More and more security and privacy issues are arising as new technologies, such as big data and cloud computing, are widely applied in nowadays. For decreasing the privacy breaches in access control system under opening and cross-domain environment. In this paper, we suggest a game and risk based access model for privacy preserving by employing Shannon information and game theory. After defining the notions of Privacy Risk and Privacy Violation Access, a high-level framework of game theoretical risk based access control is proposed. Further, we present formulas for estimating the risk value of access request and user, construct and analyze the game model of the proposed access control by using a multi-stage two player game. There exists sub-game perfect Nash equilibrium each stage in the risk based access control and it's suitable to protect the privacy by limiting the privacy violation access requests.

Investigation of the Mechanism of Heterovalent Codoping on the Scintillation Properties of GAGG:Ce Crystals

Gd-3(Al,Ga)(5)O-12:Ce (GAGG:Ce) crystal is considered as one of the most efficient scintillators for nuclear medicine imaging devices and gamma detection applications due to its high light yield (58,000 ph./MeV), excellent energy resolution (4.9%@662 keV), and high density (6.63 g/cm(3)). With the introduction of time-of-flight techniques, scintillators are required to have a faster scintillation decay time and higher light yield. An efficient strategy for accelerating the scintillation decay process of GAGG:Ce is mainly through the codoping of low valence ions such as Ca2+. However, the mechanism of codoping has not yet been elucidated, and there is no reasonable explanation for the phenomenon of insignificant improvement in scintillation performance after codoping with some low-valence ions (e.g., Na+). To further investigate the effect of valence on the scintillation properties, three ions with different valence states (Mg2+, Yb3+, and Hf4+) are selected. The scintillation properties deteriorate after Hf4+ codoping, whereas the scintillation decay process is significantly accelerated after Mg2+ and Yb3+ codoping. In addition, the Mg2+ codoped crystal exhibits a low afterglow level. These excellent performances make it very promising for detector applications. Furthermore, the theoretical study of the luminescence mechanism provides a significant reference for the design of high-performance codoped GAGG:Ce crystals.

MXene based flexible microheater for enhanced infrared imaging of cerebral blood flow

Infrared thermography technology is a noninvasiveness and real-time imaging method, it has attracted enormous attentions for blood flow imaging. However, the implementation of infrared thermography technology is still limited by the poor imaging quality caused by the low temperature discrimination between the target blood vessel and background. Herein, we reported a flexible and low-cost MXene based photothermal microheater for enhancing the infrared imaging of blood flow. In the experiment, MXene films with specific thickness was prepared by vacuum filtering different concentrations of MXene colloidal solutions. Thereafter, the microheaters were fabricated by assembling the MXene films on the PU tape/PDMS substrate, and then sealed with another layer of pure PDMS film on the top of MXene film. The photothermal performance of the microheaters were evaluated by using an 808-nm laser as the exciting source. Experimental results show that the optimal microheater（MXene content: 17.5 mg） can reach a safe temperature of 41.5°C with 43.9 s under the light irradiation of100 mW·cm-2. Moreover, it can be stabilized at the equilibrium temperate for over 25 min. Finally, the above optimal microheater was used to accurately heat the simulated blood vessel. It shows that temperature difference of 3.3°C can be induced between the heated blood vessel and environment. As a result, it significantly enhances the quality of the infrared imaging of the blood flow in the simulated vascular network.

Macrophages play a critical role in the progression of acute liver failure (ALF), a life-threatening clinical syndrome characterized by the rapid onset of liver injury. Recent research suggests that mechanosensation signaling may be pivotal in modulating acute inflammation. However, its involvement in ALF pathogenesis remains poorly understood. In this study, we found that Piezo1 was highly expressed in liver macrophages during liver injury in both humans and mice. Mice with macrophage-specific Piezo1 depletion were resistant to CpG-ODN/D-GalNinduced ALF, whereas mice pretreated with Yoda1 showed increased susceptibility. Furthermore, Piezo1deficient macrophages exhibited reduced secretion of inflammatory cytokines upon CpG-ODN stimulation in vitro, while Yoda1 treatment enhanced cytokine secretion. Mechanistically, Piezo1 activation promotes the phosphorylation of CaMKII, which further enhances CpG-ODN-induced NF-kappa B activation. Additionally, Piezo1 activation promotes the endosomal translocation of TLR9 through the cytoskeleton remodeling. These findings suggest that Piezo1-mediated mechanosensation contributes to the development of CpG-ODN/D-GalN-induced ALF and may serve as a potential therapeutic target.

Improvement of hydrogen production performance by in situ doping of carbon nanotubes into TiO2 materials

In order to prepare highly efficient and stable photocatalytic hydrogen production catalyst, spot-coated carbon nanotube (CNT) composites were prepared by in situ growth of TiO2 on the surface of CNT by adding CNT in four butyl titanate and then sol-gel method under ultrasonic irradiation. Compared with the nanocomposites doped with dopamine, the prepared nanocomposites obviously had lower agglomerated degree and showed excellent hydrogen evolution performance. The optimal hydrogen production performance was 0.0337 mg/ml for the prepared nanocomposites, which had a stable photocatalytic efficiency.

In-situ self-reduction preparation of Ti3C2Tx/Ag on flexible PMMA chip for quantitative detection of SARS-CoV-2

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has proven to be of great superiority in the assay and prevention of infectious disease attributed to its rapid and specific fingerprint recognition ability toward trace molecules. However, it is still crucial to develop portable and precise chip for the reliable realization of on-site and large-scale screening. Here, a robust in-situ reduction strategy was employed to prepare Ti3C2Tx@Ag nanocomposites, which was installed on a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) matrix to construct a novel flexible SERS chip with self-rectification capability. The resulting Ti3C2Tx@Ag nanocomposites exhibited both electromagnetic and chemical enhancement effects, enabling high SERS activity. In particular, the as-developed SERS chip demonstrated fascinating signal reproducibility and quantitative detection capability by conducting the intrinsic Raman signal of PMMA as an internal standard. Furthermore, the PMMA-Ti3C2Tx@Ag chip facilitated the visualization of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) nucleocapsid (N) with ultra-low limit of detection, stressing the potential application of this smart self-rectification SERS chip with high activity in real time and rapid monitoring of sudden infectious diseases.

Mixed components of formamidinium(FA) and cesium (Cs)-based perovskite solar cells are the most hopeful for commercialization owing to their excellent operational and phase stabilities, especially for devices with inverted structure. The nonradiative recombination of carriers can be effectively suppressed through interface optimization, therefore, the performance of devices can be improved. Notably, the buried interface emerges as critical aspects such as charge transport, charge recombination kinetics, and morphology of perovskite films. This study focuses on a straightforward yet effective approach to overcome buried interface challenges between organic polymers (poly(-triarylamine) (PTAA) and FACs-based perovskite films. The PTAA substrate is pretreated with a Lewis base known as 2-butynoic acid (BA) with a C=O functional group. First, it can be an interfacial buffering layer, harmonizing stress mismatch between the perovskite and PTAA layers, consequently optimizing crystallization and improving perovskite film quality. Second, Pb2+ defect can be passivated at the buried interface of the perovskite film through binding with the C=O group of the BA molecule. This dual-function strategy leads to a substantial enhancement in both photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) and stability of devices. Finally, the PCE of the device-modified buried interface with BA reaches an impressive 23.33%. Furthermore, unencapsulated devices with BA treatment maintain approximately 94% of their initial efficiency after aging at maximum power point tracking for 1000 h.

Association between the plasma ceramide and coronary microvascular resistance

Background Plasma ceramide plays a potentially significant role in the pathogenesis of coronary microvascular dysfunction. However, the relationship between plasma ceramide and coronary microvascular resistance in patients remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate the association between plasma ceramide levels, as well as their distinct ratios, and coronary microvascular resistance. Methods This single-center observational study retrospectively enrolled patients who underwent both ceramide measurement and coronary angiography during hospitalization. The microvascular resistance of the coronary arteries was assessed in all patients using the angiography-derived index of microcirculatory resistance (Angio-IMR). The cumulative coronary microvascular resistance was calculated by summing the microvascular resistance of the three main coronary arteries. Multiple linear and logistic regression analyses were employed to evaluate the relationship between plasma ceramide and cumulative coronary microvascular resistance. Restricted cubic spline (RCS) analysis was conducted to investigate the association between plasma ceramide levels and cumulative coronary microvascular resistance. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were employed to evaluate the predictive value of plasma ceramide for coronary microvascular resistance. Additionally, subgroup analyses and interaction tests were performed. Results A total of 225 patients were included in this study, with a median cumulative coronary microvascular resistance of 48.04 (40.32-56.73). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, both plasma 16:0 ceramide and the 16:0/24:0 ceramide ratio were positively associated with cumulative coronary microvascular resistance [standardized beta +/- standard error: 75.05 +/- 8.46 (P < 0.001) and 91.72 +/- 20.41 (P < 0.001), respectively]. Plant cell wall inspired lignin-based membrane with configurable radical scavenging activity

Natural antioxidants have received considerable attention due to their inherent biocompatibility and biodegradability, yet inferior antioxidant, storage instability, and structural heterogeneity limit applications. Drawing inspiration from plant structures, we develop antioxidant membranes that are entirely biomass-derived, metalfree, and customizable, using the layer-by-layer (LBL) assembly technique. The natural polyphenolic lignin coassembles with lauryl alcohol derived from cassia bark into macroporous spherical particles in a gamma-valerolactone (GVL)/water mixture, in which the pore size can be facilely adjusted by modulating feed ratio. Furthermore, the lignin nanospheres' free radical scavenging ability is greatly enhanced by enlarging the pore size, offering an alternative way to improve the antioxidant performance. As the hydrophilic shells of lignin spherical assemblies display a strong affinity towards holocellulose nanofibrils (HCNF), multilayered antioxidant membranes with stable mechanical strength are constructed. The entirely biomass-derived antioxidant membrane has proven effective in recycled antioxidative microfiltration applications, demonstrating more than 90 % scavenging activity over seven cycles. Moreover, it exhibits biodegradability even in harsh conditions, with temperatures below 280 K and relative humidity less than 30 RH%. This work illuminates new possibilities for applying natural antioxidants in precise control materials.

Chromosomal level genome assembly of medicinal plant Rosa laevigata

Rosa laevigata Michx., an endemic perennial herbaceous plant in China, possesses significant medicinal value in traditional herbal practices. However, the absence of a reference genome has hindered its development and utilization. In this study, we present a chromosome-level de novo genome assembly of two haplotypes (Hap1 and Hap2) of R. laevigata by integration of Hifi long reads, BGI short reads, and Hi-C reads. The assembled Hap1 genome spans 493 Mb, Hap2 genome spans 479 Mb, and both of them were assigned to 7 chromosomes each. The mapping rate of BGI short reads to the two haplotypes genome is approximately 99.26% and 99.23%, and BUSCO assessment reveals that 98.6% and 98.7% of the genes are complete. Furthermore, we predicted 43,480 and 41,251 protein-coding genes in two haplotype genomes, respectively. The chromosome-level genome of R. laevigata enhances the genetic resources available for Rosa species and lays the groundwork for subsequent medicinal development.
