The single charged top-pion production processes e~+ e~- → tbΠ_t~- and e~+e~- → W~+Π_t~- are studied in the framework of top-color-assisted technicolor (TC2) model. Ourstudies show that the cross section σ(e~+ e~- → tbΠ_t~-) Teaches the level of tens of fb andσ(e~+ e~- → W~+Π_t~-) reaches the level of a few fb. With the yearly integrated luminosity of £~ 500 fb~(-1) expected at the planned colliders, one could collect thousands of charged top-pion ofevents via the process e~+ e~- → tbΠ_t~- and hundreds of events via the process e~+ e~- →W~+Π_t~-. The flavor changing decay mode Π_t~- → bc is the best channel to detect chargedtop-pion due to the clean SM background. With a large number of events and the clean background, thecharged top-pion should be observable at the planned colliders. Therefore, our studies in thispaper can help us to search for charged top-pion, and furthermore, to test the TC2 model.

The results show that the main decay channels of charged top-pion are the tree level modes: and . Light is easier to be detected than heavy one at future coliders. So, the study provides us with some useful informations to search for charged top-pion.

Objective Feeds of higher sugar, fat and cholesterol with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin induced type2 diabetic model of rats. To observe the effect of conjugated linoleic acids on hepatic oxidative stress and enzyme activities of hepatic mitochondrial respiratory chain In type2 diabetic rats. Results showed that CLA ameliorates energy metabolism impairment of type2 diabetic liver by suppressing oxidative stress and improving the activity of enzymes in mitochondrial respiratory chain, has effective protection on oxidative injury induced by typ2 diabetes.

The assemblies of a-Si solar cell encapsulated with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) compound films by lamination process are tested indoors and outdoors. The results show that the initial efficiency of the a-Si solar cell is 5-6% and the efficiency appears to be steady around 4% after one year of outdoor exposure.
