顶岗实习是农村新型经济组织管理(村务管理方向)专业实践教学的重要组成部分,帮助学生提升了工作能力,开阔了他们的视野和思路,促进他们培养了优良作风。专业在顶岗实习管理过程中实践探索出了一套“5226”实习管理模式:五层面协同严格管理、校内外双重指导、分两阶段完成、完成六项实习成果。这套“5226”实习管理模式经过长期实践,促进了校政双元实习管理,提升了学生的实践能力和综合素养、增强了学生换位思考的意识和能力,并构建了顶岗实习考核评价体系。文章对顶岗实习更为有效的管理提出优化建议:完善校政双主体管理体系,加强细节管理;严格执行学校实习管理制度,规范管理;借助信息技术手段,提升实习管理效率。Post practice is an important part of the professional practice teaching of the new rural economic organization management (village affairs management direction), which helps students improve their working ability, broaden their vision and thinking, and promotes them to cultivate a fine style. In the process of in-post practice management, the major has explored a set of “5226” internship practice management modes: five levels of coordination and strict management, double guidance inside and outside the school, completion in two stages, and the achievement of six internship results. After long-term practice, this “5226” internship management model has promoted the dual internship management of schools and governments, improved students’ practical ability and comprehensive quality, enhanced students’ awareness and ability of perspective-taking, and built a post-internship assessment and evaluation system. This paper puts forward optimization suggestions for more effective management of on-the-job internships: improve the school and government dual-subject management system, strengthen detail management, strictly implement the school internship management system, standardize management, and use information technology to improve the efficiency of internship management.
