随着互联网技术的飞速发展和普及,电商经济作为一种新兴的商业模式,已逐渐成为推动农村经济和社会发展的重要力量。农村社会工作服务模式作为农村发展的重要组成部分,也必然受到电商经济的深刻影响。电商经济拓宽了农村社会工作的服务渠道,传统的农村社会工作服务往往受限于地域和资源,难以覆盖到所有需要帮助的农民。然而,电商经济的兴起打破了这一局限。通过电商平台,农村社会工作服务机构可以更加便捷地接触到广大农民,了解他们的需求和问题,进而提供更加精准和有效的服务。本文旨在探讨电商经济对农村社会工作服务模式转型的影响,希望能够为农村社会工作的发展和进步提供新的思路。With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology, e-commerce economy, as a new business model, has gradually become an important force to promote rural economic and social development. The rural social work service model, as an important component of rural social development, is inevitably deeply influenced by the e-commerce economy. The e-commerce economy has expanded the service channels for rural social work. Traditional rural social work services are often limited by geography and resources, making it difficult to reach all farmers in need. However, the rise of e-commerce economy has broken this limitation. Through e-commerce platforms, rural social work service agencies can more conveniently reach out to farmers, understand their needs and issues, and provide more accurate and effective services. This article aims to explore the impact of e-commerce economy on the transformation of rural social work service models, hoping to provide new ideas for the development and progress of rural social work.
研究在“五社联动”背景下,对T市C社工站服务模式的创新实践进行了探索与分析。通过深入调研和案例分析,文章总结了社工站在应对服务内容单一、服务效率不高等问题时所面临的挑战,提出了多元化、智能化、项目化和合作化等创新服务模式。这些模式通过整合社区、社会组织、社会工作者、社区志愿者和慈善资源,实现了资源的优化配置与服务的高效协同,显著提升了社工站的服务质量和社区居民的满意度。研究表明,在五社联动的框架下,创新服务模式不仅能够更好地满足居民多样化的需求,还为其他社工站提供了实用的借鉴与参考。本文最终为推动社工站服务的高质量发展提供了理论与实践上的支持。This study explores and analyzes the innovative practices of the service model of C Social Work Station in T City against the backdrop of “Five-Social Linkage”. Through in-depth research and case analysis, this paper summarizes the challenges faced by the social work station in addressing issues such as homogeneous service content and inefficient service delivery, and proposes innovative service models featuring diversification, intellectualization, projectization, and collaboration. These models achieve optimal resource allocation and efficient service coordination by integrating communities, social organizations, social workers, community volunteers, and charitable resources, significantly enhancing the service quality of social work stations and the satisfaction of community residents. The research indicates that under the framework of Five-Social Linkage, innovative service models can not only better meet the diverse needs of residents but also provide practical references for other social work stations. Ultimately, this paper offers theoretical and practical support for promoting the high-quality development of social work station services.
