随着数字经济时代的到来,二手书市场亦迎来了转型与创新的新浪潮。其中,“多抓鱼”作为二手书电商平台的代表,通过其独特的商业模式探索了一条可持续发展的路径。研究发现,“多抓鱼”通过倡导循环消费新模式、提高资源利用率、促进用户深度参与、推动线上线下融合等手段拓展二手书销售模式。“多抓鱼”在向好发展的同时,也面临着供应链成本高昂、供需不平衡、价格竞争力不足等问题,可以通过优化供应链管理、拓展二手书来源,优化定价模型等策略不断适应市场变化,平衡成本控制与服务升级,以持续引领二手书市场的健康发展。With the advent of the digital economy, the second-hand book market has ushered in a new wave of transformation and innovation. “Duozhuayu”, as a representative of second-hand book e-commerce platforms, has explored a sustainable development path through its unique business model. The study found that “Duozhuayu” has expanded its used book sales model by advocating a new model of recycled consumption, improving resource utilization, promoting in-depth user participation, and promoting the integration of online and offline. “Duozhuayu” is facing problems such as high supply chain costs, imbalance between supply and demand, and lack of price competitiveness. It can continue to adapt to changes in the market by optimizing supply chain management, expanding the sources of second-hand books, and optimizing its pricing model, balancing cost control and service upgrading, in order to continue to lead the healthy development of the second-hand book market.
我国人口结构的变化推动了宠物经济在中国持续升温,“宠粮月付”作为宠物行业的一种创新商业模式应运而生。该模式打破了传统宠物售卖模式的界限,将资源高效整合、多环节紧密连接,实现了盈利的多元化和可持续性,但同时也面临着处在发展不成熟时期的多重挑战。通过深入分析宠粮月付模式的运营机制特点、面临的问题并提出相应的对策,以期充分挖掘“宠粮月付”模式的发展潜能,推动其健康和可持续性发展,为宠物行业的商业模式创新提供理论支持。The shifting demographic landscape in China has catalyzed the persistent expansion of the pet economy. In response to this trend, the “monthly pet food payment” model has emerged as a novel business framework within the pet industry. This innovative model transcends the conventional confines of pet sales by efficiently consolidating resources and fostering seamless integration across multiple operational segments, thereby achieving diversification and sustainability in profitability. Yet, it also confronts numerous challenges associated with its early stage of development. Through a comprehensive analysis of the operational mechanisms, distinctive features, and challenges confronting the monthly pet food payment model, this study endeavors to fully harness the development potential of this model, fostering its healthy and sustainable growth, and furnishing theoretical underpinnings for business model innovation in the pet industry.
