With the booming of electric vehicles(EVs) across the world, their increasing charging demands pose challenges to urban distribution networks. Particularly, due to the further implementation of time-of-use prices, the charging behaviors of household EVs are concentrated on low-cost periods, thus generating new load peaks and affecting the secure operation of the medium-and low-voltage grids. This problem is particularly acute in many old communities with relatively poor electricity infrastructure. In this paper, a novel two-stage charging scheduling scheme based on deep reinforcement learning is proposed to improve the power quality and achieve optimal charging scheduling of household EVs simultaneously in active distribution network(AdN) during valley period. In the first stage, the optimal charging profiles of charging stations are determined by solving the optimal power flow with the objective of eliminating peak-valley load differences. In the second stage, an intelligent agent based on proximal policy optimization algorithm is developed to dispatch the household EVs sequentially within the low-cost period considering their discrete nature of arrival. Through powerful approximation of neural network, the challenge of imperfect knowledge is tackled effectively during the charging scheduling process. Finally, numerical results demonstrate that the proposed scheme exhibits great improvement in relieving peak-valley differences as well as improving voltage quality in the AdN.

In this study,a pulsed,high voltage driven hollow-cathode electron beam sources through an optical trigger is designed with characteristics of simple structure,low cost,and easy *** validate the new design,the characteristics of hollow-cathode discharge and electron beam characterization under pulsed high voltage drive are studied experimentally and discussed by discharge characteristics and analyses of waveform details,*** validation experiments indicate that the pulsed high voltage supply significantly improves the frequency and stability of the discharge,which provides a new solution for the realization of a high-frequency,high-energy electron beam *** peak current amplitude in the high-energy electron beam increases from 6.2 A to 79.6 A,which indicates the pulsed power mode significantly improves the electron beam ***,increasing the capacitance significantly affects the highcurrent,lower-energy electron beam more than the high-energy electron beam.

Identifying the cause of respiratory tract infections is important for reducing the burden of diagnosis and *** assess viral etiologies of hospitalized patients with pulmonary infection,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)specimens were collected from non-COVId-19 adult patients(n=333,including patients with lower respiratory tract infection,tuberculosis,lung cancer,and pulmonary nodules)between November 2020 and November *** common respiratory pathogens were detected using multiplex reverse-transcription polymerase chain *** result showed that at least one virus was identified in 35.44%(118/333)of the *** these,influenza virus was the most commonly identified,followed by the parainfluenza virus,coronavirus,human rhinoviruses,and human respiratory syncytial *** tuberculosis group demonstrated the highest viral detection rate,yet paradoxically exhibited the lowest co-infection *** contrast,the highest co-infection frequency was observed in the pulmonary nodules *** with viral infections exhibited more severe clinical symptoms compared to those without detected viral ***,this observation was only noted in the lower respiratory tract infection group among the different disease ***,among patients infected with a specific virus,there were no significant differences in viral load between single and *** study identified the major causative agents in hospitalized adult patients with pulmonary infection,offering insights for precise disease diagnosis and the prevention of unnecessary use of antimicrobial drugs.

Ultrafast carrier dynamics in GeSn thin film based on time-resolved terahertz spectroscopy

We measure the time-resolved terahertz spectroscopy of GeSn thin film and studied the ultrafast dynamics of its photo-generated *** experimental results show that there are photo-generated carriers in GeSn under femtosecond laser excitation at 2500 nm,and its pump-induced photoconductivity can be explained by the drude–Smith *** carrier recombination process is mainly dominated by defect-assisted Auger processes and defect *** firstand second-order recombination rates are obtained by the rate equation fitting,which are(2.6±1.1)×10^(-2)ps^(-1)and(6.6±1.8)×10^(-19)cm^(3)·ps^(-1),***,we also obtain the diffusion length of photo-generated carriers in GeSn,which is about 0.4μm,and it changes with the pump delay *** results are important for the GeSn-based infrared optoelectronic devices,and demonstrate that Ge Sn materials can be applied to high-speed optoelectronic detectors and other applications.

A first-principles study on remote van der Waals epitaxy through a graphene monolayer on semiconductor substrates

To investigate the mechanism of remote epitaxy, where the overlayer can follow the same crystalline structure as the underlying semiconductor substrate through a thin two-dimensional interlayer, we systematically study the potential fluctuations of graphene covered Si, Ga As, and Ga N substrates from first-principles. We find that the uneven semiconductor surface, the distorted graphene, and the non-uniform interface charge transfer make significant contributions to the potential fluctuation. The semiconductor substrate with different surface reconstructions and orientations will generate different potential fluctuations through the graphene interlayer. We also calculate and compare the adsorption of adatoms on graphene covered substrates. The adsorption energies of adatoms not only depend on their distances to the underlying semiconductor surface, but are also sensitive to the direction of the charge transfer at the graphene/substrate interface. Changing the semiconductor reconstruction or orientation could even reverse the order of the adsorption energies of cation and anion adatoms by reversing the interface charge transfer direction, leading to a change in the growth orientation of the *** study improves the understanding of the mechanism of remote epitaxy, and reveals that it is possible to control the initial nucleation and orientation of overlayers by changing the semiconductor reconstructions and/or orientations in remote epitaxy.

Group frames via magic states with applications to SIC-POVMs and MUBs

We connect magic(non-stabilizer)states,symmetric informationally complete positive operator valued measures(SIC-POVMs),and mutually unbiased bases(MUBs)in the context of group frames,and study their *** states are quantum resources in the stabilizer formalism of quantum ***-POVMs and MUBs are fundamental structures in quantum information theory with many applications in quantum foundations,quantum state tomography,and quantum cryptography,*** this work,we study group frames constructed from some prominent magic states,and further investigate their *** method exploits the orbit of discrete Heisenberg-Weyl group acting on an initial fiducial *** quantify the distance of the group frames from SIC-POVMs and MUBs,*** a simple corollary,we reproduce a complete family of MUBs of any prime dimensional system by introducing the concept of MUB fiducial states,analogous to the well-known SIC-POVM fiducial *** present an intuitive and direct construction of MUB fiducial states via quantum T-gates,and demonstrate that for the qubit system,there are twelve MUB fiducial states,which coincide with the H-type magic *** compare MUB fiducial states and SIC-POVM fiducial states from the perspective of magic resource for stabilizer quantum *** further pose the challenging issue of identifying all MUB fiducial states in general dimensions.

The effects of wheel speeds on the magnetic properties and microstructures of[(Nd,Pr)_(1-x)Ce_(x)]-Fe-B meltspun ribbons were *** to melt-spun ribbons with low cerium(Ce)content(x=0.2),amorphous formation can be suppressed at high wheel speed in the ribbons with a relatively high Ce content(x=0.8),and with the increase of the wheel speed,the magnetic properties of the ribbons with high Ce content raise *** high wheel speed,the coercivity mechanism of melt-spun ribbons is mainly pinning field,and the high wheel speed introduces a large number of defects into the matrix as pinning ***,ribbons with high Ce content form a fine and uniform grain structure,so the grain boundary area enlarges,which further hinders the movement of domain *** combined effects of the above factors enable ribbons with high Ce content to have excellent magnetic properties(Hcj=0.977 T,Mr=64 m^(2) A/kg)at the wheel speed of 35 m/s.

Partial Correlation Analysis Based Identification of distribution Network Topology

Accurately identifying distribution network topol-ogy,which tends to be a mesh configuration with increasing penetration rate of distributed energy resources(dErs),is critical for reliable operation of a smart distribution *** among node voltages makes existing topology identification methods unstable and *** partial correlation analysis can reveal the intrinsic correlation of two variables by eliminating the influence of other variables,this paper develops a novel data-driven method based on partial correlation analysis to identify distribution network topology(radial,mesh,or including dErs)using only historical voltage amplitude ***,maximum spanning tree of network is generated through Prim ***,the loops of network are identified by taking tree neighbors as controlling variables in partial correlation ***,a new topology verification mechanism based on partial correlation analysis is developed to correct wrong connections caused by *** results on IEEE 33-node system,IEEE 123-node system and practical distribution network demonstrate that our method outperforms common data-driven methods,and can robustly identify both radial and mesh distribution network with ***-data-driven,linear correlation,partial correlation,smart meter,topology identification.

Waste masks pose a serious threat to the environment, including marine plastic pollution and soil pollution risks caused by landfills since the outbreak of COVId-19. Currently, numerous effective methods regarding disposal and resource utilization of waste masks have been reported, containing physical, thermochemical, and solvent-based technologies. As for physical technologies, the mechanical properties of the mask-based materials could be enhanced and the conductivity or antibacterial activity was endowed by adding natural fibers or inorganic nanoparticles. regarding thermochemical technologies, catalytic pyrolysis could yield considerable hydrogen, which is an eco-friendly resource, and would mitigate the energy crisis. Noticeably, the solvent-based technology, as a more convenient and efficient method, was also considered in this paper. In this way, soaking the mask directly in a specific chemical reagent changes the original structure of polypropylene and obtains multi-functional materials. The solvent-based technology is promising in the future with the researches of sustainable and universally applicable reagents. This review could provide guidance for utilizing resources of waste masks and address the issues of plastic pollution.

OBJECTIVE:To reach consensus on the diagnostic criteria for Yin deficiency syndrome in hypertension(YdSH)patients by a modified delphi ***:Our study was consistent with T/CACM *** methodology of rANd/UCLA appropriateness was used to develop consensus guidance statements.A nationwide panel of experienced clinical experts from 19 provinces was *** experts were all prominent in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)of cardiovascular *** consensus process consisted of two rounds of questionnaires and a final round of consultation to analyze the weight score of each ***,the data extraction process is carried out independently by third-party researchers(LIANG Junya,SUN Yang,and dU Xiaona).When there is disagreement in all three rounds,the expert panel group(odd number)are invited to vote,and the one with more votes *** the questionnaires,participants were asked to rate the appropriateness of each syndrome item using a nine-point Likert *** consensus was defined as a panel median rating 1-3 or 7-9 without *** then the diagnostic criteria of YdSH were formed according to the weight score in the final ***:Twenty-eight experts(84.8%)participated in the first round,and thirty-one(93.9%)finished the second *** two rounds,the consensus of YdSH was reached on 11 items(25.6%),including symptoms,signs,and pulse ***-one experts(63.6%)completed the final round in which they used a grading system for each *** tongue with scanty fur had the highest weighting(22.8%),followed by heat in the palms and soles(20.1%).CONCLUSIONS:The consensus-based diagnostic criteria for YdSH,formed by a modified delphi method,can be widely incorporated in TCM.A further clinical study will be conducted to analyze the diagnosis value and cut-off score of our YdSH criteria.
