目的了解病区病历夹的细菌污染情况,寻找有效的消毒方法。方法对我院病区60只不锈钢病历夹表层进行微生物学检测并分别采用75%酒精和500 m g/L的含氯消毒液进行擦拭消毒。结果未消毒的病历夹染菌量已超过中华人民共和国卫生部发行的《消毒技术规范》中规定的各类普通病房物体表面细菌菌落总数≤10 cfu/cm2的标准。所污染的微生物主要有表皮葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、微球菌属、真菌。用75%酒精擦拭消毒病历夹后污染菌的清除率可达90%,500m g/L的含氯消毒液的清除率可达100%。结论500 m g/L的含氯消毒液擦拭消毒病历夹是简便、快捷、有效的方法。
