【目的】筛选适宜的核桃林下复合种植模式,对发展核桃林下经济具有重要作用。【方法】以核桃林下不同复合种植模式(包括:核桃+甘蓝+甘蓝(简写为HGG)、核桃+甘蓝+马铃薯(简写为HGM)、核桃+白菜+大豆(简写为HBD)、核桃对照(简写为HCK))和农地对照(玉米+甘蓝,简写为NCK)为对象,研究各模式表层(0~20 cm)土壤物理性质、养分含量、微生物数量和酶活性,采用隶属函数法对各模式土壤肥力进行综合评价。【结果】各核桃林下复合种植模式与农地对照(CK)相比,土壤容重降低4.6%~17.6%,非毛管孔隙、毛管孔隙和总孔隙分别增加2.4%~14.8%、2.8%~29.1%和2.6%~23.1%;有机碳、全氮、碱解氮、全磷和全钾分别增加5.1%~14.9%、3.9%~12.5%、25.1%~112.5%、11.4%~47.1%和0.2%~2.7%;HGG和HGM模式土壤有效磷含量分别增加21.9%和5.0%,而其余模式降低6.1%~28.3%,HCK模式速效钾含量降低17.4%,而其余模式增加20.4%~52.9%;土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌和总微生物数量分别增加21.4%~54.3%、19.2%~58.1%、17.8~58.4%和21.2~54.6%;蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性分别增加9.3%~57.8%、16.6%~56.7%、6.2%~30.8%、8.9%~41.1%、4.2%~14.3%和1.4%~38.6%;各模式土壤肥力综合值增加69.6%~431.3%。【结论】核桃林下复合种植均能提高土壤肥力,其中以HGG模式最佳,对发展研究区林下经济和提高土壤肥力具有重要作用。

Manginoids A-G (1-7), seven monoterpene-shikimate-conjugated meroterpenoids with a spiro ring system, were isolated from Guignardia mangiferae. Compounds 1-4 are four isomers with epimeric and double-bond isomeric features possessing a 6-oxaspiro[bicyclo[3.2.1]octane-3,5 '-indene] ring, which represent the first examples of spiro meroterpenoids bearing a bridged spirocyclohexanedione moiety. Compounds 5 and 6 possess an unexpected 2,4-dioxatricyclo[3.3.1.0(3,7)]nonane motif, which fuses with a 6-oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane moiety. Compound 1 exhibits inhibitory activities against 11 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 with an IC50 value of 0.84 mu M.

水稻多基因型种群品种在云南不同稻区的抗病丰产性评价

【目的】评价水稻多基因型种群品种在云南不同稻区的抗病性和丰产性,为水稻多基因型种群品种在云南的推广应用提供科学依据。【方法】选用3个水稻多基因型种群品种(多集新6号、南八糯和尤群1号)在云南4个不同生态稻区(德宏、文山、红河和楚雄)开展田间抗病和稳产试验,以云南主栽优质高产品种红优7号为对照;选用3个水稻多基因型种群品种(多集新6号、南八糯和尤群1号)和4个云南主栽水稻品种(红优7号、宜香优2115、云粳29号和凤稻23)进行室内抗瘟性评价及抗瘟基因型鉴定,以丽江新团黑谷为感病对照。【结果】田间病害调查结果表明,南八糯在文山稻区、尤群1号在德宏稻区、多集新6号在文山稻区的穗颈瘟病情指数分别为5.73、9.80和8.33,均为中等发生,在其余稻区均为轻发生或不发生;尤群1号和多集新6号在楚雄稻区的稻曲病病情指数分别为10.21和10.60,为偏重发生,在文山稻区的白叶枯病情指数分别为7.20和5.52,为中等发生,在其他稻区均为轻发生或不发生。农艺性状调查结果表明,3个水稻多基因型种群品种的全生育期为137～178 d;株高变异系数(3.10%～6.91%)较低,群体整齐度较好。产量测定结果表明,多基因种群品种在红河(籼粳混栽区)和德宏(籼稻区)的产量高于或显著(P<0.05)高于文山(籼稻区)和楚雄(粳稻区);与对照品种相比,多基因型种群品种的产量高于对照或与对照相当。室内抗瘟性评价及抗瘟基因型鉴定结果表明,多基因型种群品种与云南主栽品种相比含有较多的主效抗性基因。【结论】水稻多基因型种群品种对稻瘟病、白叶枯病和稻曲病的抗性较好,农艺性状一致,具有一定的丰产潜力,在云南具有良好的适应性和稳定性。

目的了解宁夏新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床分型及治疗要点。方法回顾宁夏第四人民医院2020年1月24日至2020年2月8日45例COVID-19患者的临床症状、实验室检查及影像学资料,总结分析COVID-19各型的特点及治疗方案。结果COVID-19分为轻型、普通型、重型、危重型。各型临床症状、实验室检查、胸部CT表现有各自特点。轻型患者仅表现为低热、轻微乏力等,无肺炎表现;普通病例的病程约为2周;重症病例在病程的第1周病情较重,通过治疗在第2周症状及肺部病变有所减轻。儿童病例症状相对较轻。治疗以中西医结合抗病毒方案为主。结论宁夏地区45例COVID-19患者的临床分型、治疗周期与病情不同,中西医结合治疗有效。

A novel microstrip antenna with the frequency reconfiguration characteristic is proposed in this article. A U-slot has been introduced in the square patch. The slot is switched on and off by using three PIN diodes, which realizes the frequency reconfiguration characteristics. The antenna has been studied with Zeland's IE3D, simulated return loss and radiation results are proposed in this article. As the results show, from 3.85 to 7.05 GHz, the antenna can operate at six different frequencies with similar radiation patterns. The antenna has 2 dB gain flatness with the maximum gain being 5 dBi over the whole range. The conclusion that radiation performance within the operating bandwidth of the antenna is stable can be obtained. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2014.

Imaging detection of composite plates is presented based on reconstruction algorithm for the probabilistic inspection of damage(RAPID) and double-turn coil omnidirectional shear-horizontal wave magnetostrictive patch transducer(OSH-MPT) array. The lowest shear-horizontal mode(SH) can propagate in the composite plate through bonding double-turn coil OSH-MPT. RAPID can realize using the direct wave of SH mode to extract the damage information. It is beneficial to detect composite plate in the case that the velocity of direct waves varies with the propagation direction. A small mass which is circular cylinder is bonded to simulate damage. Imaging results are achieved after using modified methods for eliminating the influence of the uneven probability distribution of the array(UPDA) in RAPID. Threshold is selected based on the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve for improving RAPID-based imaging accuracy.
