Grid company archive data has the characteristics of multimodality, mass and diversity, covering structured, semi-structured and unstructured data. These data have the problems of low utilization efficiency and serious information silo effect under the traditional management mode. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a multimodal archive data intelligent utilization technology framework based on artificial intelligence deep learning. Firstly, the convolutional neural network is used to extract features from the image data in the archive to realize image classification and target detection; secondly, the BERT model and the Transformer structure are used to process the archive text data for semantic extraction and text classification; finally, the multimodal Transformer model is used to realize the joint modeling and information sharing of the cross-modal data to solve the problem of isolated and correlation analysis between the data. isolation and correlation analysis. This study provides technical support and application demonstration for the intelligent management and intelligent transformation of power grid company archive data.

Under the dual pressures of global warming and accelerated urbanization, urban green spaces (UGS) serve as crucial yet paradoxical elements, alleviating urban heat island (UHI) effects while emitting biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs) that exacerbate air pollution;however, their spatial trade-offs remain underexplored. This study bridges this gap by developing an Urban Heat Mitigation Index (HMI) and a BVOC flux accounting framework integrating remote sensing and field observations. The results showed that (1) the cooling effect exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity, with continuous green networks around West Lake and along the Qiantang River forming efficient cooling corridors (HMI > 0.75), while fragmented green spaces in northeastern areas show weaker cooling effects (HMI < 0.35);(2) BVOC emission intensity displays a "high suburbs-low centers" pattern, with suburban areas emitting 1.9-2.3 times more BVOCs than urban centers, while BVOC-induced PM2.5 (0.02-0.05 mu g m(-3)) and O-3 (12-33 mu g m(-3)) concentrations in city centers still pose significant health risks;(3) spatial analysis reveals a weak positive correlation between HMI and BVOC emissions (Moran's I = 0.096, p < 0.05), with four distinct coupling patterns identified: "high cooling-low emissions" (17.5% of area), "low cooling-high emissions" (1.1%), "high cooling-high emissions" (18.7%), and "low cooling-low emissions" (3.9%). This study provides quantitative evidence for optimizing UGS layouts to balance ecological benefits and environmental risks, emphasizing the importance of vegetation screening and spatial allocation in sustainable urban planning.

The production of multi-carbon compounds through CO2 photoreduction (CO2PR) holds great promise but faces challenges due to high kinetic barriers and the sluggish process of C-C coupling. Overcoming these obstacles requires fine engineering of active sites. In this study, Ni active sites are engineered through the synergistic effect of metal-oxo cluster (Mo7O246-) and hydroxyl vacancy (V-OH). In contrast to the Ni sites unmodified with Mo7O246- and V-OH, which are unable to produce multi-carbon products, the constructed electron-enriched Ni active sites exhibit an impressive selectivity of up to 43.02% and a high yield rate of 246.70 mu mol g(-1) h(-1) for C2H6, which represent one of the best results for CO2PR to C2H6. Through a comprehensive investigation involving operando experiments and theoretical simulations, hydroxyl vacancy and the formed Mo & horbar;O & horbar;Ni bonds is demonstrated due to the filling of hydroxyl vacancies with oxygen atoms from Mo7O246- synergistically constructed electron-rich Ni sites. Such Ni sites efficiently catalyze CO2 conversion to C2H6 by enhancing the adsorption of *CO, promoting subsequent hydrogenation, and enabling low energy barriers for CO2 hydrogenation to *OCOH and the coupling of *CH3 intermediates. This study provides deeper insights into the photocatalytic process, highlighting the significance of tailored active sites for efficient CO2 conversion.

Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways that remains an unresolved problem. Reportedly M2 macrophages and exosomes play a role in inflammation, including asthma. We investigated the roles of M2 macrophage-derived exosomes (M2-Exos) effect in asthmatic progression by using ovalbumin (OVA) induced asthmatic mice model. M2-Exos significantly ameliorated the pulmonary inflammatory response and airway hyperresponsiveness in asthmatic mice and suppressed aberrant proliferation and transient receptor potential polycystic protein 2(TRPP2) expression in LPS-stimulated primary airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs). Then, we found that miR-186-5p of M2-Exos could target TRPP2 through online database analysis. However, miR-186-5p downregulation by miR-186-5p inhibitors decreased the protective effect of M2-Exos in asthmatic mouse and cellular models. miR-186-5p was identified and selectively combined with the polycystin-2 gene encoding TRPP2 protein, inhibited TRPP2 protein production, and downregulated TRPP2 expression. A reduction in the number of TRPP2 calcium (Ca) channels formed on the cell membrane leads to a decreased intracellular Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+] i), causing reduced ASMC contraction and proliferation, thereby improving airway hyperresponsiveness and airway remodeling in asthma. Collectively, we conclude that M2 exosomal miR-186-5p to alleviate asthma progression and airway hyperresponsiveness though downregulating TRPP2 expression. These results may offer a novel insight to the treatment and drug delivery of asthma.

智能电能表是我国电网企业智能化建设转型发展的关键设备。参照新的IR46国际标准和智能电能表技术规范,现有电能表检定系统已经无法适应国内新一代电能表的检定需求。针对IR46国际标准提出的技术要求,提出了一种智能电能表检定系统。该检定系统主要由程控信号源、线性功率放大器、高等级标准电能表、误差计算器和计算机软件等模块组成。通过对线性功率放大器小电流及特殊波形输出性能的提升,以及高等级标准电能表的谐波和小电流计量性能的改进,实现了基本误差、谐波、方顶波、尖顶波等特殊波形以及小电流条件下的检定。测试结果表明,该检定系统满足新一代智能电能表的测试要求。目前,新一代智能电能表检定系统已在多个智能电能表企业和国网省级营销服务中心使用。

Preparation and characterization of hollow In₂O₃/Co₃O₄ heterostructured microribbons by electrospinning process

Long and thin hollow In2O3/Co3O4 hetero-structured microribbons have been prepared by a combination method of electrospinning and sol-gel process. The as-prepared microribbons show the well-defined one-dimensional ribbon structure with 5-10 mu m in width and tens of millimeters in length. The polycrystalline microribbons calcined at 700 degrees C for 2 h are still continuous and have the uniform cross section and the thickness to width ratio is around 1:10. It is very interesting that the microribbons present the hollow structure and these novel heterostructured ribbons can potentially be used in micro/nano electronic devices, gas-sensors and catalysts.

Mucosal contact of the tip of colonoscopy causes red-out views, and more pressure may result in perforation. There is still a lack of quantitative analysis methods for red-out views. We aimed to develop an artificial intelligence (AI)-based system to assess red-out views during intubation in colonoscopy. Altogether, 479 colonoscopies performed by 34 colonoscopists were analysed using the proposed semi-supervised AI-based system. We compared the AI-based red-out avoiding scores among novice, intermediate, and experienced colonoscopists. The mean AI-based red-out avoiding scores were compared among groups stratified by expert-rated direct observation of procedure or skill (DOPS)-based tip control assessment results. Both the percentage of actual red-out views (p < 0.001) and AI-based red-out avoiding scores (p < 0.001) were significantly different among the novice, intermediate, and experienced groups. Colonoscopists who scored better on the DOPS-based tip control assessment also performed better on the AI-based red-out avoiding skill assessment. AI-based red-out avoiding score was negatively correlated with actual caecal intubation time and actual red-out percentage. Feedback of red-out avoiding score may help remind endoscopists to perform colonoscopy in an effective and safe manner. This system can be used as an auxiliary tool for colonoscopy training. © The Author(s) 2025.

A sub-optimal multi-service quality-of-service (QoS) guaranteed resource block allocation algorithm for downlink LTE system is proposed in this paper. Its key features are that all users are classified into three categories according to their channel state information in physical layer and queue state information in data-link layer. Then proposed scheduler assigns resource blocks to predefined three user categories in turns. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm reduces the data loss rate considerably and improves the resource exploitation rate meanwhile user QoS requirement is ensured. For a densely populated system, the proposed scheme shows a graceful degradation, possibly leading to a high average user satisfaction.

A long chain of inverters and wire segments will amplify clock jitter and drop timing pulses due to intersymbol interference. We present a jitter attenuating buffer based on surfing techniques. Our buffer circuit consists of a few inverters with variable output strength that implement a simple, low-gain DLL. Chains of these surfing buffers attenuate jitter making them well suited for source-synchronous interfaces. Furthermore, our chains can be used to reliably transmit handshaking signals and support sliding-window protocols to improve the throughput of asynchronous communication.

As the human body's most vital environmental interface, the skin integrates diverse sensory receptors enabling simultaneous perception of multiple stimuli through multisensory processing. However, the realization of multifunctional sensing system on robots or prosthetics remains a huge challenge. Here we report a multifunctional tactile sensor fabricated from ionic thermoelectric gelatin that achieves simultaneous pressure and temperature detection. The thermoelectric effect of this ionic thermoelectric gelatin is mainly achieved through the synergy of the thermodiffusion effects and the thermogalvanic effect of ions. In addition, by applying pressure, the thermoelectric effect of this ionic thermoelectric gelatin can be changed (the thermopower of the ionic thermoelectric gelatin increases from 1.21 mV/K to 1.67 mV/K, representing a 38 % increase), so as to enable the sensor to sense external forces. By comparing the thermoelectric effect driven by temperature difference and the thermoelectric effect driven by pressure-temperature difference, there is a difference in the voltage response time. This allows for the decoupling of signals at the backend with only a simple algorithm. Using this sensor, we achieved a 95.31 % accuracy rate in identifying different materials. The multifunctional tactile sensor can promote the development of robots and better assist the disabled in restoring their sensory abilities.
