为探究适合硬岩隧道岩爆段的快速施工技术,通过对硬岩隧道整体自稳性及岩爆特点的分析,提出以柔性支护为基础、以岩爆预测、松动圈测试和柔性网试验为保证措施的一种快速施工技术。依托米仓山隧道岩爆段的施工,利用陶振宇判据和Turchaninov判据对不同埋深下岩爆强度进行预测,合理划分米仓山隧道岩爆强度区段,并结合松动圈测试、柔性网试验,对锚杆和钢丝绳网的参数进行研究与验证。实践表明:1)采用陶振宇判据和Turchaninov判据可以较准确地进行岩爆预测及强度区域划分;2)利用松动圈测试结果能大致判断隧道开挖后围岩破裂区域的深度;3)相比传统支护技术,采用喷射混凝土+涨壳式预应力锚杆+柔性防护网的快速支护技术,每循环施工可节省用时约4 h,整个岩爆区段施工速度可提高30%~40%。

Lithium-ion batteries have become the first choice for electric vehicle power batteries and energy storage power plants due to their good output characteristics and high energy density. Taking the lithium battery as the research object, a battery monomer heat production model is established to explore the heat generation mechanism of the lithium-ion battery, and the simulation results show that the internal temperature field of lithium-ion battery is unevenly distributed, and the middle temperature is higher than the surrounding temperature. The experimental analysis of the thermal runaway characteristics of the lithium-ion battery under the pinning conditions shows that the temperature change trend of the battery is the same at each point during the pinning period, but the temperature at the pinning point is the highest. With the increase of the battery SOC, the maximum temperature at each temperature point increases, but the growth rate of the maximum temperature becomes gradually slower.

Hybrids of polyoxometalate(POM)/transition-metal complexes/graphene-based electrode materials not only integrate the advantages of the individual components completely but also ameliorate the shortcomings to some extent, providing an efficient approach to fabricate high-performance supercapacitors. In this work, we synthesized two novel isostructural compounds (Co(itmb)(4)[H2VW12O40]center dot 4H(2)O (1) and Zn(itmb)(4)[H2VW12O40]center dot 3H(2)O (2)) based on the Keggin ions via a hydrothermal method (itmb=1-(imidazo-1-ly)-4-(1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene). The specific capacitance of 1@50 %graphene (405.3 F g(-1)) and 2@50 %graphene (339.2 F g(-1)) were 1.33 and 1.19 times of 1 and 2, respectively. In addition, the 1@50 %graphene (93.5 %) and 2@50 %graphene (96 %) possess higher rate performance than 1 (90 %) and 2 (91 %), suggesting a significant enhancement of the electrical performance.

BackgroundImmune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are regarded as the most promising treatment for advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer (aNSCLC). Unfortunately, there has been no unified accuracy biomarkers and systematic model specifically identified for prognostic and severe immune-related adverse events (irAEs). Our goal was to discover new biomarkers and develop a publicly accessible method of identifying patients who may maximize benefit from *** retrospective study enrolled 138 aNSCLC patients receiving ICIs treatment. Progression-free survival (PFS) and severe irAEs were end-points. Data of demographic features, severe irAEs, and peripheral blood inflammatory-nutritional and immune indices before and after 1 or 2 cycles of ICIs were collected. Independent factors were selected by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) combined with multivariate analysis, and incorporated into nomogram construction. Internal validation was performed by applying area under curve (AUC), calibration plots, and decision *** nomograms with great predictive accuracy and discriminatory power were constructed in this study. Among them, two nomograms based on combined inflammatory-nutritional biomarkers were constructed for PFS (1 year-PFS and 2 year-PFS) and severe irAEs respectively, and one nomogram was constructed for 1 year-PFS based on immune indices. ESCLL nomogram (based on ECOG PS, preSII, changeCAR, changeLYM and postLDH) was constructed to assess PFS (1-, 2-year-AUC = 0.893 [95% CI 0.837-0.950], 0.828 [95% CI 0.721-0.935]). AdNLA nomogram (based on age, change-dNLR, changeLMR and postALI) was constructed to predict the risk of severe irAEs (AUC = 0.762 [95% CI 0.670-0.854]). NKT-B nomogram (based on change-CD3+CD56+CD16+NKT-like cells and change-B cells) was constructed to assess PFS (1-year-AUC = 0.872 [95% CI 0.764-0.965]). The hyperproliferative tumor stroma of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) severely limits drug permeation and constructs an immunosuppressive microenvironment, causing resistance to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Traditional nanomedicine mainly focuses on manipulating nanoparticles' particle size or electrical characteristics to penetrate deep PDAC through the paracellular pathway, but the transcellular pathway is often ignored. Therefore, a versatile drug-polymer conjugate PODEA-Gem-HMI is prepared and assembled into nanoparticles for the codelivery of chemotherapy drug gemcitabine and focal adhesion kinase (FAK) inhibitor defactinib. While sensing the mild acidity in the tumor microenvironment, the nanoparticle will disintegrate and release defactinib to modulate the tumor stroma. The PODEA block of the conjugate can bind with cell membranes reversibly and trigger adsorption-mediated transcytosis (AMT) for promoted tumor penetration and cellular uptake. The internalized conjugates will release gemcitabine responding to the overexpressed glutathione (GSH) for enhanced chemotherapy, and PHMI can condensate the STING monomers for prolonged spontaneous immune stimulation.

网络入侵检测少数类样本不仅自身准确率和召回率低,而且还影响整体准确率和召回率。针对此问题,提出一种基于生成式对抗网络(GAN)、卷积神经网络与LightGBM相结合的算法。首先,使用降噪变分自动编码器改进GAN,以实现对不平衡数据集的处理。其次,使用卷积注意力机制改进残差卷积神经网络,更好地提取数据的关键特征。最后,利用LightGBM集成学习算法对处理后的数据集进行分类。实验结果表明,在NSL-KDD测试集上,改进后算法的准确率、召回率、精确率和F1值均有提高。该模型缓解了少数类样本对模型分类带来的负面影响,具有良好的分类性能。

The increasing performance of ultra-stable lasers has made them attractive for non-laboratory and space field applications. How to reduce the vibration sensitivity of the optical reference cavity is one of the key points. To develop vibration-insensitive cavity for space applications, we investigate the vibration sensitivity of a cubic cavity with the length of 100 mm theoretically and experimentally. The functional expression of the fractional length change of the cubic cavity versus the cutting depth of the cubic spacer vertices and the compressive forces is presented for the first time. The vibration sensitivity of the 100 mm cubic cavity is measured as low as 2 x 10-11/g. Based on the vibration-insensitive cubic cavity, a 1 Hz-linewidth laser system with an envelope size of 450 mm x 541 mm x 598 mm is developed, which would be the prototype for space applications.

Coacervate-Based Instant and Repeatable Underwater Adhesive with Anticancer and Antibacterial Properties

Underwater adhesion is a great challenge for the development of adhesives as the attractive interfacial intermolecular interactions are usually weakened by the surface hydration layer. The coacervation process of sessile organisms like marine mussels and sandcastle worms has inspired substantial research interest in the fabrication of long-lasting underwater adhesives, but they generally suffer from time-consuming curing triggered by surrounding environmental changes and cannot reserve the adhesiveness once damaged. Herein, an instant and repeatable underwater adhesive was developed based on the coacervation of tannic acid (TA) and poly(ethylene glycol)(77)-b-poly(propylene glycol)(29)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)(77) (PEG-PPG-PEG, F68), which was driven by hydrogen-bonding interaction, and the hydrophobic cores of F68 micelles offered an additional cross-linking to enhance the mechanical properties. The TA-F68 coacervates could be facilely painted on different substrates, exhibiting robust and instant underwater adhesion (with adhesion strength up to 1.1 MPa on porcine skin) and excellent repeatability (at least 1000 cycles), superior to the previously reported coacervates. Due to the biological activities of TA, the underwater adhesive displayed innate anticancer and antibacterial properties against different types of cancer cells and bacteria, showing great potential for diverse biomedical applications, such as injectable drug carriers, tissue glues, and wound dressings.

Effect of hydraulic retention time on effluent pH in anammox bioreactors: Characteristics of effluent pH and pH as an indicator of reactor performance

In order to assess the performance of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) bioreactors, it is necessary to study the stoichiometry of the anammox reaction and pH. This study focused on the effect of the hydraulic retention time (HRT) on the effluent pH in anammox-upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) bioreactors. Anammox-UASB bioreactors with and without a recirculation system were used to investigate the effluent pH and bioreactor performance. It was concluded that under varying HRT conditions, the decrease in effluent pH did not indicate the deterioration of nitrogen removal, but did indicate that the nitrogen removal efficiency was reduced owing to a sudden increase in the nitrogen loading rate resulting from the decrease in HRT. Moreover, the results showed that the HRT directly affected the concentration of OH-, which affected the increase/decrease in effluent pH. This study demonstrated that effluent pH is a more powerful tool than previous techniques used to assess bioreactor performance. We suggest that the effluent pH could be used for preliminary assessment.

Comparison of complete nitritation-denitrification and partial nitritation-anammox for iron oxide wastewater treatment

Cost-effective nitrogen removal from iron oxide wastewater is a limitation in the sustainable development of the iron oxide manufacturing industry. Two processes, namely, complete nitritation (in a sequencing batch reactor with zeolite powder, ZSBR) combined with traditional denitrification and partial nitritation (in the same ZSBR) combined with anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox), were successfully developed and then compared for long-term nitrogen removal from iron oxide wastewater. Stable and complete nitritation with nitrite accumulation ratio (NAR) > 95.1% was achieved in the ZSBR. Nitrogen removal rates (NRRs) of up to 4.083 +/- 0.727 kg N/m(3)/d were obtained subsequently in a denitrifying upflow sludge blanket reactor at an influent chemical oxygen demand/total nitrogen ratio of 2.5. Efficient partial nitritation was also achieved with effluent NO2--N/NH4+-N ratios of 1.1-1.5 and NAR > 92.0% in the ZSBR, with a final NRR of 1.175 kg N/m(3)/d in the subsequent anammox reactor. The addition of zeolite achieved persistent free ammonia inhibition on nitrite oxidizing bacteria in the ZSBR and resulted in efficient and controllable nitrite accumulation. The total chemical cost in the complete nitritation-denitrification process was 3.32 USD/kg NH4+-N, which was 1.14 times higher than that in the partial nitritation-anammox process. Both processes were effective and reliable in achieving nitrogen removal from iron oxide wastewater for the sustainable development of the iron oxide manufacturing industry. (C) 2021 Elsevier Ltd.
