To the editor: A 20-year-old Chinese female patient presented with several gradually enlarging, slightly pruritic plaques and nodules on her body over 3 years. Initially the patient had been diagnosed as dermatitis, cutaneous tuberculosis, and granuloma successively in local hospitals, while irresponsive to oral antihistamines, antitubercular agents, or topical corticosteroids. The patient had no fever, weight loss, or any remarkable past medical history.
