文章基于专利引用网络构建企业层面数实产业技术融合指标,从理论和实证两个方面深入探讨了数实产业技术融合对我国企业全球价值链稳定性的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,企业进行数实产业技术融合能显著提升其全球价值链的稳定性。融合垂直深度越深、水平广度越广,这一“稳链”作用越明显。机制分析表明,企业通过数实产业技术融合能够扩大出口产品范围、优化进口中间品布局策略及拓展专利知识宽度,从而提升我国企业全球价值链的稳定性。在异质性分析层面,数实产业技术融合对企业全球价值链稳定性的影响在具有不同内部特征和外部环境的企业中存在明显差异。文章为新时代促进数字新质生产力与实体产业的深度融合、提升企业全球价值链稳定性提供了实证支持与政策指引。

Molecule dynamic simulation on the effect of lubricant on R32 during condensation

Lubricant can improve the dynamic performance of the heat transfer surface and also have an adverse effect on the condensation heat transfer capacity of refrigerant. This paper studies the effect of adding different mass fractions of lubricant PEC4 molecules on the condensation process of refrigerant R32 using molecular dynamics simulation. The results show that the addition of lubricant can suppress the condensation process of refrigerant, and the condensation is more suppressed with the increase of lubricant mass fraction. All lubricant molecules are adsorbed on the copper plate to form an oil film, and increasing the heat transfer resistance at the liquid-solid interface. The temperature distribution along the condensation direction shows that copper atoms reach the given condensation temperature at the beginning of condensation, and temperature jump occurred at the liquidsolid interface. When the mass fraction of lubricating oil is 0 wt%, 4.58 wt%, 8.77 wt%, 12.61 wt%, the time required for the temperature of the fluid area to drop to the condensation temperature is 100 ps, 152 ps, 205 ps and 220 ps. Finally, the radial distribution function of R32 condensed on the surface of the copper plate shows that the R32 liquid phase conforms to the distribution law of fluid molecules with short-range order and longrange disorder.

Co-display of two P. falciparum malaria vaccine antigens (Pfs230D1+ and CSP) on the surface of immunogenic liposomes results in functional immune responses upon immunization of mice and rabbits. Combining both antigens produces immune responses that both block transmission and prevent infection. A vaccine targeting multiple stages of the Plasmodium falciparum parasite life cycle is desirable. The sporozoite surface Circumsporozoite Protein (CSP) is the target of leading anti-infective P. falciparum pre-erythrocytic vaccines. Pfs230, a sexual-stage P. falciparum surface protein, is currently in trials as the basis for a transmission-blocking vaccine, which inhibits parasite development in the mosquito vector. Here, recombinant full-length CSP and a Pfs230 fragment (Pfs230D1+) are co-displayed on immunogenic liposomes to induce immunity against both infection and transmission. Liposomes contain cobalt-porphyrin phospholipid (CoPoP), monophosphoryl lipid A and QS-21, and rapidly bind His-tagged CSP and Pfs230D1+ upon admixture to form bivalent particles that maintain reactivity with conformational monoclonal antibodies. Use of multicolor fluorophore-labeled antigens reveals liposome binding upon admixture, stability in serum and enhanced uptake in murine macrophages in vitro. Bivalent liposomes induce humoral and cellular responses against both CSP and Pfs230D1+. Vaccine-induced antibodies reduce parasite numbers in mosquito midguts in a standard membrane feeding assay. Mice immunized with liposome-displayed antigens or that passively receive antibodies from immunized rabbits have reduced parasite liver burden following challenge with transgenic sporozoites expressing P. falciparum CSP.

Simulation of dynamic changes in fluid parameters and flow patterns during condensation

The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the R32 flow condensation is conducted in a circular microchannel with a hydraulic diameter of 1 mm, and the setting of two phase inlets is applied to the transient simulation. The temporal process of flow patterns, velocity contour and temperature contour are obtained for inlet vapor quality of 0.5 and mass flow rate of 100, 150 and 200 kg/(m(2)center dot s), respectively. The corresponding relationship between each flow pattern and its internal parameters along the flow direction during condensation are studied in detail. The fluid in the microchannel undergoes annular, slug, bubbly and shrinking bubbly flow in sequence. The fluctuations of wall shear stress (WSS) and turbulent intensity (TI) caused by the oscillation of velocity gradient are the most intense near the transition point of flow regimes. Revealing the relationship between WSS, TI and flow patterns is an excellent supplement to the existing condensation flow. The local heat flux reaches its extreme value at the head of downstream of the annular flow, injection flow and slug flow. Similarly, the fluid temperature fluctuates violently at the same location. The time-average heat transfer coefficient of annular flow is higher than that of other flow patterns, and the peak value of heat transfer coefficient is located at the head of annular flow downstream under different mass flow rates.

Non-isothermal modeling of a small passive direct methanol fuel cell in vertical operation with anode natural convection effect

A two-dimensional, non-isothermal model is presented for a small passive direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) in vertical operation. The effect of natural convection at the anode in the fuel reservoir is considered. The coupled heat and mass transport of the whole cell, along with the electrochemical reactions occurring in the passive DMFC are modeled. The comprehensive model is solved numerically by the finite element method and validated against the experiment results reported in this paper. The numerical results show that when in vertical operation, the cell temperature increases gradually from the bottom of the cell to the top of the cell, resulting from natural convection at the anode. A higher cell temperature will lead to stronger natural convection in the fuel reservoir, which will in turn lead to a larger temperature difference across the cell. The results also indicate that the rate of methanol crossover increases with increasing methanol concentration from 1 M to 4 M. When incrementally increasing the current densities, the rate of methanol crossover decreased at low methanol concentration of 1 M-2 M but increased at high methanol concentration of 3 M-4 M. Thermodynamic analysis of an ammonia-water solution cross-type absorption-resorption heat pump system

Absorption-resorption heat pump (ARHP) can realize the efficient utilization of low-grade heat under lower operating pressure than traditional absorption heat pump (AHP), but the application is limited by the low coefficient of performance (COP). In this paper, an ammonia-water solution cross-type absorption-resorption heat pump is proposed to improve the performance, and the rectifier can be eliminated because the ammonia component can be balanced with the adjustment of mass flow rate at the resorber inlet. A thermodynamic model is established to investigate the influences of different parameters on the coefficient of performance. The results reveal that: When the high/low pressure pair is 1.5/0.44 MPa and the temperatures of absorber, resorber and desorber are 40 degrees C, 40 degrees C and 5 degrees C, the COP of the proposed system can reach 1.564, which is 8.1% higher than traditional ARHP. When the temperatures of generator, absorber, resorber and desorber are 115 degrees C, 35 degrees C, 40 degrees C and 5 degrees C, the COP is improved up to 6.4% compared with the balanced-type ARHP. Besides, the proposed system has wider working temperature ranges than the traditional system and the temperature ranges of absorber and desorber are increased by 1 degrees C and 2 degrees C, respectively. The advantages of the proposed system also include the lower optimal low-pressure values. Therefore, the ammonia-water solution cross-type absorption-resorption heat pump is appropriate for working in larger pressure differences and makes waste heat recovery more economical and efficient.

Numerical and experimental studies on the carcass characteristics of a radial tire

In this research, the carcass characteristics of a radial tire were analyzed by performing numerical simulations on ABAQUS software based on the single factor control variable method, and the feasibility of the proposed numerical model was verified by executing experiments on a tire uniformity testing machine. It was found that when the tire crossed the bump, the preload had positive effects on the internal energies and friction-dissipation fluctuation of the tire, but had little influence on its kinetic energy fluctuation. Tire speed was positively correlated with the fluctuation of kinetic energy, but negatively correlated with the friction-dissipation fluctuation of the tire. In addition, there was a slight correlation between the speed and the internal energy fluctuation of the tire. Moreover, the change in the tire pressure had little influence on the kinetic energy, internal energy, and friction dissipation of the tire.

Downregulation of SIRT6 is associated with poor prognosis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To explore the prognostic significance of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD)-dependent protein deacetylase sirtuin-6 (SIRT6), encoded by the sirtuin 6 (SIRT6) gene, in a population of Chinese Han patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Cancer tissues and normal lung tissues (>5 cm adjacent to cancer tissue) were collected from Chinese Han patients with NSCLC. Expression levels of SIRT6 and histone H3-acetyl K56 (H3K56), in cancer and normal lung tissues from patients with NSCLC, were detected by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction, Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Correlations between SIRT6 expression and various clinicopathologic features were investigated. Results Out of 86 patients included in the study, mRNA and protein SIRT6 levels were down-regulated in NSCLC tissue versus normal lung tissue, and SIRT6 levels were inversely correlated with H3K56 levels. Positive rates of SIRT6 were significantly correlated with degree of cell differentiation, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, overall survival and metastasis-free survival. Conclusion Downregulation of SIRT6 expression may promote NSCLC malignancy in the Chinese Han population. SIRT6 may be a potential therapeutic target in Chinese Han patients with NSCLC.

Effect of Dual-frequency ultrasonic on subcooled water freezing

Ultrasonic-assisted freezing has received much attention for its outstanding capability to improve freezing performance. However, most researchers focus only on single-frequency ultrasound, lacking research on dualfrequency or multi-frequency ultrasound. Based on the relevant theory of the promotion of solution crystallization by ultrasound wave, this paper experimentally studied the subcooling degree and time of water freezing under the action of ultrasound. The experimental study was carried out on the production of ice from water by using different ultrasonic waves under a specific power. The results show that the effect of ultrasound with specific frequency combinations can improve the speed of water freezing and reduce the subcooling degree. When the experimental conditions are 28+33 kHz and 60 W, the comprehensive performance is the best. Compared with the condition without ultrasound, the subcooling degree is reduced by 5.28 K, and the time required for the complete solidification of water into ice was reduced by a duration of 60 s.

Reactive power balance plays an essential role in improving economic efficiency and grid power quality. With the rapid development of power industry, high pressure and high voltage power grid have been put into operation, quality and reliability of the electric power have become increasingly demanding, as well as the reactive power compensation equipment. STATCOM device is currently the optimal performance of the reactive power compensation devices. Static synchronous compensators (STATCOMs) are part of FACTS device lineage. Their primary aim is to provide a fast acting, precise, and adjustable quantity of reactive power to an AC power system network to which they are linked. This article will focuse on the background, significance, research status, several key technologies and development issues. STATCOM mainly involves several key technologies: inverter power electronic devices;topology structure of the main circuit.;pulse width modulation.;control strategy;reactive current detection. With the economic development, the traditional large capacity STATCOM application occasions gradually restricted and therefore, in the future development of key technologies STATCOM must constantly improve to meet current requirements. In response to these key technical problems and make recommendations to improve these problems.
