HP-PRRSV in.n.rt.ern.Viet.0}m in.2010, were used t. charact.rize t.e pat.ological feat.res of t.e in.ect.on. In.ect.on.was con.irmed usin. reverse t.an.cript.se polymerase chain.react.on.an. viral isolat.on. t.e clin.cal sign. an. gross fin.in.s in.t.ese pigs in.luded high fever (>40.2 degrees C), red skin. blue ears, an.rexia, respirat.ry dist.ess, diarrhoea, haemorrhagic pleurisy an. lymphaden.pat.y. Reproduct.ve failure was t.e main.clin.cal feat.re in.sows. PRRSV in.ect.on.associat.d microscopical lun. an. lymph n.de lesion. were observed frequen.ly, regardless of age of t.e an.mals.
