近年来,燃气输配管道已成为现代化城镇的基础设施之一,规模庞大的燃气管网敷设于大街小巷和人口稠密地区,然而燃气管道泄漏事故时有发生,给生命和财产安全带来严重的威胁。为了预防燃气管道事故的发生,许多燃气管道公司和技术研究中心进行了燃气管道风险评估系统的研究,但是面临的共同难题是缺少燃气管道失效事故数据资料。因此建立城镇燃气管道失效数据库,通过统计分析进行管道失效概率计算,对于实现燃气管道定量风险评价和燃气管道失效数据的共享,保障城镇燃气管道安全运营具有重要意义。本论文通过对国内外燃气管道失效的统计分析,结合事故树分析列出了国内城镇燃气管道的失效因素清单。重新定义了管道失效,研究了失效数据库的设计原则和功能,确定了失效数据库建设的数据结构,将城镇燃气管道的失效数据分别用数据表表达出来。基于Microsoft Visual Studio 2010和SQL server 2008开发了城镇燃气管道失效数据库管理系统,实现了管道失效数据的录入、查询、修改、统计、概率计算等功能。以某燃气管道公司为例,展开对城镇燃气管道失效数据库的应用研究,得出了该管道公司的管道失效统计和失效概率,并在此基础上做出了安全现况分析和风险趋势预测,提出了预防和改进措施。
