混凝土结构课程设计是土木工程专业一门直接面向工程应用的实践课程。本文进行了基于产教融合视域的混凝土结构课程设计教学研究,旨在探索培养学生解决实际工程问题的实践能力、创造性思维、终身学习能力和学习兴趣,从而提升学生就业竞争力的有效路径,致力于将产教融合做到真正融合和深度融合。The curriculum design of concrete structure is one of the practical courses of civil engineering which is directly oriented to engineering application. This paper conducts the teaching research on concrete structure curriculum design based on the integration of production and education, aiming to explore an effective path to cultivate students’ practical ability, creative thinking, lifelong learning ability and learning interest to solve practical engineering problems, so as to enhance students’ employment competitiveness. It is committed to achieving deep integration, true integration and real integration of production and education.

“食品营养学”课程是食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全等专业的核心必修课程之一,也是食品相关专业的专业基础课,对培养食品类高素质人才具有重要意义。为突破以教为主、被动学习的传统教学模式,基于成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)理念,反向设计“食品营养学”课程教学体系,重制课程教学目标,重组教学内容模块,设计多元化实践教学方法,实行“课前-课中-课后”一体化教学评价体系,旨在提高学生的专业素养和实践能力,为培养适应社会发展需要的食品营养学人才提供有力支持。
