intensive scenes: the deep-reinforcement learning (DRL) method and the D3RL-based large-neighborhood search method (DRL-LNS). Experimental simulation results illustrate that the D3RL-based approaches outperform the competition in terms of solutions' quality and computational efficiency, particularly in more challenging large-scale scenarios. DRL-LNS outperforms ALNS with an average scheduling rate improvement of approximately 11% in Area instances. In contrast, the DRL approach performs better in World scenarios, with an average scheduling rate that is around 8% higher than that of ALNS.

Impact of dissolved oxygen on the microbial community structure of an intermittent biological aerated filter (IBAF) and the removal efficiency of gasification wastewater

A novel IBAF system (altered conventional biological aerated filter (BAF) for intermittent aeration) was used to treat BDD anodes electrochemical oxidation gasification wastewater effluent, after which 454 pyrosequencing was applied to investigate the bacterial community of IBAF and demonstrate the relationship between dissolved oxygen (DO) and the bacterial community. The results showed that the concentration of COD, NH4+-N and NO3--N reached 55.08, 7.64 and 7.76 mg/L, respectively, in IBAF effluent because of changes in the DO concentration at 30 days after system start-up. The bacterial community results revealed that the 40 cm sample had the highest bacterial diversity. The bacterial species were approximate in total samples at phylum and family level, but the relative abundance was significantly different because of change in DO concentration. In addition, sample distance analysis indicated that the similarity of different samples was related to the DO concentration at different heights.

Carbon sequestration in overlying methane hydrate layers via hydrate technology: Feasibility and synergistic benefits

Excessive carbon dioxide emissions pose a global environmental issue, and carbon sequestration technology offers a solution. This study based on independently developed simulator proposes a novel approach for carbon dioxide sequestration in the overlying layers of methane hydrate reservoirs using carbon dioxide hydrate technology. The feasibility and risks of this method are evaluated over a time scale of 100,000 years. Results show that carbon dioxide migrates upwards after injection, forming highly saturated hydrate shells at the migration front. Within these carbon dioxide hydrate shells, a portion of the carbon dioxide is sequestered in liquid and dissolved forms;however, over tens of thousands of years, 20% of the COQ will dissolve, while less than 1% will escape. The study highlights the synergy between methane hydrate extraction and carbon sequestration, as the cold seawater down draw effect from extraction enhances sequestration efficiency and safety. Given the widespread distribution of methane hydrate reservoirs globally, this research provides new insights into carbon sequestration technology.

Transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses reveal the essential nature of Rab1B in Toxoplasma gondii

Background The protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii encodes a dozen Rab proteins, which are parts of the small GTPase superfamily and regulate intracellular membrane trafficking. Our previous study showed that depletion of Rab1B caused severe defects regarding parasite growth and morphological structure, yet early defects of endocytic trafficking and vesicle sorting to the rhoptry in T. gondii are not expected to have a strong effect. To understand this discrepancy, we performed an integrated analysis at the level of transcriptomics and *** In the study, tetracycline-inducible TATi/Ty-Rab1B parasite line treated with ATc at three different time points (0, 18 and 24 h) was used. We first observed the morphological changes caused by Rab1B depletion via transmission electron technology. Then, high-throughput transcriptome along with non-targeted metabolomics were performed to analyze the RNA expression and metabolite changes in the Rab1B-depleted parasite. The essential nature of Rab1B in the parasite was revealed by the integrated omics *** Transmission electron micrographs showed a strong disorganization of endo-membranes in the Rab1B-depleted parasites. Our deep analysis of transcriptome and metabolome identified 2181 and 2374 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 30 and 83 differentially expressed metabolites (DEMs) at 18 and 24 h of induction in the tetracycline-inducible parasite line, respectively. These DEGs included key genes associated with crucial organelles that contain the rhoptry, microneme, endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. The analysis of qRT-PCR verified some of the key DEGs identified by RNA-Seq, supporting that the key vesicular regulator Rab1B was involved in biogenesis of multiple parasite organelles. Functional enrichment analyses revealed pathways related to central carbon metabolisms and lipid metabolisms, such as the TCA cycle, glycerophospholipid metabolism and fatty acid biosynthesis and elongation.

TMEM35B as a novel biomarker for diagnosing gliomas

Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis revealed that TMEM35B had high diagnostic value in distinguishing among glioma, normal tissues, tumor stages III+IV, and I+II. Additionally, TMEM35B knockdown inhibited the proliferative, migratory, and invasive capacities of glioma ***35B expression is upregulated in gliomas, and its knockdown hinders tumor progression, highlighting the protein as a potential biomarker for glioma diagnosis.

Comparative Evaluation of Thermal Stimulation Techniques for Natural Gas Hydrate Production

The issue of thermal loss during the depressurization extraction of natural gas hydrates has long been a significant challenge for achieving long-term stable production. In the context of thermal stimulation extraction, researchers have proposed four injection methods: hot water injection, steam injection, wellbore electric heating, and low-frequency electric heating, and have conducted relevant studies. However, a comprehensive evaluation comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these four thermal stimulation extraction methods is still lacking. This research, using a self-developed hydrate numerical simulator, constructed extraction class III hydrate deposits models for the four injection methods and conducted long-term extraction simulations over a period of five years. The results indicate that low-frequency electric heating significantly enhances extraction efficiency under various permeability reservoir conditions. Its ability to achieve a large heating range and provide wellbore protection confers distinct advantages. In contrast, the hot water injection method imposes stringent requirements on reservoir permeability. Both steam injection and wellbore electric heating exhibit notable similarities in multiple physical fields and fluid production outcomes. This study offers valuable insights and reference points for the selection of thermal stimulation methods in future hydrate extraction engineering.

Research on residual stress evolution of diesel engine piston manufacturing based on finite element method

Residual stresses generated during casting and heat treatment are one of the major challenges faced by piston manufacturing. Therefore, the change of piston residual stress from casting stage to heat treatment stage is studied by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment. A finite element model is established to simulate the casting process and heat treatment process, the parameters such as pouring temperature, mold temperature and shake-out temperature are mainly considered in the casting simulation, while the parameters such as heating rate, holding temperature, holding time and cooling rate are mainly studied in the heat treatment simulation. At the same time, the residual stress of the piston after casting and heat treatment is measured by X-ray diffraction to verify the simulation results. The results show that the average residual stress at each measuring point of the piston is 223.6 MPa when there is no sand falling in the casting stage. The residual stress field of the piston is redistributed after sand falling, and the average residual stress value is 161 MPa, which is reduced by 29% before and after sand falling. heat treatment can significantly reduce or even eliminate the residual stress. The average residual stress of piston is reduced to 15.2 MPa, accompanied by the great release of residual stress. This study provides a cross-software multi-process residual stress analysis method, which is of great significance for reducing and eliminating casting residual stress.

Crushing behavior on the cylindrical tube based on lotus leaf vein branched structure

By imitating the structural characteristics of the lotus leaf, a new excellent energy absorption structure named as the leaf vein branched circular tube (LVBCT) is proposed by referring to lotus leaf vein branched structure. The evolution of its cross-section may be controlled by the number of main veins distributed along the circumference (N) and the ratio of radius of inner circle Rinner to radius of outer circle Router (gamma). To study the crushing behavior of LVBCTs under axial dynamic crushing, the finite element simulation model established by LS-DYNA is first verified by comparing with the experimental results. Following that, a systematic parametric study on geometric parameters N and gamma is carried out with three different wall thicknesses. The mechanical properties of LVBCTs are revealed by analyzing the deformation mechanism and crashworthiness indicators (specific energy absorption per unit mass SEAm and peak crushing force PCF). The numerical results show that the LVBCTs may absorb more impact energy and its energy absorption characteristics are closely related to geometric parameters N, gamma and wall thickness t. The LVBCTs with N = 6 and gamma of 0.5 similar to 0.7 have better crashworthiness. Furthermore, the numerical results show that the thickness matching between main vein and branch vein has influence on the energy absorption ability. The SEAm of LVBCT is improved by 11.3% when the thickness matching between the main vein and the branch vein is 0.92 mm. The results of this study will be helpful to design novel thin-walled structure with better energy absorption ability.
