The Cu(OAc)(2)-catalyzed three-component reactions of o-aminophenols, acyl chlorides and 1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) have been established for the efficient synthesis of 3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[b][1,4] oxazines (3,4-dihydro-1,4-benzoxazines). This method features advantages of the one-pot operation enabling N-acylation, C-Cl bond amidation and etherification, as well as the structural divergence of the synthesized products. Dynamically changing machining conditions and uncertain manufacturing resource availability are forcing manufacturing enterprises to search advanced process planning in order to increase productivity and ensure product quality. As growing quantities of the three-dimensional process models are gradually applied, reusing the embedded manufacturing information in process models with less time and lower cost attracts a lot of attention. In this paper, a new flexible method is presented to reuse the existing process information based on retrieval of the similar machining feature. First, the three-level organization model is introduced to represent the process information;the machining feature which is seen as the parent layer carries the corresponding manufacturing information. To ensure accurately that the process information are obtained, the associated mechanism between the machining feature and process information is created. Second, an eight-node representation scheme is designed to represent the similar machining feature having same variations in topology and geometry. For accelerating similar feature retrieval, the extension-attributed adjacency graph and the topological relationship of the machining feature faces are built. Finally, some aircraft structural parts are utilized in the developed prototype module to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. This method can be used as the basis for accumulation of the process information;it can promote the development and application of the intelligent process planning.

The concise synthesis of 2,3-dihydro-4H-benzo[e][1,3]oxazin-4-ones has been accomplished by copper-catalyzed tandem reactions of o-halobenzamides, LiOH and dichloromethane. The arylhalogen bond hydroxylation and subsequent N,O-acetalization on CH2Cl2 are enabled under catalytic conditions which allows the generation of C(sp(2))-O, C(sp(3))-O and C(sp(3))-N bonds to give the target products.

Noble metal alloy nanowires(NWs)with ultrathin diameters(2–3 nm)and precisely controllable elemental compositions have attracted dramatically growing attention for(electro)*** numerous achievements in past two decades,noble metal alloy NWs are mostly synthesized with the traditional oil-phase methods that suffer from some undesirable ***,we report a general strategy for fast,scalable,and aqueous synthesis of multicomponent Pd-based alloy ultrathin NWs with an average diameter of 2.6 nm,ranging from bimetallic PdM(PdFe,PdCo,PdNi,PdCu,PdZn,PdRu,PdRh,PdAg,PdCd,PdIr,PdPt,PdAu)and binary PdS/PdP NWs,to trimetallic PdM1M2 NWs(PdAuCu,PdCoNi,PdCuZn,PdCuNi,PdAgCu,PdAuCu,PdRuAg,PdAuRu,and PdPtAu),and to tetrametallic PdM1M2M3 NWs(PdAuAgCu,PdCoCuNi,PdAuCuNi,PdPtAuCu,and PdIrPtAu).The key to the success of this aqueous synthesis is the utilization of N2H4 as the extremely strong reducing agent that directs the synchronous reduction and anisotropic nucleation growth of multicomponent Pd alloy NWs along nanoconfined columnar phase assembled with amphiphilic dioctadecyldimethylammonium ***-resultant Pd-based alloy ultrathin NWs exhibit multiple structural and compositional synergies,which remarkably optimize the removal of poisoning ethoxy intermediates and thus improve electrocatalytic performance towards ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).Among them,tetrametallic PdAuCuNi alloy ultrathin NWs hold a high EOR activity of 5.14 A mg-1 Pd and a low activation energy of 13.1 kJ mol^-1,both of which are much better than its counterpart catalysts alloyed with less *** work represents an important advance in precise aqueous synthesis of multicomponent noble metal alloy ultrathin NWs as the high-performance electrocatalysts for various targeted applications.
