目的分析MSM人群HIV检测行为的影响因素,为制定促进该人群检测HIV的干预措施提供依据。方法2018年4-6月,通过滚雪球的方法在江苏省无锡市招募MSM研究对象。采取面对面问卷调查的方式,收集研究对象的人口学信息、性行为特征、接受干预服务情况、心理状态和HIV检测情况等。利用结构方程模型对数据进行拟合并对拟合后的模型进行修正,分析各变量间的关系和影响程度。结果共招募研究对象MSM 410人,认为自己有必要检测HIV占72.9%(299/410),最近1年HIV检测占69.0%(283/410)。修正后的结构方程模型拟合较好,拟合指数主要结果分别为近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.065、规范拟合指数(NFI)=0.946、相对拟合指数(RFI)=0.922、Tucker-Lewis指数(TLI)=0.968、比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.952。模型拟合结果显示,对MSM人群HIV检测行为标准化总效应最高的变量为干预服务,路径系数为0.57;而在干预服务中,HIV检测提醒的因子载荷最大,为0.88。心理状态评分对MSM人群HIV检测行为的标准化总效应呈负向关系,路径系数为-0.33。结论MSM人群HIV检测意识和检测率有待进一步提高,在采取有效措施促进MSM进行检测的同时,应关注MSM人群心理健康问题。

Thallium (Tl) is a typical toxic metal, which poses a great threat to human health through drinking water and the food chain (biomagnification). China has rich Tl-bearing mineral resources, which have been extensively explored and utilized, leading to release of large amounts of Tl into the environment. However, research on Tl pollution and removal techniques is relatively limited, because Tl has not been listed within the scope of environmental monitoring in China for several decades. This paper reviewed Tl pollution in wastewater arising from various industries in China, as well as the latest available methods for treating Tl-containing industrial wastewater, in order to give an outlook on effective technologies for controlling Tl pollution. Conventional physical and chemical treatment technologies are efficient at removing trace amounts of Tl, but it proved to be difficult to achieve the stringent environmental standard (<= 0.1-5 mu g/L) cost-effectively. Adsorption by using newly developed nanomaterials, and metal oxide modified polymer materials and microbial fuel cells are highly promising and expected to become next-generation technologies for remediation of Tl pollution. With the potential for greater Tl contamination in the environment under accelerated growth of industrialization, researches based on lab-scale implementation of such promising treatment technologies should be further expanded to pilot and industrial scale, ensuring environmental protection and the safety of drinking water for sustainable development. Comprehensive insights into experiences of Tl pollution in China and in-depth perspectives on new frontier technologies of Tl removal from wastewaters will also benefit other nations/regions worldwide, which are susceptible to high exposure to Tl likewise.

利用2021—2022年Sentinel-2卫星搭载的多光谱成像仪(MSI)遥感数据,通过SNAP遥感软件提供的植被生物物理参数处理模块(Biophysical Processor),反演了苏州消夏湾生态安全缓冲区的5种植被生物物理参数,包括植被吸收光合有效辐射比例(FAPAR)、植被覆盖度(FVC)、叶面积指数(LAI)、冠层叶绿素含量(CCC)和冠层含水量(CWC),开展植被生态环境监测评估研究。结果表明,该生态安全缓冲区2021年建成并投入运行后,植被覆盖度和生物量有所增加,区域植被冠层结构有所改善,植被生物物理参数从一定的角度反映了消夏湾生态安全缓冲区发挥了生态涵养成效。该研究方法能在大尺度上快捷、高效地反演植被生物物理参数,可为通过植被遥感动态监测评估生态安全缓冲区的生态功能提供有益的借鉴。

World’s first 1.3 GHz cryomodule containing eight 9-cell superconducting radio-frequency (RF) cavities treated by medium-temperature furnace baking (mid-T bake) was developed, assembled and tested at IHEP for the Dalian Advanced Light Source (DALS) and CEPC R&D. The 9-cell cavities in the cryomodule achieved an unprecedented highest average Q0 of 3.8 × 1010 at 16 MV/m and 3.6 × 1010 at 21 MV/m in the horizontal test. The cryomodule can operate stably up to a total CW RF voltage greater than 191 MV, with an average cavity CW accelerating gradient of more than 23 MV/m. The results significantly exceed the specifications of CEPC, DALS and the other high repetition rate free electron laser facilities (LCLS-II, LCLS-II-HE, SHINE, S3FEL). There is evidence that the mid-T bake cavity may not require fast cool-down or long processing time in the cryomodule. Synthesis and bioactivity of thiazolidin-2-cyanamide derivatives against type III secretion system of Xanthomonas oryzae on rice

Targeting virulence factors of bacterial without affecting their growth and survival, has been an initiative strategy for the development of novel anti-microbial agents. The type III secretion system (T3SS), one of essential and highly conserved virulence factors in most Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria, has been regarded as an effective target that developed new anti-microbial drugs. Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) is one of the most Important bacterial pathogens on rice, which causes leaf blight disease. To discover potential anti-virulence agents against the pathogens, a new series of thiazolidin-2-cyanamide derivatives containing 5-phenyl-2-furan were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. All the title compounds inhibited the promoter activity of a harpin gene hpa1, significantly, that were further checked for the impact on bacterial growth and on the hypersensitive response (HR) caused by Xoo on non-host tobacco plants. The results indicated that treatment of Xoo with the title compounds II-2,II-3 and II-4 resulted in significantly attenuated HR without affecting bacterial growth or survival. Moreover, quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis showed that the expression of the Xoo T3SS was suppressed by treatment with the three inhibitors. The mRNA levels of representative genes in the hrp (hypersensitive response and pathogenicity) cluster, as well as the regulatory genes hrpG and hrpX, were reduced. Finally, the in vivo test demonstrated that the compounds could reduce the disease symptoms of Xoo on the rice cultivar (Oryza sativa) IR24.

The community sports culture is taken as the object, which is studies by using the method of comprehensive integrated value assignment. Firstly, for the problem that the size of the community network must be known in the KL algorithm and that it is impossible to carry out random segmentation, a kind of comprehensive integrated value assignment method is put forward in the paper. Based on the value assignment exchange of the traditional algorithm, the concept of value assignment transfer is put forward. And the effect of the community division is improved through the value assignment transfer. Subsequently, based on the analysis of the reality of the community sports culture, a kind of community sports culture construction model based on the comprehensive integrated value assignment method is put forward. And then the GN tree segmentation method is used to carry out the community division. Finally, the algorithm is applied to the community sports culture construction model. And the Matlab experimental simulation is carried out to analyze the experimental results, to apply the experimental results to the actual community sports culture construction in the end. © 2018 Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association. In the past decades, automatic pavement condition surveys, such as the Laser Crack Measurement System (LCMS), have matured reliably for wide adoption by transportation agencies. The LCMS often features a combination of high-resolution images and laser surface profiles, and provides reliable ratings of pavement conditions with saved time and cost. On the other hand, many agencies have maintained a comprehensive historical manual Visual Evaluation System (VES) that they are reluctant to completely abandon. In this paper, two models for creating a mapping rule from an automatic LCMS measure to its corresponding VES measure have been studied. First, a systematic process to transform a LCMS pavement condition dataset is proposed so that length-resolution of the transformed LCMS is compatible with that of the VES condition dataset. Second, through the use of statistical analysis and online PhotoLog, erroneous and outlier samples from the transformed LCMS dataset are identified and removed. Third, the ordinal logistic regression (OLR) model with step-wise variables selection is employed and the decision tree classification model is used to develop the mapping rule from the LCMS to the VES systems. Both the logistics regression and decision tree classification models are evaluated using confusion matrix in terms of misclassification, as well as using error tolerance range suggested by the transportation engineers. © 2018 Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE). Thallium isotopic fractionation in industrial process of pyrite smelting and environmental implications

Thallium (Tl) is typical rare element with severe toxicity comparable to Hg and Pb. To track Tl pollution, isotopic fractionation of Tl was evaluated during pyrite smelting for sulfuric acid production. Large variations in Tl isotope compositions were observed among the pyrite ore (PO) and its four different smelting wastes. The starting raw PO had an epsilon Tl-205 value of + 1.28. The fluidized-bed furnace slag generated by high-temperature smelting had the heaviest epsilon Tl-205 (+ 16.24) in the system. Meanwhile, the boiler fly ash (epsilon Tl-205 = +8.34), cyclone fly ash (epsilon Tl-205 = + 2.17), and electrostatic precipitation fly ash (epsilon Tl-205 = -1.10), with decreasing grain sizes during the treatment processes, were characterized by elevated levels of Tl contents and substantial enrichment in the light Tl isotopes relative to the furnace slag. Further calculation and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy indicated that Tl isotope fractionation could be governed by both Rayleigh-type fractionation and adsorption of volatilized Tl by particles of various grain sizes. According to the substantial differences in the PO from its smelting wastes and the measurement precision of isotopic fractionation, it is suggested that Tl isotopes can serve as a new tool for tracing pollution of Tl.

The inhibitory activity of 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 3, 4-heptamethoxyflavone extracted from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium on RBL-2H3 cells degranulation was done by two different methods. At low concentration, the values of inhibition obtained by modified method were much larger than that of the classical method. Spectroscopic measurements and molecular docking calculation were applied to study the mechanism. It was induced by interaction between flavonoid and immunoglobulin E. Compared with the interaction between antibody and receptor, the force was weak, the inhibitory effect on -hexosaminidase release was strong, with some structural changes to the antibody.
