本文基于CNKI数据库对建筑领域文献进行计量分析,结果表明,文献发表数量反应了建筑技术发展历程,与建筑业发展历程基本吻合,这说明建筑技术从研发到应用转化顺畅高效,建筑技术研发与建筑业发展协同促进效果良好。本文运用科学知识图谱可视化分析和问卷调研,探讨了建筑业研究热点和未来发展趋势,结果表明绿色建造和基于BIM的智慧建造是当今研究热点,建筑绿色化和智慧化是发展趋势。对建筑绿色化和BIM技术进行可视化分析,结果显示:绿色建材、绿色施工、绿色建造对建筑绿色化和产出绿色建筑至关重要;BIM技术不仅对建筑设计有深远影响,对包括施工、项目管理和运行维护在内的建筑全生命周期都有重要意义。

目的探讨合并动眼神经麻痹(oculomotor nerve palsy,ONP)的颈内动脉后交通动脉段动脉瘤的不同血管内治疗方式的恢复情况差异及影响因素。方法回顾性分析我院2011至2018年收治的35例合并动眼神经麻痹的颈内动脉后交通动脉段动脉瘤并经血管内治疗的病例。随访观察术后动眼神经麻痹的恢复情况,分析不同治疗方式ONP恢复情况的差异性,分析术后数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)即刻评价的栓塞与否及程度对ONP恢复的差异性,分析ONP恢复与否与年龄、动眼神经麻痹程度、蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)、动脉瘤大小、自发病至接受治疗的时长的关系。结果35例后交通动脉瘤患者,动眼神经麻痹完全恢复25例(71.4%),部分恢复6例(17.1%),未缓解4例(11.4%);不同的血管内治疗方式,ONP的恢复没有统计学差异(P=1.00);术后DSA即刻评价的栓塞与否及程度对ONP恢复的存在统计学差异(P<0.01),单纯支架治疗和致密栓塞后动眼神经功能恢复得更好;年龄、ONP程度、动脉瘤大小、是否SAH、治疗时间均不是ONP恢复的影响因素(P>0.05)。结论不同治疗方式患者的ONP恢复状态没有差异;术后即刻评价的致密栓塞及单纯支架置入,相较部分栓塞及栓塞后瘤腔显影,动眼神经恢复更好。

目的:探究miR-206-3p对破骨细胞生成的影响。方法:RAW264.7细胞体外诱导破骨分化,过表达或抑制其miR-206-3p,实时定量RT-PCR检测miR-206-3p表达水平。通过纤维状肌动蛋白染色、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶染色观察破骨细胞形成,实时定量RT-PCR及Western Blot检测破骨细胞分化相关基因——活化T细胞核因子1(NFATc1)的表达。结果:过表达miR-206-3p后,破骨细胞生成受到抑制,NFATc1表达水平降低,而敲减miR-206-3p后可促进破骨细胞的生成,NFATc1表达显著上调(P<0.05)。结论:miR-206-3p通过影响NFATc1的表达,调控RAW264.7细胞向破骨细胞分化。

一般紧张理论(GST)是最常被测试的犯罪学理论之一。根据GST,紧张倾向于产生负面情绪,产生纠正措施的压力,如犯罪和违法行为。虽然GST得到了强有力的实证支持,但一个未得到充分解决的问题是,在评估该理论的普遍性时,抽样人口缺乏多样性。本研究以我国四所监狱335名在押女性为研究对象,探讨压力与消极情绪对女性犯罪水平的影响。压力变量、身体虐待和歧视对女性服刑人员犯罪水平有正向影响,而消极情绪与女性服刑人员犯罪水平无显著相关。两个控制变量,即目前的犯罪年龄和受教育程度,是预测女性犯罪的指标,其中较年轻和受教育程度较低的女性犯罪更严重。讨论了对未来研究和政策的影响。

Aims: Arrhythmogenesis of chronic myocardial infarction (MI) is associated with the prolongation of action potential, reduction of inward rectifier potassium (I-K1, Kir) channels and hyper-activity of Calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase II (CaMKII) in cardiomyocytes. Zacopride, a selective I-K1 agonist, was applied to clarify the cardioprotection of I-K1 agonism via a CaMKII signaling on arrhythmias post-MI. Methods: Male SD rats were implanted wireless transmitter in the abdominal cavity and subjected to left main coronary artery ligation or sham operation. The telemetric ECGs were monitored per day throughout 4 weeks. At the endpoint, isoproterenol (1.28 mg/kg, i.v.) was administered for provocation test. The expressions of Kir2.1 (dominant subunit of I-K1 in ventricle) and CaMKII were detected by Western-blotting. Key findings: In the telemetric rats post-MI, zacopride significantly reduced the episodes of atrioventricular conduction block (AVB), premature ventricular contraction (PVC), ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF), without significant effect on superventricular premature contraction (SPVC). In provocation test, zacopride suppressed the onset of ventricular arrhythmias in conscious PMI or sham rats. The expression of Kir2.1 was significantly downregulated and p-CaMKII was upregulated post-MI, whereas both were restored by zacopride treatment. Significance: I-K1/Kir2.1 might be an attractive target for pharmacological controlling of lethal arrhythmias post MI.

The genetically improved farmed tilapia (GIFT, Oreochromis niloticus) is cultured widely for production of freshwater fish in China, while streptococcosis, likely related to pathogenic infections, occurs frequently in juvenile, mother, and operated GIFT. The gut microbiota plays an important role in nutrient digestibility in animals, and resveratrol (RES) has been used in feed for different freshwater fish species. Therefore, understanding changes in the tilapia gut microbiota across different concentrations of dietary RES supplementation is extremely important. The gut microbiota population in tilapia at 45 d after supplementation with different concentrations (0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1 g/kg) of dietary RES was assessed by 16S rDNA gene sequencing. A total of 5445 operational taxonomic units were identified from all samples, and 14 phyla and 81 families were identified from all fecal samples. The bacteria of the phylum Firmicutes were significantly enriched in the 0.025 g/kg RES group when compared with the controls. Proteobacteria, Firmicutes and Cyanobacteria were the most dominant three phyla in all samples. With the increasing concentrations, the proportion of beneficial microbial taxa (Acetobacteraceae and Methylobacteriaceae) increased, whereas the proportion of harmful microbial taxa decreased, eg. Streptococcaceae except for 0.1 g/kg RES groups. RES did not affect the richness and diversity in tilapia gut microbiota. These findings provide information on the diversity and differences in GIFT gut microbiota database, and may contribute to developing strategies for management of diseases and long-term sustainability of O. niloticus culture.

Background: Eutrophication of freshwater systems can result in blooms of phytoplankton, in many cases cyanobacteria. This can lead to shifts in structure and functions of phytoplankton communities adversely affecting the quality of drinking water sources, which in turn impairs public health. Relationships between structures of phytoplankton communities and concentrations of the toxicant, microcystin-leucine-arginine (MC-LR), have not been well examined in large shallow lakes. The present study investigated phytoplankton communities at seven locations from January to December of 2015 in Tai Lake, and relationships between structures and diversities of phytoplankton communities and water quality parameters, including concentrations of MC-LR and metals, were analyzed. Results: A total of 124 taxa of phytoplankton were observed, and the predominant taxa were Microcystis sp. and Dolichospermum flos-aquae of Cyanophyta and Planctonema sp. of Chlorophyta. The greatest diversities of phytoplankton communities, as indicated by species richness, Simpson, Shannon-Wiener, the Berger and Parker, and the Pielou evenness indices, were observed in spring. Furthermore, productivity of phytoplankton was significantly and negatively correlated with diversities. These results demonstrated that Simpson, Shannon-Wiener, the Berger and Parker, and the Pielou evenness indices of phytoplankton communities were significantly related to trophic status and overall primary productivity in Tai Lake. In addition, temperature of surface water, pH, permanganate index, biochemical oxygen demand, total phosphorus, arsenic, total nitrogen/total phosphorous ratio, and MC-LR were the main factors associated with structures of phytoplankton communities in Tai Lake. Conclusion: The present study provided helpful information on phytoplankton community structure and diversity in Tai Lake from January to December of 2015.
