Though end-to-end siamese networks have achieved great performance on object tracking owing to offline pre-training with large datasets. They are still liable to fail to track fast moving object and their accuracy suffers from the cosine window for mitigating background interference. The cosine window will aggravate the boundary effect and have a negative impact on track. In this paper, we propose an accurate positioning siamese network (FPSiam) for real-time object tracking. This approach can better estimate the search candidate area of the object in the current frame from the previous tracking position and can keep tracking well for the fast moving object. The unbalanced penalty mechanism of the cosine window in the tracking process is avoided. Furthermore, the features of the low-level layers are high-resolution, which is suitable for positioning the object. High-level layers are full of rich semantic features which are suitable for classifying the objects. In order to utilize the advantages of high-level features and low-level features, we introduce a densely connected tracking network. A number of experiments were conducted on five challenging tracking datasets: OTB50, OTB2013, OTB2015, VOT2015, and VOT2016, and the proposed method achieved excellent results on these benchmarks.

BACKGROUND: Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) is a standard for the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). However, clinically, some cases with normal results were diagnosed as GDM in the third trimester. OBJECTIVE: To establish a risk model based on energy metabolism, epidemiology, and biochemistry that could predict the GDM pregnant women with normal OGTT results in the second trimester. METHODS: Qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed to find out the risk factors, and the binary logistic backward LR regression was used to establish the prediction model of each factor and comprehensive factor, respectively. RESULTS: The risk factors including the rest energy expenditure per kilogram of body weight, oxygen consumption per kilogram of body weight, if more than the weight gain criteria of the Institute of Medicine, the increase of body mass index between the second trimester and pre-pregnancy, and fasting blood glucose. By comparison, the comprehensive model had the best prediction performance, indicating that 85% of high-risk individuals were correctly classified. CONCLUSION: Energy metabolism, epidemiology, and biochemistry had better recognition ability for the GDM pregnant women with normal OGTT results in the second trimester. The addition of metabolic factors in the second trimester also improved the overall prediction performance.

Alpha-aluminum hydride (a-AlH3) is an ideal energetic combustion agent, but its poor stability and safety limit its application. Therefore, we prepare different composites by using the solvent/anti-solvent method to coat different pyrotechnic binders on the surface of a-AlH3. The vacuum stability test show that the minimum outgassing of Shellac-coated a-AlH3 composite is only 1.2 mL/g at 50 ? for 6 days. Due to the good electrical insulation properties of Viton, Viton-coated a-AlH3 composite have the highest E-50 value of electrostatic sensitivity. In addition, the pyrotechnic binders coating not only protects the activity of the a-AlH3 but also effectively increases its burning rate. Viton-coated a-AlH3 composite have more gaseous products and maximum flame area during combustion. This study illustrates that a-AlH3 coated with pyrotechnic binders is a means to address its stability and safety, laying the foundation for its application in solid propellants.

BACKGROUND: Fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) can be obtained in a non-invasive manner to monitor fetal growth status. OBJECTIVE: In this study, a fetal heart rate (FHR) calculation system was proposed, which consists of the FECG recorder (MF-HOLTER) and the FECG monitoring software (FECG-MS). The abdomen electrocardiogram (AECG) of pregnant woman is acquired through the MF-HOLTER. The FECG-MS packs the AECG data and calls the FECG separation algorithm to obtain the separated FECG and the fetal QRS (FQRS) position. The FHR is further obtained by calculating the R-R interval value. At the same time, this study proposed a FQRS position correction algorithm to calculate the correct FHR values. METHOD: In order to verify the accuracy of the FHR calculation, the ECG signal of FLUKE's PS320 FETAL SIMULATOR and clinical data were simultaneously tested. RESULTS: The accuracy rate is over 98% in processing the simulator's data. In processing clinical data, the FHR values obtained by both the system proposed in this study and Monica AN24 are very close, and the difference is less than 1 bpm. CONCLUSION: The results show that the FHR calculation system is accurate and stable, and has a positive application value and prospect.

Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) are ectopic lymphocyte aggregates formed in non-lymphoid tissues, including cancers, and are loci for the generation of in situ anti-tumor immune responses, which play a crucial role in cancer control. The state of TLS presence in cancer and its composition can significantly impact the treatment response and prognosis of patients. TLSs have the potential to serve as predictive and prognostic biomarkers for cancer. However, the mechanisms underlying TLS formation in cancer and how the essential components of TLSs affect cancer are not fully understood. In this review, we summarized TLS formation in cancer, the value of the TLS in different states of existence, and its key constituents for cancer prediction and prognosis. Finally, we discussed the impact of cancer treatment on TLSs.

Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of amitriptyline on neuropathic pain model rats, diabetic neuropathic pain model rats and fibromyalgia model rats. Methods: The healthy male Sprague wrote - Dawley (SD) rats were taken as the research object, and they were randomly divided into model group (group A), beside the sciatic nerve and injection of 5 mm amitriptyline group (group B), beside the sciatic nerve and injection of 10 mm amitriptyline group (group C), beside the sciatic nerve and injection of 15 mm amitriptyline group (group D), intraperitoneal injection of amitriptyline group (group E). Pain induced by selective injury of sciatic nerve branches in rats, pain induced by chronic compression of sciatic nerve, diabetic neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia were conducted to determine the pain threshold of mechanical stimulation in rats after drug administration. Results: The pain threshold of mechanical stimulation in the local amitriptyline group (group B, C, D) was significantly higher than that in the group A and group E at each time point after drug treatment, and the pain threshold of mechanical stimulation gradually increased with the increase of concentration. There was no statistically significant difference in mechanical stimulation pain threshold between group A and group E at each time point after drug treatment. Conclusion: Para-sciatic injection of amitriptyline at different concentrations has analgesic effects on neuropathic pain, diabetic neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia in rat models, and amitriptyline directly ACTS on the local sciatic nerve.
