通过加强多膛炉操作,降低氧化锌中的不溶锌含量,过程中加强球磨矿浆粒度、温度、酸度与反应时间的控制,可以大幅降低铅银渣含锌,不但可以降低损失、创造效益,也为后续铅银渣进入铅冶炼系统处理创造了良好的条件。
