大数据背景下,数据的决策支持作用愈发显著。本文在分析系统内涵的基础上,提出了数据系统的概念,即由数据采集系统、数据传输系统、数据处理系统和数据应用系统等组成复杂统一体。通过将系统工程理论与方法引入到解决数据系统开发与利用,进一步定义了数据系统工程,同时明确了数据系统工程研究对象为数据系统,其呈现集成性、关联性、结构性、涌现性和大系统性等特点。数据系统工程的研究内容主要包括数据系统规律探索、数据系统开发利用、数据系统协调控制等。此外,初步明晰了数据系统工程的方法论,并分别从时间维、逻辑维、知识维,以及"物理、事理、人理"的角度,对其进行了探讨分析。为推动数据处理与系统工程等学科发展提供参考借鉴。
