Integrating thick/thin film sensors into component systems has emerged as a prevalent approach for monitoring in extreme environments. However, traditional vapordeposition methods face obstacles, including complex fabrication processes and the degradation of sensitive materials at extremely high temperatures. This work delineates the development of a polysilazane composite dual-layer thick-film Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor characterized by its suitability for extreme temperatures androbust bond strength achieved through an advanced near-net-shape printing methodology. Hightemperature resistant La(Ca)CrO3 /polysilazane films were printed as the sensitive layer, while a dense layer formed by Cr2 O3 /polysilazane was used as the protective layer. The bilayer structure resulted in a 2.5-fold increase in adhesion strength compared to the single-layer La(Ca)CrO3 /polysilazane films. Experimental results indicate that the dual-layer thick-film NTC thermistor can be operated long-term at 1300 degrees C with a resistance drift rate of 0.9 %/h and survive short-term exposure to temperatures up to 1550 degrees C. As a proof of concept, this work applied 3d printing technology to fabricate a polysilazane composite dual-layer thick-film NTC thermistor on the surface of turbine blades anddemonstrated its functionality under flame impingement at nearly 1300 degrees C. Such flexible 3d printing techniques pave the way for a new paradigm in manufacturing sensors capable of withstanding ultra-high temperatures. In distributed generation system, the time-delayed phase-locked loop (Td-PLL) is a common method of grid synchronization in single-phase grid-connected inverters (GCIs). However, GCIs with Td-PLL are exposed to the greaterrisk of oscillatory instability in weak grid. In order to improve the adaptability of GCIs in weak grid, an inverter passivity enhancement method based on fixed-frequency improved second-order second-order generalized integral phase-locked loop (FF-ISO-SOGI-PLL) is proposed. Firstly, the influence of Td-PLL on the passivity of GCIs is analyzed by establishing a small signal impedance model. On this basis, the FF-ISO-SOGI-PLL with better stability anddisturbance suppression ability is proposed, and the parameters of phase-locked loop (PLL) are optimally designed. The improvement effect of the impedance reshaping method based on FF-ISO-SOGI-PLL on the inverter passivity is analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the comparative experiment.

Oceanic mesoscale circulations, primarily manifesting as eddies, typically span around 100 km horizontally and persist for about a month. These circulations represent the main component of oceanic kinetic energy and are referred to as the“weather” of the ocean. Forecasting efforts, focused on periods from a day to a month, target these mesoscale *** in eddy-resolving models, observing systems such as Argo floats and satellite altimeters, anddata assimilation techniques have enabled systems like HYCOM in the United States and Mercator-Ocean in Europe to predict these features effectively. To further enhance mesoscale forecasting, the Pacific regional Ocean Forecast System(rPOFS) was developed for the pan-western Pacific(100°E–178°E, 20°S–50°N). Covering the dynamic Kuroshio and Kuroshio Extension regions, rPOFS features a 3 km horizontal grid and 67 vertical levels, with a multi-scale three-dimensional variational data assimilation(MS-3dVAr) scheme implemented. This system assimilates data from various sources, including satellite sea surface height and temperature, as well as subsurface profiles. In particular, an enhanced altimeterdata assimilation methodology allows explicitly constraining both barotropic and baroclinic components of sea surface height. rPOFS demonstrates reliable forecasting of mesoscale circulations, with five-day forecasts accurately predicting eddies larger than 150 km and capturing features of the Kuroshio large meander. Forecasting errors are comparable to or smaller than those of HYCOM and Mercator-Ocean systems.
