课程思政应基于课程的学科属性和教学规律,结合专业知识传授和价值观引导双重目标,注重课程内容与思政元素的有机融合,确保教学过程中知识传授与思政教育的相互协调与促进,以实现全面育人。《计量经济学》作为经济学科的重要基础课和方法论课程,具备许多独特于其他专业课程的特征,因此,在课程思政的实施过程中也体现出其特有的挑战和机遇。文章从马克思主义认识论的分析框架出发,构建一个《计量经济学》课程思政的体系,通过学习《计量经济学》这门经济学实证课,研究方法论课程特别是七个具体的课程思政案例,树立马克思主义世界观和方法论,掌握历史唯物论与辩证唯物论的基本原理。同时,以科学哲学特别是马克思主义认识论为指导,深刻领会计量经济学的科学性、重要性、作用及其局限性,培养科学思维和科学精神,力求避免误用、滥用计量经济学的模型、方法与工具,并且学以致用,通过典型的中国案例,学习如何应用计量经济学方法研究与解决中国现实经济问题。Ideological and political education should be based on the subject attributes and teaching rules of the course, combined with the dual goals of professional knowledge teaching and value guidance, pay attention to the organic integration of curriculum content and ideological and political elements, and ensure the mutual coordination and promotion of knowledge transfer and ideological and political education in the teaching process, so as to achieve comprehensive education. As an important basic course and methodology course of economics, “Econometrics” has many unique characteristics compared with other professional courses, so it also reflects its unique challenges and opportunities in the implementation of course ideology and politics. Based on the analytical framework of Marxist epistemology, this paper constructs a system of ideology and politics in the course of “Econometrics”, establishes a Marxist worldview and methodology, and grasps the basic principles of historical materialism and dialectical materialism by studying the empirical research methodology course of “Econometrics”, especially ten specific ideological and political cases. 随着人工智能、大数据、区块链等数字技术的发展,《计量经济学》课程教学改革势在必行。本文在对《计量经济学》当前教学现状进行剖析的基础上,提出了基于“42334”框架的课程改革创新模式,融合“数学、统计学、经济学、大数据”四门学科,以“线上 + 线下”互动,对“线性回归模型、时间序列分析、面板回归模型、空间计量回归”四大板块内容进行整合,将理论知识应用于实践,构建“理论 + 实践 + 案例”的三大应用模式,对计量经济学进行创新改革和应用实施。With the development of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain, the teaching reform of the course “Econometrics” is imperative. On the basis of analyzing the current teaching status of “Econometrics”, a teaching innovation reform model based on the “42334” framework is proposed, which integrates the four disciplines of “mathematics, statistics, economics, and big data science”, and integrates the content of “linear regression model, time series analysis, panel regression model, and spatial econometric regression” through “online + offline” interaction.
