奥克托今(HMX)包覆铝粉(Al)能够有效降低Al的团聚烧结现象并改善其能量释放效率。采用物理混合法、溶剂-反溶剂法和溶剂蒸发诱导自组装法分别制备了三种不同结构的Al/HMX-1、Al/HMX-2和Al/HMX-3复合含能材料。相较于Al/HMX-1和Al/HMX-2,Al/HMX-3复合材料为球形包覆结构,D_(50)为6.651μm,各组分均匀分布。Al/HMX-3复合材料具备最优的热分解性能,其HMX的分解峰温降低到264.3℃,比Al/HMX-1和Al/HMX-2分别降低了~20.0℃和~19.2℃。燃烧性能分析表明,Al/HMX-3复合样品的燃烧更剧烈,团聚烧结现象降低,具有最高的燃烧热和燃烧温度。通过HMX均匀的包覆,HMX分解及时为Al燃烧提供氧化性气体“牢笼”促进Al氧化,并减少Al颗粒之间的相互碰撞导致的团聚。因此,燃烧性能和能量释放效率得到大幅度提升。

Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) are ectopic lymphocyte aggregates formed in non-lymphoid tissues, including cancers, and are loci for the generation of in situ anti-tumor immune responses, which play a crucial role in cancer control. The state of TLS presence in cancer and its composition can significantly impact the treatment response and prognosis of patients. TLSs have the potential to serve as predictive and prognostic biomarkers for cancer. However, the mechanisms underlying TLS formation in cancer and how the essential components of TLSs affect cancer are not fully understood. In this review, we summarized TLS formation in cancer, the value of the TLS in different states of existence, and its key constituents for cancer prediction and prognosis. Finally, we discussed the impact of cancer treatment on TLSs.

The dynamic of platelet count as a novel and valuable predictor for 90-day survival of hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure patients

Background: The prognosis of hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF) is extremely poor due to multiple organ dysfunction. Objectives: To investigate the prognostic risk factors and create a 90-day prognostic predictive model for the patients with HBV-ACLF. Methods: Demographic information, clinical examination, and laboratory test results of the enrolled patients were collected to study the prognostic risk factors. Univariate and multivariate analysis and stepwise Logistic regression were performed to develop the predictive model. External validation was performed to verify the model. Results: A total of 333 HBV-ACLF patients and 86 HBV-non-ACLF patients were included in this study. Age, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), total bilirubin (TBIL), platelet (PLT), and international normalized ratio (INR) were found to be independent risk factors for poor outcomes of HBV-ACLF patients. The formula identified for the linear predictor (LP) of the prognosis of HBV-ACLF patients is thus: LPACLF = -5.04-0.056 x age-0.002 x AFP-0.010 x PLT + 0.002 x TBIL + 0.877 x INR. The area under curve (AUC) of the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was 0.7835 (95% CI 0.7248-0.8423). Conclusions: A predictive model with good calibration and discrimination for 90-day survival ofHBVACLF patients, including 5 variables, namely age, AFP, PLT, TBIL, and INR was established. Platelet count was a sensitive and dynamic variable for the prognosis of HBV-ACLF. (c) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.

Objectives Milletia speciosa Champ (MS), a traditional Chinese medicine, has the abilities of antistress, antifatigue, anti-oxidation and so on. In our previous study, MS was found to antidepression while the underlying mechanism of which needs further elucidation. Methods Here, a proton nuclear magnetic resonance (H-1-NMR)-based metabonomics combined network pharmacology research approach was performed to investigate the antidepressive mechanism of MS act on mouse with chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced depression. Key findings Results showed that MS could alleviate the ethology of depression (including sucrose preference degree, crossing lattice numbers and stand-up times) and disordered biochemical parameters (5-hydroxytryptamine, norepinephrine and brain-derived neurotrophic factor). Metabonomics study and network pharmacology analysis showed that MS might improve depression through synergistically regulating five targets including Maoa, Maob, Ache, Ido1 and Comt, and three metabolic pathways such as tryptophan metabolism, synthesis of neurotransmitter and phospholipid metabolism. Conclusions This study for the first time preliminary clarified the potential antidepressive mechanism of MS and provided theoretical basis for developing MS into novel effective antidepressant.

A Novel Data-Aided Feedforward Timing Estimator for Burst-Mode Satellite Communications

In this letter, we investigate the problem of feedforward timing estimation for burst-mode satellite communications. By analyzing the correlation property of frame header (FH) acquisition in the presence of sampling offset, a novel data-aided feedforward timing estimator that utilizes the correlation peaks for interpolating the fractional timing offset is proposed. Numerical results show that even under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and small rolloff factor conditions, the proposed estimator can approach the modified Cramer-Rao bound (MCRB) closely. Furthermore, this estimator only requires two samples per symbol and can be implemented with low complexity with respect to conventional data-aided estimators.

Research on the origin and source of hydrate-bound gas and its relationship to deep conventional oil and gas accumulation in a basin is critical to understanding the accumulation mechanism of gas hydrates and to resource evaluation of gas hydrate accumulation. In this study, the hydrate-bound gas obtained via pressure coring and the production gas recovered during a production test on a gas hydrate reservoir in the Shenhu area offshore of Southern China were tested and discussed. The geochemical analysis results indicate that methane is the predominant gas, and heavier hydrocarbons (C2+) are also present but in low concentrations. The molecular compositions of the hydrate gas recovered from two production test sites are similar to those of the hydrate-bound gas acquired via pressure coring. In addition to the isotopic composition of the methane, the carbon and hydrogen isotopes of the C2+ hydrocarbons were obtained for the first time. The delta C-13 isotopes of the methane range from -66.6 parts per thousand to -46.2 parts per thousand, indicating that the hydrate-bound gases have a mixed origin, containing both biogenic and thermogenic gases. The plot of delta C-13(1) versus delta C-13(2) suggests that the biogenic and thermogenic hydrocarbons were derived from marine organic matter and terrestrial organic matter, respectively. The isotopic characterization of the hydrate-bound gas reveals that the thermogenic hydrate gas contains both humic-type gas and sapropel-type gas, but the sapropel-type gas is predominant. The source rocks of the thermogenic hydrate gas are interpreted to be both the gas-prone coal measure strata of the Enping Formation and the oil-prone medium-deep lacustrine strata of the Wenchang Formation, the latter of which contributed more to the hydrocarbon supply of the gas hydrates. This paper conducts scientific research on the joint scheduling of vehicles and personnel based on the distribution of car-sharing use [1] , so as to propose an optimal control scheduling scheme that improves car utilization while making customers more satisfied and maximizing corporate profits. To begin with, we used the partitioning method to pre-processing the shared vehicle location data set, and use Excel software to disassemble the coordinate information. We need to divide the data according to the parking points, count the data according to different parking points, make descriptive statistics on the total number of parked vehicles at the parking points, and then analyze the use distribution of car-sharing [2] . Additionally, a joint car-sharing scheduling optimization model is built and the model is improved, which is then transformed into a two-layer mTSP model [3] . The upper model is an mTSP model with uncertain number of vehicles with time windows, while the lower model is an mTSP model with uncertain number of persons with time windows. At the same time, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, and after the operation of selection, cross over and variation combined with the simulated annealing strategy [4] to achieve better optimization results and construct the most beneficial scheduling solution for the enterprise.

The response of temperature and pressure of hydrate reservoirs in the first gas hydrate production test in South China Sea

The first offshore natural gas hydrate production test of China in 2017 has proved the feasibility of hydrate exploitation from clayey-silt reservoirs, which possesses the highest reservoirs than other types of hydrate resources. However, owing to the absence of monitoring wells in this production test, the hydrate dissociation behavior cannot be analyzed through pressure and temperature changes of hydrate reservoirs. This paper focuses on the simulation study on the detailed response of the temperature and pore pressure of hydrate reservoirs of Well SHSC-4 during the gas production by depressurization. Meanwhile, it highlights the analysis of favorable areas for the formation of secondary hydrates and the influence of the secondary hydrates on pressure and temperature field of hydrate reservoirs. The simulation results indicate that in the first 60 days, the hydrate reservoirs feature a dissociation radius of about 5 m, and the gas production from hydrate dissociation accounts for about 85%. After 1 year, 2 years and 5 years of hydrate exploitation, the influence radius of low-pressure area (<10 MPa) is 15 m, 16 m and 17 m, respectively, suggesting that the hydrate reservoirs have higher gas production efficiency in the first year. Furthermore, the temperature and pressure of hydrate reservoirs are not favorable to the formation of secondary hydrates in the first 60 days. In long-term production, secondary hydrates are mainly formed at hydrate dissociation front. This can increase the pore pressure and further decrease the effective stress in the local areas of hydrate reservoirs, thus affecting mechanical stability of the local hydrate reservoirs.

目的以T1ρ和T2 mapping成像观察青少年尺、桡骨远端骺板表现,分析其可行性。方法前瞻性纳入20名健康青少年志愿者,采集双侧腕关节T1ρ和T2 mapping,观察尺、桡骨远端骺板形态,测量尺骨远端骺板内、外侧区和桡骨远端骺板内侧区、中间区及外侧区T1ρ和T2值;比较不同侧别、性别间尺、桡骨远端骺板总体及不同区域的T1ρ和T2值差异,分析尺、桡骨和远端骺板T1ρ及T2值与年龄的相关性。结果尺、桡骨远端骺板于T1ρ和T2 mapping原始图中均呈板状高信号。不同侧别、性别之间,尺、桡骨远端骺板总体及不同区域T1ρ和T2值差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。桡骨远端骺板T1ρ值与年龄呈正相关(r=0.596,P=0.006),其余参数均与年龄无明显相关性(P均>0.05)。结论T1ρ及T2 mapping成像可直观显示青少年尺、桡骨远端骺板形态,定量观察骺板生化改变,可行性好。
