采用超高效液相色谱法(Ultra high performance liquid chromatography,UPLC)建立了酱香型白酒原辅料(高粱、大曲)中5种非挥发性有机酸(酒石酸、苹果酸、乳酸、马来酸、富马酸)含量的检测方法,结果表明外标法建立的5种非挥发性有机酸的标准曲线线性关系较好,其相关系数R~2不低于0.994,检出限在1.0~10.0μg/mL之间,加标回收率在92.4%~104.1%之间,精密度在0.1%~4.7%之间。该方法操作简单、稳定性好,可用于酱香型白酒原辅料中非挥发性有机酸含量的测定。

The latest developments in the dissolved air flotation are reviewed, looking in particular its application in potable and wastewater treatment and in the paper and pulp industry. In flotation, particles are floated with the aid of adherent air bubbles of 10-80 μm in size, stored on the surface and removed hydraulically to a sludge channel. Microbubbles are generated in dissolved air flotation process by precipitating air from a supersaturated recirculated water stream to the water stream to be treated.

通过对比2种不同脱蛋白方法,确定较适宜的脱蛋白方法并以DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow柱层析获得的多糖F1、F2、F3为主要原料,研究多糖的微观结构、单糖组成、刚果红反应及流变学性质。结果表明:不同多糖组分呈现不同的形态特征,主要以片状与纤维细丝状为主;F1与F2均以半乳糖为主要单糖,而F3中阿拉伯糖的含量最高;3种组分均以无规则线团链构象存在于水溶液中。静态与动态流变学性质研究表明:小球藻多糖为假塑性流体,且为非凝胶性多糖。本实验可为藻类产品的研发与应用提供参考。
