This paper examines the objectives and describes the methodology of an ongoing research project concerned with the built heritage of Montreal, Canada;more precisely, with the openings (doors, windows, bow-windows, dormers, etc.) in residential buildings. Within the framework of this project, we aim to implement digital environments to document and enhance the architectural vocabulary of openings. We adopt 3d programming to describe the way in which the artefacts are assembled from different components. The aim of this process is to enable the introduction of variations into the principles governing the composition of the artefacts, so as to generate new configurations. © pum, 2009.

Software programming for concurrent execution is not a simple task. The main issue related to this work is the lack of visibility of the multiple and parallel execution over the threads. Multi core processor technology is a reality nowadays and the only way to use modern hardware at its full capacity lays in the use of concurrent software. In this paper, we present a new 3d framework, based on hand gestures that manipulate multiple threads of execution and to deal with the visibility issues, using a 3d programming environment.

In this paper, we aim at defining a simple and sound mathematical framework for describing temporal media programming language semantics. It occurs that semigroup theory offers various concepts that are especially well suited for this purpose. As a result, a fairly general programming scheme can be defined in order to specify, compose and render both spatial media objects (e.g. 3d drawings) and timed media objects e.g. Animation or Music). Each of these constructs is specified in Haskell via an adequate type class definition and an associated uniform data type construct. A simple monoid based semantics model of the turtle command language of Logo is detailed and extended throughout the paper. This allows for providing step by step introductions and usage examples of the algebraic concepts and constructs our proposal is based on.

programming into graphs of a new generation offers not to write, but to draw the programs throughout their entire lifetime using the graphs from mathematics in which only horizontal arcs are loaded (ISO 8631: 1989). drawing is easier and faster, especially for the touch screen. All the traditional (since 1947) machine-oriented operators like if, for, while, repeat, case, goto, and labels and brackets like begin-end are excluded from programming. They became outdated. They are too many, complicated, empirical (not strictly defined) and low capacious for a human, and provide a primitive mechanical technology of programming. To neutralize their drawbacks a human makes much efforts creating a huge amount of languages, systems and programming environments that are "supposedly easier," but in fact divide the specialists and make programming extremely complicated, not evolutional and inaccessible to many people. Instead of all these things, the only one (mathematically rigorous) graphical and human-oriented entity (R-scheme) is offered. In average, less than one (less than 0.2) click on mouth button or the keyboard is required for entering this entity to a machine. As a result, up to 60% of superfluous symbols, keywords, punctuation marks, typographic symbols etc. are excluded from the traditional program. Graphics program in R-schemes is 100 or more times compact and incomparably more visual compared with the traditionally recorded programs. Consequently, the process of programming is simplified, accelerated and improved repeatedly, has a proof of correctness, self-documentation and documentation of motivation of the decisions made, mathematical derivation and automatic generation of the programs and tests for these programs. Continuity with in the first place of program libraries is maintained. New horizons of industrial development of the large programs are open. For the first time programming receives the mathematical basis (culture) and becomes accessible to everyone,

For the first time since 1947 it is proposed to use a simpler and mathematically more rigorous concept of programming with the graphs loaded only through horizontal arcs. Such graph is a polyglot, it has ISO 8631: 1989 certificate, and can be used along the entire lifecycle of programming process and working on a computer. The new concept has HUNdREdS(!) times better characteristics from the standpoint of program compactness, memory use, promptness of entering and execution. Processes of designing the algorithms and software, processes of programming, evidence of correctness and self-documenting of software projects are significantly simplified, improved and accelerated. For the first time programming receives a rigorous mathematical basis (culture), wherein natural succession of the best practices in programming (OOP, AOP, WEB, CLOUd etc.) and, above all, continuity of the program libraries are ensured. The larger and the more logically complex is the program project, the greater is the effect of applying the new polyglot-concept. The new concept is so simple that it makes it possible to program for ANYONE, not just for programmers. This article describes the history of development and proving of the new polyglot concept of programming, its description, advantages, implemented graphical programming environment, and perspectives for application.

Tato práce popisuje proces tvorby multi-platformního interaktivního systému a demonstruje jeho použitelnost na prototypu aplikace simulující rehabilitaci. Je zde zahrnut SW návrh, 3d programování a produkce animací za použití hloubkového senzoru Kinect. Jádro aplikace bylo vytvořeno v herním enginu Unity 3d a bylo otestováno na Linux Ubuntu, Windows 7, mobilním zařízení Android a Unity Web Playeru. První polovina tohoto dokumentu obsahuje můj průzkum nejmodernějších nástrojů a zdrojů vhodných pro realizaci interaktivní multi-platformní aplikace, pracující s 3d obsahem. Nejprve jsou popsány tři herní enginy (Unity 3d, UdK, Unreal Engine 4), jakožto hlavní vývojová prostředí vhodná k realizaci aplikace. Poté jsou popsány možnosti ukládání dat obecné pro všechny zmíněné enginy - integrovaná úložiště dat, databázové systémy a serializace. Nakonec jsou v práci popsány výhody a nevýhody různých přístupů, jak vytvořit 3d animace. Je zde naznačeno použití 3d softwaru určeného k manuální produkci, ale také různé možnosti snímání pohybu Motion Capture. druhá část dokumentu popisuje mé zhodnocení informací popsaných v předchozí části a rozhodnutí, které prostředky jsem použil k vytvoření prototypu. Také je zde zkonkretizováno zadání a formulovány základní parametry aplikace. dále je popsán SW návrh, produkce a zpracování 3d animací a samotná implementace. Nakonec je výsledný prototyp zhodnocen a naznačena rozšíření, které je možné aplikovat v budoucnosti. Co se týče využití samotné aplikace, tato práce předvádí mé nápady, jak mohou být informační technologie využity v oboru fyzioterapie a zdravotnictví obecně. Výsledkem nemělo být nahrazení fyzioterapeutů, nýbrž poskytnutí pomoci jim a jejich pacientům. Tento prototyp je příkladem, který nabízí 3d vizualizaci cvičení a lidského pohybového systému. 3d animace, ukazující, jak by měl být každý cvik správně proveden, mimo jiné, mohou učinit rehabilitace příjemnější a zároveň účinnější.
