Background: Circadian rhythms play a key role in the failing heart, but the exact molecular mechanisms linking changes in the expression of circadian rhythm-related genes to heart failure (HF) remain unclear. Methods: By intersecting differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between normal and HF samples in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database with circadian rhythm-related genes (CRGs), differentially expressed circadian rhythm-related genes (DE-CRGs) were obtained. Machine learning algorithms were used to screen for feature genes, and diagnostic models were constructed based on these feature genes. Subsequently, consensus clustering algorithms and nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) algorithms were used for clustering analysis of HF samples. On this basis, immune infiltration analysis was used to score the immune infiltration status between HF and normal samples as well as among different subclusters. Gene Set Variation Analysis (GSVA) evaluated the biological functional differences among subclusters. Results: 13 CRGs showed differential expression between HF patients and normal samples. Nine feature genes were obtained through cross-referencing results from four distinct machine learning algorithms. Multivariate LASSO regression and external dataset validation were performed to select five key genes with diagnostic value, including NAMPT, SERPINA3, MAPK10, NPPA, and SLC2A1. Moreover, consensus clustering analysis could divide HF patients into two distinct clusters, which exhibited different biological functions and immune characteristics. Additionally, two subgroups were distinguished using the NMF algorithm based on circadian rhythm associated differentially expressed genes. Studies on immune infiltration showed marked variances in levels of immune infiltration between these subgroups. Subgroup A had higher immune scores and more widespread immune infiltration. China's electricity market is now still in the mode of "Unified market and two-tier operation" including provincial and inter-provincial market. The inter-provincial market is divided into the medium and long-term market and spot market. This study takes the inter provincial spot market as the research object, and proposes a unified optimization clearing algorithm for inter provincial spot market considering path constraints. The proposed method is able to handle AC-DC hybrid electricity network, and sort and determine the trading pairs using power flow tracing algorithm. The power market software PLEXOS and practical market data are used to simulate the proposed model, and the results show the accuracy and effectiveness.

Multi-element transition-metal nitrides possessing combinations of outstanding mechanical and physical properties have attracted increasing attention due to its potential applications. Here, a new transition-metal nitride alloying four metal elements of Ti, W, V and Ta is proposed, in which the doping ratios of these four metal elements are equal. Using an improved structure searching method, the potential structures with low enthalpies were fully explored. An orthorhombic structure was firstly disclosed and verified to be its ground-state phase. It is the most energetically favorable structure in the pressure of 0 similar to 100 GPa. The phonon spectrum calculations demonstrated its lattice dynamical stability. Systematic study of its mechanical properties showed the orthorhombic structure not only possessed a large hardness of 32.4 GPa but also behaved a large indentation shear strength of about 30 GPa, greatly exceeding its well-known fcc-B1 phase (about 15 GPa). Meanwhile, we also compared the orthorhombic phase to its disordered structure within B1 phase by generating special quasirandom structures (SQS) with a 3 x 3 x 3 supercell (216 atoms), which can be viewed as its high-entropy phase. The results displayed this SQS system had comparable hardness and strength but greatly improved ductility and toughness relative to the ordered B1 phase.
