A comprehensive solution to the construction of a room access control system is proposed. Complexity is realized by choosing the platform of the technology of the internet of things. The access control system for the room was brought to the layout, which allowed us to identify some of its shortcomings. The demonstrated operability of the proposed solution will allow the use of access control systems in two scenarios: entrance to the room and safe locks.

In this article is presented the design of a biometric system for the palm of the hand, oriented to offer a people access control, without the typical drawbacks of this system, like the no carrying of the budge, erase of the id barcode, unreadable fingerprints, dirty or soiled hands. The system uses a cubicle with a guide to position the palm of the hand and a constant lighting system. With a camera is acquired the back of the hands' image and is processed with MATLAB to get measurements like skin color, width and hand length, to use parametrical non parametric classifier and to identify the palm of the hand of one or other users.

In order to improve the recognition rate and practicability of the existing speech access control system, a method of HMM/ANN hybrid model was presented. By the analysis on the principle of speech recognition system, a speech access control system was designed by using DSP as the hardware platform. The working principle and the software design process of the system were described. In the training stage, the system filtered out one from N-group user models closest to the current composition and then optimized HMM adaptively. Afterwards, the system carried on the speech recognition with ANN and gave the final result. Through the system simulation, the experimental result shows that the system has a higher speech recognition rate by the selection-confirmation algorithm. Therefore, it is a novel way by which the security of the system can be effectively guaranteed that applying HMM/ANN hybrid model to the speech access control system.

The conventional radio-frequency identification (RFID)-based access control system cannot prevent unauthorized personnel from following authorized personnel into a restricted area. Thus, security and safety of personnel cannot be guaranteed. In this paper, we propose an intelligent access control system to address this problem. The proposed system consists of an ultrahigh frequency (UHF) RFID subsystem and a computer vision subsystem. The UHF REID subsystem is responsible for the identification and authentication of personnel while the computer vision subsystem captures the images of personnel and accurately calculates their number. By comparing the number of personnel determined by the two subsystems, the access control problem of tailgating can be effectively solved. The proposed system has competitive advantages in terms of high detection accuracy and user convenience of hands-free access control. It can be used in many organizations that have security requirements.

Security is the main challenge of the Modbus IIoT protocol. The systems designed to provide security involve solutions that manage identity based on a centralized approach by introducing a single point of failure and with an ad hoc model for an organization, which handicaps the solution scalability. Our manuscript proposes a solution based on self-sovereign identity over hyperledger fabric blockchain, promoting a decentralized identity from which both authentication and authorization are performed on-chain. The implementation of the system promotes not only Modbus security, but also aims to ensure the simplicity, compatibility and interoperability claimed by Modbus.

Design and Implementation of Voiceprint Recognition access control system

Voiceprint recognition technology is one of the methods of biological authentication at present, that is, a technical method of identifying the speaker's identity by recognizing speech. The entrance guard system based on voiceprint recognition has the advantages of high safety factor and convenient use. At present, voiceprint recognition technology is in a promising era and is one of the hot acoustic application technologies currently studied. In this paper, an access control system that can use voiceprint to identify people is designed. The core processor of the access control system adopts Sunplus 16-bit MCU SPCE061A, which has been improved and perfected on the basis of voice analysis technology, so as to achieve accurate voiceprint recognition function, and can accurately determine whether it is the user's own effect, so as to complete the recognition of specific people's voices. The measured data show that the system meets the design requirements, can accurately identify and judge the user's identity, and has a good market prospect.

This article presents results of passenger service research (fulfilled within municipal transport stopping points) based on service models elaborated for various transport access control systems. The article presents results of boarding simulation modeling (in condition of access control system organized within the stopping point) which may become an advanced method to solve the problem of stopping point's congestion. Mathematical relations deduced allow evaluating passenger service level as per boarding time expenditure parameters. The article presents (i) results of research and (ii) area of these results application in passenger transport systems planning sphere.

This paper designs a face recognition intelligent access control system based on deep learning FaceNet network to meet the security needs of dormitory apartments, office buildings and other places. The system mainly uses the Keras deep learning framework to write the face recognition server program based on the FaceNet algorithm, compares and connects with the door lock control program, the microcontroller and the steering gear, and realizes the door lock control, face registration, access rights management, etc.

NFC-enabled Android Smartphone Application Development to Hide 4 Digits Passcode for access control system

Android is a name of the Google's mobile operating system (OS) which is largely used around the world. A few years ago, Google released first mobile application for mobile payment system over NFC-enabled Android smartphone. Many researchers then have started their work so far on NFC mobile phone to take its advantage in real implementation, especially, to replace both of existing physical keys and access cards. After Host-based Card Emulation (HCE) was released in Android 4.4, Android phone can be used as an emulated card that, in most previous works, was done on Peer-2-Peer mode and Read/Write mode. The purpose of this work is to develop an Android application that can emulate as NFC card through HCE and manage the passcodes to replace pressing on keypad in (4 digits passcode) access control system.

Based the traditional Attribute-Based Encryption (ABE) access control systems, this paper first proposes a new access architecture for MCC, which introduces a middle layer sitting between mobile devices and their cloud *** middle hyer is composed of cloudlets and thus it is called access cloudlet *** are deployed next to IEEE 802.11access points (APs) and serve as a localized service point at a mobile devices close proximity to improve the performance of mobile cloud *** top of this new architecture, an ABE access control scheme is proposed to offload the main amount of computations to the cloudlet as the function of cloud, in which the access control decision making takes into consideration energy consumption of access task execution and network status while satisfiying certain response time *** the analysis results have shown the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed system architecture in terms of security and energy consunption.
