The National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Bureau jointly issued the 'Plant Water Utilization Development Plan' on January 29, 2013, which requires that China should gradually establish a more complete legal system, macro management and technical support system for mine water in 2015. But so far, due to the influence of geological conditions and other factors, the impurity composition and content of mine water is very different. Based on the comprehensive summary of the theory, method, application technology, practical engineering and processing technology of mine water disaster and its reutilization in China. This article systematically analyzed the latest research progress and achievements, which include basic theory, hydrogeology (supplement) exploration, advanced detection and monitoring as well as early warning. These can further promote application of current technology, develop new technology and methods, point out the challenges and the existing problems of the mine water field, the gaps with requirements of fast, intensive, and large-scale development of the coal industry in China. Finally, the development trends, future important scientific innovation and key technology were discussed. The prospects of the industry and technology were also forecast.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has posed a serious threat to human. Since there are still no effective treatment options against the new emerging variants of SARS-CoV-2, it is necessary to devote a continuous endeavor for more targeted drugs and the preparation for the next pandemic. Salvia miltiorrhiza and its active ingredients possess wide antiviral ac-tivities, including against SARS-CoV-2. Danshensu, as one of the most important active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza, has been reported to inhibit the entry of SARS-CoV-2 into ACE2 (angiotensin-converting enzyme 2)-overexpressed HEK-293T cells and Vero-E6 cells. However, there is a paucity of information regarding its detailed target and mechanism against SARS-CoV-2. Here, we present Danshensu as a covalent inhibitor of 3-chymotrypsin-like protease (3CLpro) against SARS-CoV-2 by the time-dependent inhibition assay (TDI) and mass spectrometry analysis. Further molecular docking, site-directed mutagenesis, circular dichroism (CD) and fluorescence spectra revealed that Danshensu covalently binds to C145 of SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro, meanwhile forming the hydrogen bonds with S144, H163 and E166 in the S1 site. Structure-based optimization of Danshensu led to the discovery of the promising compounds with good inhibitory activity and microsomal stability in vitro. Due to Danshensu inhibiting lung inflammation in the mouse model, we found that Danshensu derivatives also showed better anti-inflammatory activity than Danshensu in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage cells. Thus, our study provides not only the clue of the efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza against SARS-CoV-2, but also a detailed mechanistic insight into the covalent mode of action of Danshensu for design of co-valent inhibitors against SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro, highlighting its potential as a bifunctional molecule with antivirus and anti-inflammation.

Electronic fetal heart rate (FHR) monitoring is a technical means to evaluate the state of the fetus in the uterus by monitoring FHR. The main purpose is to detect intrauterine hypoxia and take corresponding medical measures timely. Because the fetus sleeps quietly for up to 1 hour sometimes, ultrasound Doppler is not easy to continuously detect for a long time. The electronic fetal monitor obtains the fetal heart rate, which not only improves the accuracy and comfort, but also the convenient implementation of long-term monitoring. It is beneficial to reduce perinatal fetal morbidity and mortality. This study used maternal-fetal Holter monitor which is based on the technology of fetal electrocardiograph (FECG) to collect the FHR, and then design algorithm to extract the baseline FHR, acceleration, variation, sleep-wake cycle and nonlinear parameters. There were significant differences in the 22 parameters between the normal and the suspicious group. Using the 22 characteristic parameters, the support vector machine was used to classify the normal and the suspected group of fetuses. 80% of the data was used to train a classification model. The remaining 20% of the data was used as a test set and its accuracy reached 93.75%.

Coacervation plays a critical role in numerous biological activities such as constructing biological tissues and achieving robust wet adhesion of marine sessile organisms, which conventionally occurs when oppositely charged polyelectrolytes are mixed in aqueous solutions driven by electrostatic attraction. Here, a novel type of adhesive coacervate is reported, driven by hydrogen-bonding interactions, readily formed by mixing silicotungstic acid and nonionic polyethylene glycol in water, providing a new approach for developing coacervates from nonionic systems. The as-prepared coacervate is easily paintable underwater, show strong wet adhesion to diverse substrates, and has been successfully applied as a hemostatic agent to treat organ injuries without displaying hemolytic activity, while with inherent antimicrobial properties thus avoiding inflammations and infections due to microorganism accumulation. This work demonstrates that coacervation can occur in salt-free environments via non-electrostatic interactions, providing a new platform for engineering multifunctional coacervate materials as tissue glues, wound dressings and membrane-free cell systems.

The interplay among topology, crystal symmetry, magnetic order, and strong electron correlation can give rise to a plethora of exotic physical phenomena. The ZrSiS family is known as typical topological Dirac semimetals, among them LnSbTe (Ln denotes lanthanide) compounds exhibit intriguing characteristics due to the presence of Ln 4f electrons, resulting in quantum states and unique properties. In this paper, the topological electronic structure of PrSbTe is systematically studied by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), combined with magnetic, specific heat measurements, and band structure calculations. The detailed three-dimensional electronic structure of PrSbTe has been obtained, and a diamond-shaped Fermi surface and multiple Dirac nodal lines have been observed, which are in remarkable agreement with theoretical calculations. Moreover, the 4f electrons in PrSbTe are rather localized, which can be revealed by on-resonant ARPES data and further confirmed by the rather small Sommerfeld coefficient of γ=2.6231mJ/molK2. Our results provide more detailed information about the LnSbTe family, which gives a deeper understanding of the interaction between Ln 4f electrons and the topological states.
