UML diagram classification model based on convolution neural network

Nowadays, the amount of data generated daily in various fields is constantly expanding, and the research field of UML diagram is no exception. It has strong expressiveness for complex systems, so it has become the best choice for modeling in many fields. Accordingly, this paper obtains and classifies UML diagram data based on convolution neural network diagram classification algorithm. This paper first analyzes the content and concept of UML, then further describes the importance of building a graphical UML classification model, the complete form convolutional neural network based on image is constructed by analyzing its theory, and then deduces the graphical UML classification model. Finally, a set of UML diagram data set is constructed by using the collected UML diagram design. After data preprocessing, the overall iteration times of the model and the accuracy and average time impact of UML diagram classification model and classification results are obtained. The graph classification algorithm model designed in this study has a good analysis and classification effect for UML object *** with the existing image-based convolutional neural networks and graph neural networks, the proposed UML diagram classification modeling method and GPC-GCN graph neural network have better performance for UML diagram classification. In this study, convolutional neural network technology is applied to the field of UML diagram classification model, thus promoting the development of related technologies in the field of UML diagram classification model.

Noise detection and image denoising based on fractional calculus

Fractional-order integral can weaken high-frequency signal and greatly preserve low-frequency signal nonlinearly, that is, the high-frequency noise can be removed while retaining the information of low-frequency image itself, thus the fractional calculus can achieve good a denoising effect and the application of fractional calculus theory in the digital image processing field has also been favored by more and more scholars. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing previous research works, this paper proposes a new method for detecting noise points in images using fractional differential gradient and an improved image denoising algorithm based on fractional integration. The noise detection method determines the noise position by the fractional differential gradient, and achieves to detect the noise, snowflake and stripe anomaly though utilizing the neighborhood information feature of the image and the contour and direction distribution of various noise anomalies in spatial domain;the image denoising algorithm firstly regards the appearance of noise points in image as a small probability event and divides it, then applies the fractional calculus to subtly transform and adjust signal filter and meanwhile utilizes iterative idea to control image denoising effect for accurately distinguishing between noise and high-frequency signals, so that the original image feature information is more preserved while the image is denoised. The simulation results show that this algorithm model can effectively remove the noise while maintaining the details of image edge and texture, and have the characteristics of simple algorithm and good stability. In order to deeply explore the hidden value of big data and promote the process improvement and decision-making level of complex product manufacturing enterprises, the construction of big data analysis service platform for complex product manufacturing was studied. On the basis of the requirement analyzing of complex products, we set up a service-oriented manufacturing big data access platform architecture, and introduced the key technologies of the platform, elaborated the platform function. The platform has implemented the big data access, pre-processing, storage and analysis, especially provided distributed computing engines, algorithmic artifacts, visual artifacts, and visual analysis tools in complex product manufacturing. It supports the rapid construction of complex product big data analysis applications in form of service assembly.

Exploiting Stable Data Dependency in Stream Processing Acceleration on FPGAs

With the unique feature of fine-grained parallelism, field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) show great potential for streaming algorithm acceleration. However, the lack of a design framework, restrictions on FPGAs, and ineffective tools impede the utilization of FPGAs in practice. In this study, we provide a design paradigm to support streaming algorithm acceleration on FPGAs. We first propose an abstract model to describe streaming algorithms with homogeneous sub-functions (HSF) and stable data dependency (SDD), which we call the HSF-SDD model. Using this model, we then develop an FPGA framework, PE-Ring, that has the advantages of (1) fully exploiting algorithm parallelism to achieve high performance, (2) leveraging block RAM to serve large scale parameters, and (3) enabling flexible parameter adjustments. Based on the proposed model and framework, we finally implement a specific converter to generate the register-transfer level representation of the PE-Ring. Experimental results show that our method outperforms ordinary FPGA design tools by one to two orders of magnitude. Experiments also demonstrate the scalability of the PE-Ring.

With the development of science and technology, the computer network is on the rise. But once it fails, it will have a major impact. So the reliability of computer network is paid attention to by people. First of all, in this paper, the current situation of computer network reliability research was summarized, and the computer network reliability theory was introduced, and then the factors that affect the reliability of the analysis were analyzed. Based on this, the multi-objective optimization model was combined with genetic algorithm, and the network reliability related indicators were analyzed, and then the corresponding optimization measures were proposed, so as to provide reference for the related research.

This paper describes a set of on-site earthquake safety evaluation systems for buildings, which were developed based on a network platform. The system embedded into the quantitative research results which were completed in accordance with the provisions from Post-earthquake Field Works, Part 2： Safety Assessment of Buildings, GB18208.2 -2001, and was further developed into an easy-to-use software platform. The system is aimed at allowing engineering professionals, civil engineeing technicists or earthquake-affected victims on site to assess damaged buildings through a network after earthquakes. The authors studied the function structure, process design of the safety evaluation module, and hierarchical analysis algorithm module of the system in depth, and developed the general architecture design, development technology and database design of the system. Technologies such as hierarchical architecture design and Java EE were used in the system development, and MySQL5 was adopted in the database development. The result is a complete evaluation process of information collection, safety evaluation, and output of damage and safety degrees, as well as query and statistical analysis of identified buildings. The system can play a positive role in sharing expert post-earthquake experience and promoting safety evaluation of buildings on a seismic field.

The paper puts forward the basic theory and concept of intrusion detection and discusses the essential principle of intrusion detection technology, especially discusses the technology based on statistic model. At the same time, a basic structure of abnormal intrusion detection system has been designed in the paper. According to the probability theory, a new abnormal intrusion detection algorithm model based on normal distribution is also constructed. Comparing to others, the arithmetic model is simple implement, better operative and reliable. The arithmetic model is worth applying and popularizing.
