Mobile crowdsensing (MCS) has been recognized as a potential paradigm, due to its mobility and expandability. However, existing works have ignored or simplified the modeling of the users' energy supply in MCS systems. In this paper, we formulate the user energy harvesting model in MCS systems, while Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) can effectively serve the MCS system. We aim at minimizing the service latency and maximizing the data utility by jointly optimizing variables such as bandwidth allocation, UAV trajectories, and other related factors. To this end, we transform the energy consumption problem into a Lyapunov drift minimization problem, and utilize a Transformer-enhanced deep reinforcement Learning approach to solve this problem. Experiments demonstrate the convergence of our proposed algorithm, and the proposed method can significantly outperform several benchmark approaches. © 2025 IEEE.

IP geolocation technology can estimate or determine the geographical location of terminal device through IP address, which is an important basis for location-based network services. The existing IP geolocation methods based on network measurement cannot accurately obtain the network environment when the target does not respond to the detection message, so it is difficult to achieve high-precision geolocation. To solve this problem, a reachable landmark grouping based IP geolocation method for unreachable target (rLGBG) is proposed in this manuscript. rLGBG first detects landmark data extensively, filters, evaluates and retains reliable and accessible landmarks. Secondly, rLGBG counts the topological relationship and geographical distribution among the reachable landmarks, groups the landmarks according to the common router, and divides the landmarks into different groups after checking by geographical location. Then, the continuous IP segments are divided into IP blocks according to landmark groups, and the location range of each IP block is calculated by the landmarks within each group. Finally, rLGBG counts the IP blocks containing the target, merges those IP blocks that are geographically coincident and topologically related, and estimates the target’s location by calculating the landmark center within the IP blocks. The geolocation experiments based on four cities in China show that rLGBG can effectively estimate the location of unreachable IP targets, and its accuracy and coverage are higher than the existing typical method and IP location databases. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Background:Previous researches mainly focused on whether cancer stem cells exist in diffuse large B-cell lym-phoma(dLBCL).However,subgroups with dismal prognosis and stem cell-like characteristics have been ***:Using large scale data(n=2133),we conducted machine learning algorithms to identify a high risk dLBCL subgroup with stem cell-like features,and then investigated the potential mechanisms in shaping this subgroup using transcriptome,genome and single-cell rNA-seq data,and in vitro ***:We identified a high-risk subgroup(25.6%of dLBCL)with stem cell-like characteristics and dismal *** high-risk group(HrG)was featured by upregulation of key enzyme(OdC1)in polyamine metabolism and cold tumor microenvironment(TME),and had a poor prognosis with lower 3-year overall survival(OS)(54.3%vs.83.6%,P<0.0001)and progression-free survival(PFS)(42.8%vs.74.7%,P<0.0001)rates com-pared to the low-risk *** also exhibited malignant proliferative phenotypes similar to Burkitt *** with MYC rearrangement,double-hit,double-expressors,or complete remission might have either favor-able or poor prognosis,which could be further distinguished by our risk stratification *** analysis revealed widespread copy number losses in the chemokine and interferon coding regions 8p23.1 and 9p21.3 in *** identified OdC1 as a therapeutic vulnerability for ***-cell analysis and in vitro ex-periments demonstrated that OdC1 overexpression enhanced dLBCL cell proliferation and drove macrophage polarization towards the M2 ***,OdC1 inhibition reduced dLBCL cell proliferation,induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis,and promoted macrophage polarization towards the M1 ***,we developed a comprehensive database of dLBCL for clinical ***:Our study effectively advances the precise risk stratification of dLBCL and reveals that OdC1 and immune-deserted microenvironment jointly sha

NFT rug pull is one of the most prominent type of NFT scam, whose definition is that the developers of an NFT project abandon it and run away with investors' funds. Although they have drawn attention from our community, to the best of our knowledge, the NFT rug pulls have not been systematically measured. To fill the void, this paper presents the first in-depth measurement study of NFT rug pulls. Specifically, we first compile a list of 253 known NFT rug pulls as our initial confirmed rug pulls (i.e., ground truth), based on which we perform a pilot study, highlighting the key symptoms of NFT rug pulls. Then, we design an effective rule-based detector to measure the prevalence of NFT rug pulls in the ecosystem. We have labelled 7,487 happened NFT rug pull projects which were not revealed by our community. To eliminate the potential damage brought by rug pull scams, we take a step further towards designing a real-time prediction model to proactively identify the potential rug pull projects in an early stage ahead of the scam happens. We have implemented a prototype system, and deployed it in the real-world setting for over 6 months. Our system has raised alarms for 5,557 new NFT projects, which works as a whistle blower that pinpoints rug pull scams timely, thus mitigating the impacts. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

The fast method and convergence analysis of the fractional magnetohydrodynamic coupled flow and heat transfer model for the generalized second-grade fluid

recently,competing electronic instabilities,including superconductivity and density-wave-like order,have been discovered in vanadium-based kagome metals AV_(3)Sb_(5)(A=K,rb,Cs)with a nontrivial band *** finding stimulates considerable interest to study the interplay of these competing electronic orders and possible exotic excitations in the superconducting ***,we performed51V and133Cs nuclear magnetic resonance(NMr)measurements on a CsV_(3)Sb_(5)single crystal to clarify the nature of density-wave-like transition in these kagome superconductors.A first-order structural transition is unambiguously revealed below T_(s)~94 K by observing the sudden splitting of Knight shift in^(51)V NMr ***,combined with^(133)Cs NMr spectrum,the present result confirms a three-dimensional structural *** further analyzing the anisotropy of Knight shift and 1/T_(1)T at^(51)V nuclei,we proposed that the orbital order is the primary electronic order induced by the firstorder structural transition,which is supported by further analysis on electric field gradient at^(51)V *** addition,the evidence for possible orbital fluctuations is also revealed above T_(s).The present work sheds light on a rich orbital physics in kagome superconductors AV_(3)Sb_(5).

Sea surface temperature (SST) is closely related to global climatechange, ocean ecosystem, and ocean disaster. Accurate prediction of SST isan urgent and challenging task. With a vast amount of ocean monitoring dataare continually collected, data-driven methods for SST time-series predictionshow promising results. However, they are limited by neglecting complexinteractions between SST and other ocean environmental factors, such as airtemperature and wind speed. This paper uses multi-factor time series SSTdata to propose a sequence-to-sequence network with two-module attention(TMA-Seq2seq) for long-term time series SST prediction. Specifically, TMASeq2seq is an LSTM-based encoder-decoder architecture facilitated by factorand temporal-attention modules and the input of multi-factor time series. Ittakes six-factor time series as the input, namely air temperature, air pressure,wind speed, wind direction, SST, and SST anomaly (SSTA). A factor attentionmodule is first designed to adaptively learn the effect of different factors onSST, followed by an encoder to extract factor-attention weighted features asfeature representations. And then, a temporal attention module is designedto adaptively select the hidden states of the encoder across all time steps tolearn more robust temporal relationships. The decoder follows the temporalattention module to decode the feature vector concatenated from the weightedfeatures and original input feature. Finally, we use a fully-connect layer tomap the feature into prediction results. With the two attention modules, ourmodel effectively improves the prediction accuracy of SST since it can notonly extract relevant factor features but also boost the long-term *** experiments on the datasets of China Coastal Sites (CCS) demonstrate that our proposed model outperforms other methods, reaching 98.29%in prediction accuracy (PACC) and 0.34 in root mean square error (rMSE).Moreover, SST prediction experiments in China’s East, South,

The random-value impulse noise(rVIN)detection approach in image denoising,which is dependent on manually defined detection thresholds or local window information,does not have strong generalization performance and cannot successfully cope with damaged pictures with high noise *** fusion of the K-means clustering approach in the noise detection stage is reviewed in this research,and the internal relationship between the flat region and the detail area of the damaged picture is thoroughly explored to suggest an unique two-stage method for gray image *** on the concept of pixel clustering and grouping,all pixels in the damaged picture are separated into various groups based on gray distance similarity features,and the best detection threshold of each group is solved to identify the *** the noise reduction step,a partition decision filter based on the gray value characteristics of pixels in the flat and detail areas is *** the noise pixels in flat and detail areas,local consensus index(LCI)weighted filter and edge direction filter are designed respectively to recover the pixels damaged by the *** experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed noise detection method is more than 90%,and is superior to most mainstream *** the same time,the proposed filtering method not only has good noise reduction and generalization performance for natural images and medical images with medium and high noise but also is superior to other advanced filtering technologies in visual effect and objective quality evaluation.

recent various experiments have provided evidence supporting the emergence of loop-current order in kagome metals. Particularly superconductivity in AV_(3)Sb_(5) is significantly enhanced when this charge order is suppressed by pressure or doping. distinct from magnetic order, loop-current order does not couple directly to spin and thus whether such fluctuations can enhance superconductivity remains elusive. We design a sign problem-free bilayer kagome model coupled to quantum Ising spins through bond currents and perform determinant quantum Monte Carlo simulations to explore single-particle properties and superconductivity arising from 2 × 2 loopcurrent fluctuations. We find that this loop-current order induces intriguing band folding, band broadening,and gap opening around saddle points. remarkably, our pairing susceptibility analysis identifies a dominant enhancement of superconductivity due to loop-current fluctuations, with the dominant pairing being the chiral d-wave channel. This pairing primarily occurs within the intra-sublattice channel and involves third nearestneighbor sites, attributed to the unique sublattice texture associated with van Hove singularities. We also discuss potential experimental implications for kagome superconductors.
