This paper presents a model and instructions for a coal gangue detection method. The separation of coal and gangue is of great significance for environmental protection and efficient resource utilization. As science and technology continue to develop, coal sorting requires intelligent, information-based, and specialized approaches to accelerate the construction of a modern economic system characterized by green and low-carbon, promoting the high-quality development of the coal industry. Coal and gangue have similar colors and irregular shapes, which results in low detection accuracy, misdetection, omission, and challenges in coal and gangue identification and sorting. To tackle these issues, this study proposes a series of enhancements to the YOLOv7 algorithm, including the replacement of the ELANNet backbone network with the CSPDarkNet structure, addition of the SE attention mechanism, and substitution of the loss function with SIoU, to improve coal gangue detection performance. Experimental results demonstrate that the improved YOLOv7 algorithm achieves a detection accuracy of 95.2% for coal gangue, which is 2.4% higher than the YOLOv7 model. Additionally, the improved YOLOv7 model is more robust, avoiding missed detection and false detection effectively and completing the coal gangue object detection task more efficiently. © 2023 IEEE.

The reinforcement framework is welded by the closed stirrup and the main reinforcement. The welding sequence of different welding points on the same stirrup has an important impact on the welding quality of the reinforcement framework. In order to optimize the welding sequence of reinforcement framework, the three-dimensional finite element model of reinforcement framework of six main reinforcement is established to simulate the maximum stress of reinforcement skeleton under three different welding schemes (Scheme 1: welding the upper and lower four welding points first and then welding the middle two welding points;Scheme 2: welding the middle two welding points first and then welding the upper and lower four welding points;Scheme 3: simultaneous welding of six welding points) Residual stress and strain are analyzed and compared to select the best welding scheme. The results show that the residual stress mainly occurs at the solder joint after welding, and the maximum stress value of the solder joint closest to the clamping end is 216.20 MPa. The thermal deformation caused by welding has little effect on the overall size. Compared with Scheme 1 and Scheme 3, the reinforcement framework welded under Scheme 2 has better welding quality. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

针对钢弹簧浮置板道床结构因采用混凝土短轨枕而难以到达设计减振效果的问题,借鉴高速铁路建设经验,将双块式轨枕与点支撑道床有效结合,研发出适用于城市轨道交通的新型双块式点支撑浮置板道床结构。通过数值模拟和现场试验,对该系统的减振效果进行验证。结果表明:双块式点支撑浮置板道床结构有利于轨底坡的保持,便于轨排的组装,可以改善轮轨受力;车速80~120 km/h时,双块式点支撑浮置板道床结构试验段的减振效果达到14 dB以上,减振效果良好;该系统具有显著的经济和社会效益。

Evolutionary game analysis of cooperation strategies for core enterprises of film copyright import and export under China's supporting policies

PurposeThis paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model between the government, the core enterprises of film copyright export and imports and uses the system dynamics model to simulate and find the optimal selection results of single and mixed government incentives under dynamic changes, aiming to promote the development of foreign trade of film copyright and innovation and development of the film industry so as to improve the overall social benefits of the film industry and provide policy enlightenment for enhancing the import power of foreign core enterprises to introduce domestic film ***/methodology/approachIn this paper, a tripartite evolutionary game model of the government, the core enterprises of film copyright export and imports is constructed, the evolution process of cooperation strategy is derived, the impact of innovation income coefficient, mixed incentive policy and single incentive policy on the evolution results is analyzed, and the system dynamic model is used to simulate to find the optimal selection results of single and mixed government incentives under dynamic changes, so as to provide reference for the government's dynamic incentive *** results show that export-oriented core firms are more sensitive to mixed incentives, while import-oriented core firms respond more quickly to single incentives. 目的探究老年患者非预期院内心脏骤停自主循环恢复的相关影响因素,为预防老年患者院内心脏骤停和提高抢救成功率提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,连续收集134例老年患者非预期性院内心脏骤停的临床资料,根据抢救后结局分为自主循环恢复组和自主循环未恢复组,进行多因素logistic回归分析探讨影响因素。结果134例患者中,恢复自主循环患者69例,成功率为51.5%。logistic回归分析显示,年龄、抢救地点、持续CPR时间、肾上腺素累计使用量是老年患者非预期住院内心脏骤停自主循环恢复的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论老年患者非预期院内心脏骤停自主循环恢复成功率较低,建议老年危重患者入住ICU,提前备齐急救仪器设备及药物;普通病房患者突发心脏骤停后,应立即启动快速反应系统以提高老年患者自主循环恢复成功率。

目的分析异基因造血干细胞移植并发肛周感染的危险因素,为临床制定肛周感染的防治方案提供参考。方法选取264例骨髓移植患者,按照移植后是否发生肛周感染分为肛周感染组和非感染组,采用logistic回归分析移植并发肛周感染的影响因素。结果264例患者中,肛周感染组51例(19.32%)。回归分析显示,既往有糖尿病史、肛周疾患史、二次移植、中性粒细胞植入时间为移植后并发肛周感染的危险因素,坐浴后规律使用保护剂为保护因素(均P<0.05)。结论异基因造血干细胞移植并发肛周感染的发生率较高,护理人员应重视既往病史、并存疾病的影响,重点针对二次移植的患者,尤其是在中性粒细胞未成功植入期间,加强肛周感染知识的健康宣教,做好肛周感染防护,减少移植并发肛周感染的发生率。

为克服城市轨道交通领域钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构普遍存在的道床内短轨枕轨底坡保持精度较差、调整工作量大、轨排组装困难、施工进度慢等缺点,通过把优化后的双块式无砟轨道技术引入到钢弹簧浮置板结构中,兼收双块式无砟轨道高精度和钢弹簧浮置板高减振性优点,形成了新型双块式点支撑浮置板道床结构。通过建立有限元模型对起吊、堆载、吊装和施工4种最不利工况下的静力特性进行分析研究,确定最优结构设计参数,利用极限状态设计方法对结构进行整体和局部配筋设计,并上道铺设试验段和动力性能测试。结果表明:新型双块式轨枕可有效降低现浇道床八字形裂纹,道床结构具有较好的轨底坡精度和平顺性以及施工简便和速度快等优点;在80~120 km/h速度范围内,脱轨系数最大0.52,轮重减载率最大为0.28,均小于规定限值,且减振效果均达到14 dB,具有良好的行车安全性指标和减振性能。

目的探讨心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ自身抗体(cTnIAAb)对心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)检测的干扰程度及其临床意义。方法采用cTnI-TnC亲和层析柱纯化血清中的cTnIAAb,进行特异性鉴定;选取15例cTnI阳性样本(cTnI>0.026ng/mL),分别加入不同蛋白量的cTnIAAb,经cTnI检测系统测定cTnI原始浓度和回收浓度,计算cTnI下降率。结果自身抗体阳性血清经亲和层析柱纯化得cTnIAAb 3.5mg,稀释后得cTnIAAb浓度为1ng/mL;cTnIAAb特异性实验中,随着加入cTnIAAb蛋白量增大,cTnI下降率逐渐升高,呈良好的多项式线性相关(R2=0.992);15例cTnI阳性样本,加入2μL cTnIAAb组出现cTnI低、中度降低血清分别为11份和4份;加入5μL cTnIAAb后出现cTnI低、中、高度降低的血清分别为2份、12份、1份;加入10μL cTnIAAb后出现cTnI中、高度降低的血清分别7份和8份;加入2μL、5μL、10μL cTnIAAb组lg(cTnI理论浓度)和cTnI下降率之间的相关系数r分别为-0.63(P<0.05)、-0.74(P<0.01)、-0.75(P<0.01),呈中等和强负相关关系。结论cTnIAAb可对cTnI检测产生明显的负性干扰,造成cTnI检测结果偏低,影响临床对心肌损伤类疾病的诊断。

Changes in functional activities and volatile flavor compounds of fermented mung beans, cowpeas, and quinoa started with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SY07

In this work, the functional activities including alpha-glucosidase, alpha-amylase, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity, and antioxidant activity of mixed grains (mung beans, cowpeas, and quinoa) fermented with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SY07 were investigated. The volatile flavor of the mixed grains collected every 12 h during 72 h-fermentation were further detected as well. The inhibition on alpha-glucosidase and alpha-amylase reached up to 89.34 % and 50.03 % with the sample concentration of 5.17 and 9.38 mg/mL, respectively. Moreover, the ACE inhibitory activity reached to 93.66 % with the sample concentration of 0.59 mg/mL. The antioxidant capacity of the mixed grains, evaluated by ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging capacities and ferric ion reducing power, was also significantly improved (p < 0.05) during fermentation. The maximum of ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging capacities increased to 8.64 and 3.21 mg TE/g DW, respectively, and the maximum ferric ion reducing power reached to 5.73 mg TE/g DW. Twenty-one volatile flavor compounds with odor activity values (OAVs) >= 1 were detected, and six key volatile flavor substances were identified by OPLS-DA analysis, namely, isovaleric acid, acetoin, phenylacetic acid, (Z)-2-nonenol, 1-hexanol, and 1-octen-3-ol, with overall strong creamy, sweet, baked-potato, and cocoa flavors upon fermentation. These findings revealed a favorable pathway for B. amyloliquefaciens SY07 to be used to improve the functional and flavor properties of fermented grains, which would also be of great value for further elucidating the mechanism of the formation of the volatile flavor differences and developing novel quality cereal-based products.
