Keloids are fibroproliferative disorders that can result from cutaneous injuries to the reticular *** rates as high as 100%have been reported following surgical excision ***,a variety of post-surgical techniques have been employed to prevent keloid recurrence,including the use of *** numerous studies have shown that post-excisional X-rays,electron beams,lasers,and brachytherapy can reduce the rate of keloid recurrence,numerous inconsistencies,including a wide range of definitions for keloid recurrence,render it difficult to compare the *** treatment of severe keloids in children is much more challenging,and there have been few previous *** is generally believed that children with keloids should be treated with nonsurgical treatment such as hormone injections and *** severe keloids,these methods require a long treatment period,and their efficacy is not ***,the side effects of the treatment can affect children’s *** keloid scars are not effectively treated,they will often seriously affect the physical and mental health of *** purpose of this review is to discuss case studies of children with severe keloids who were only treated with surgery and their postoperative *** this case,the deep-embedded circular mattress suture technique(LBD,the looped,broad,and deep buried suturing technique)was used in the scar *** 18 months of follow-up,the surgical scar was evaluated using the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS).The scar was stable and did not *** child was *** case shows that it is completely feasible to treat severe keloids with surgery alone,as long as the tension is reduced during the operation to prevent surgical scar hyperplasia.

This study explores the clinical application of the circular wide and deep(looped,broad,and deep buried,LBD)suture technique for scar resection and examines its clinical effectiveness for scar *** June 2017 to March 2019,a total of 68 patients with scars were sutured using LBD technique,and recovery was achieved 24 months *** all 68 patients,postoperative scars were slightly evident in two cases of cervical scar,one case of leg scar,and one case of chest *** addition,the remaining 62 patients were completely satisfied with the *** LBD suturing technique could provide sustained and stable tension-reducing effects postoperatively and significantly improve scar formation in *** method is most applicable to incisions with ***,it should be more widely used for clinical scar treatment.

Few-shot classification aims to recognize new classes by learning reliable models from very few available samples. It could be very challenging when there is no intersection between the already-known classes (base set) and the novel set (new classes). To alleviate this problem, we propose to evolve the network (for the base set) via label propagation and self-supervision to shrink the distribution difference between the base set and the novel set. Our network evolution approach transfers the latent distribution from the already-known classes to the unknown (novel) classes by: (a) label propagation of the novel/new classes (novel set);and (b) design of dual-task to exploit a discriminative representation to effectively diminish the overfitting on the base set and enhance the generalization ability on the novel set. We conduct comprehensive experiments to examine our network evolution approach against numerous state-of-the-art ones, especially in a higher way setup and cross-dataset scenarios. Notably, our approach outperforms the second best state-of-the-art method by a large margin of 3.25% for one-shot evaluation over miniImageNet.

Effect of Carburized Layer Depth on the Wear Reliability of Cams

The carburizing process is the key technology to improve the wear properties of cams;however, the influence mechanisms of the carburized depth on the wear reliability of cams are still unclear. In this work, the multi-body dynamic simulation with the AVL_EXCITE TD software and the accelerated wear experiments of the cam-roller pairs were combined to analyze the wear reliability of cams with different carburized depths of 0 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.4 mm. The results indicate that allowable wear depth of the cam is predicted to be 0.916 mm according to the degradation rule of the valve fullness coefficient. The maximum wear failure life of different carburized cams corresponding to the wear reliability of 99% was determined to be 1.0 x 107 cycles, 3.2 x 109 cycles and 3.5 x 109 cycles based on the combination of online detection data and the multi-body dynamics simulation. The relationship model between the wear failure life of the carburized cams and the carburized depth is established, and the optimal carburized layer depth of 1.20 mm is speculated from the model. The present work can provide new clues for improving the wear resistance of mechanical components.

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇围手术期血糖水平与产后出血量及新生儿血糖的关系。方法:前瞻性收集2020年4月⁃2021年4月在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心行剖宫产妊娠期糖尿病孕妇175例,按照孕期血糖控制状况分为控制良好的研究A组和控制不佳的研究B组;将同时期剖宫产的非糖尿病孕妇设为对照C组,分析3组孕妇围手术期血糖与产后出血量及新生儿血糖关系。结果:3组的术后2 h血糖、术后24 h出血量、新生儿血糖均有统计学差异(P<0.05),术后2 h血糖为A组(5.1±1.0)mmol/L,B组(5.7±1.3)mmol/L,C组(5.5±1.0)mmol/L;24 h出血量为A组440(410,500)mL,B组480(404,578)mL,C组420(370,506)mL;新生儿血糖为A组(3.1±0.8)mmol/L,B组(2.8±0.8)mmol/L,C组(3.7±0.9)mmol/L。术后24 h出血量与术后2 h血糖相关(P<0.05)。通过曲线拟合分析得出妊娠期糖尿病术后血糖的理想范围为4.4~6.7 mmol/L。结论:做好妊娠糖尿病孕妇孕期及围手术期血糖的科学管理,可能减少产后出血量及降低新生儿低血糖发生率。

目的探讨美容缝合在急诊外伤中的临床应用和手术操作技巧。方法2018年9月至2020年9月,对86例急诊挫裂伤患者采用美容缝合技术缝合。术中对创面进行充分清创后,皮下采用深部埋置环形褥式缝合(LBD)技术缝合,真皮及皮肤采用间断缝合法,逐层缝合恢复创面解剖位置。术后应用外用中药瘢痕膏、瘢痕贴、光电、放疗等抗瘢痕治疗措施。结果本组86例患者中80例患者得到随访,术后随访12~18个月(平均13个月)。满意73例、基本满意5例、不满意2例,满意率91.3%。1例患者因局部挫伤较重,且为瘢痕体质,术后瘢痕增生较重,给予曲安奈德和平阳霉素复方注射液注射后瘢痕减退。结论美容缝合技术应用在急诊清创缝合术中,可快速闭合伤口,充分减少伤口张力,使伤口达到精准对位,减少术后瘢痕增生,值得临床推广。

Hydroxyl groups and vacancy defects modified Mo2C MXene as peroxymonosulfate activator for antibiotics degradation

Antibiotic pollution poses significant threats to ecological health and food safety, highlighting the need for effective pollution control strategies. A novel Mo2C MXene-OH&V-Mo (hydroxyl groups and Mo vacancy defects modified Mo2C MXene) was developed through etching and hydrothermal methods, which facilitated the construction of a degradation system utilizing peroxymonosulfate for antibiotics degradation. The Mo2C MXeneOH&V-Mo demonstrated enhanced adsorption of HSO5-, achieving an adsorption energy of-1.73 eV, which is superior to that of unmodified Mo2C MXene (-0.42 eV). The activation of HSO5- by Mo vacancies involved the transfer of 0.63 e, leading to the generation of reactive oxygen species ('OH, O-1(2) , SO4'-and O-2'- ) responsible for degrading three antibiotics with degradation percentages exceeding 97.00%. The presence of hydroxyl groups further improved the activation efficiency of HSO5- by optimizing the electron arrangement of Mo2C MXeneOH&V-Mo. The extent of antibiotic degradation was influenced by atomic charge distribution. Additionally, Mo2C MXene-OH&V-Mo exhibited remarkable repeatability, maintaining degradation percentages above 88.00% after four cycles. The condensed Fukui function was utilized to identify highly active sites of antibiotics, and combined with degradation products analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS, commonalities in detailed degradation pathways were revealed. Furthermore, the products were found to pose negligible toxicity risks to ecological receptors and humans. These findings hold significant implications for the future use of MXene-based catalyst' advanced oxidation technology in the treatment of organic pollutants and offer sustainable solutions for environmental remediation. Insights into the development of new catalysts through surface modification engineering were also presented in this study.

Influence of temperature and humidity coupling on rutting deformation of asphalt pavement

In this article, ABAQUS finite-element software is used to establish an asphalt pavement structure model under high-temperature environment in summer. The changes in the temperature field and moisture concentration field of asphalt pavement are studied under the condition of 1-day continuous temperature change. The creep model is used to analyse the influence of ambient temperature and humidity on the rutting deformation of asphalt pavement. The results show that the maximum temperature of asphalt pavement can reach 60 degrees C in the high-temperature environment in summer. The temperature accumulation effect causes the temperature of the middle and lower layers to increase by approximately 10 degrees C, which easily induces rutting. Ambient humidity has a great influence on the change in moisture concentration in the upper layer. Considering the influence of ambient humidity in the high-temperature environment, the rut depth increases by 67%.

Impermeability performance and corrosion resistance mechanism of basalt fiber recycled concrete under the coastal tidal environment

The application of Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC) can effectively reduce resource consumption and mitigate environmental pollution. Under the coastal tidal environments, the performance of concrete is significantly impacted by environmental degradation. Incorporating fibers into RAC can enhance its performance in such special conditions. This study investigates the variations in properties of RAC with different Basalt Fiber (BF) volume ratios (0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%) under composite salt dry-wet cyclic erosion cycles (0 d, 30 d, 60 d, 90 d). The results from apparent corrosion morphology analysis, internal microstructure examination, and impermeability testing demonstrate that BF can effectively inhibit the expansion of micro cracks and micropores within the test block while improving the overall compactness of the internal structure of RAC. When the BF content reaches 1.0%, it exhibits an optimal toughening effect on RAC with significantly improved impermeability and corrosion resistance properties. Furthermore, this paper comprehensively summarizes and verifies the corrosion damage mechanism of Basalt Fiber Recycled Aggregate Concrete (BFRAC) under composite salt dry-wet cycles through chemical reaction principles. A salt solution erosion model for BFRAC is proposed to elucidate fiber crack resistance mechanisms and explain accelerated corrosion caused by ion crack channels within salt solutions. This proposed model provides theoretical support for understanding salt erosion damage in fiberreinforced concrete.
