The amount of data required in enterprise performance evaluation is increasing, and the number and complexity of data indicators are also increasing. Traditional enterprise performance evaluation methods often need a lot of manpower, material and financial input, and the accuracy and reliability of the results are difficult to guarantee. How to use computer science and technology to realize the intelligence and precision of enterprise performance evaluation becomes an important research object. This paper takes enterprise performance evaluation data index simulation as the research object, aiming to explore a new method to realize the precision and intelligence of enterprise performance evaluation. The improved neural network algorithm and parameter optimization technology are used to simulate the relevant data indicators of enterprise performance evaluation, so as to realize the intelligent analysis and accurate prediction of enterprise performance evaluation. The results show that the improved neural network algorithm and parameter optimization technology proposed in this paper can effectively simulate and predict the data indicators of enterprise performance evaluation.

Blind signal separation (BSS) technology is a new research direction in the field of modern signal processing. In this paper, a single channel speech blind separation method based on time-frequency masking and genetic algorithm optimization is proposed for single-channel speech blind separation. Firstly, the mixed signal is decomposed into an Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF) with different source signal characteristics by using the Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD) algorithm to compose a new multidimensional signal, and then use the genetic algorithm based on genetic algorithm optimization of Independent Component Analysis Method to Realize Blind Separation of Signals. The experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the efficiency and stability of the operation and obtain a good separation effect.

The human iris exhibits random and unique textural patterns that allow for identification with high accuracy. These patterns are evident in near-infrared (NIR) imagery, even for very dark irises. Iris templates are created from NIR iris imagery with the Ridge Energy Direction (RED) recognition algorithm and subsequently matched to measure performance. In this paper we investigate the feasibility of algorithm optimization by performing an initial fractional template comparison to eliminate high Hamming distance (HD) score matches followed by a full template re-comparison or iterative higher fractional template comparison on remaining templates. Recognition performance for different fractional template areas is analyzed with a view towards substantial improvement of algorithm identification time performance. The feasibility of identification time reduction by 60% or more is reported both ICE and Bath data sets.

Aiming at the typical problem of unmanned underwater vehicle (UAV) path planning, this paper proposes a fuzzy optimization algorithm based on adaptive fireworks. Firstly, the track performance index with a multi-objective fuzzy optimization strategy based on energy consumption and buoy threat was established. Then, the adaptive fireworks search algorithm was used for track planning. Finally, three groups of simulation and comparison experiments with different levels of complex environment were carried out. The results showed that the fuzzy optimization algorithm based on adaptive fireworks can effectively solve the multi-objective fuzzy optimization problem. The method proposed in this paper provided a useful reference for unmanned underwater vehicle path planning.

Humans are basically curious creatures. We always look for all the latest information through books or news. News usually contain tags or categories to make it easier to find similar news. It can be done manually by human or with machine to make it easier. Data mining technique such as clustering and classification can be used to help the categorization process. Clustering is a technique that can be used to grouped news based on their similarity. There is some algorithm that can be used to clustering data. One of it is Ant Colony optimization (ACO). ACO is a metaheuristic algorithm that mimics how ants brings food to the colony. ACO also can be used to solve clustering problem. In this paper, we will use the ACO version for clustering to cluster news and find the performance of said method. Then we compare the result with ground truth.

Block chain technology and satellite integration to achieve wide-area security transactions has become a hot topic in the field of information security. It will face two major problems: the real-time transmission of large-span digital currency and the credibility of digital currency transmission under complex interference. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a multi-constrained optimization-based hashing algorithm for long-span digital currency transactions. By analyzing satellite communication means and one-way hashing operation, the relationship between time delays under long-span digital currency transmission is obtained. By optimizing the hashing operation of constraints, the algorithm is improved largely. The adaptive ability of bit error rate (BER) and the construction of digital token based on multi-constraint enhanced hash algorithm provide a reliable authentication benchmark for digital currency transactions, design a large-span digital currency transaction process, and effectively suppress the information leakage caused by interference in the transmission process. The simulation results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is greatly improved in security and complexity.

Genetic algorithm (GA) is widely used because it is an efficient, effective and robust optimization method. However, it needs a lot of computational time to find the optimal solution, especially when the objective function is complex. To overcome these difficulties, the concept of immunity based on vaccination is integrated into GA to promote the reproduction of excellent schemata. Furthermore, in order to improve the correctness of vaccines, based on the characteristic of GA and with the help of statistical concepts, how to peoduce the excellent group is proposed and vaccines are obtained from it. vaccine extraction, vaccine effectiveness determination for current generation are proposed. Experiments show that without compromising the solution quality, the proposed method reduces the computational time and increases the convergence rate greatly.

The H.264 standard achieves higher compression efficiency than previous video coding standards with the rate-distortion optimized (RDO) method for mode decision. The outstanding coding performance of H.264, however, comes at the cost of significantly increased complexity. In this paper, we present algorithm-level optimization methods: input parameter selection, fast inter-mode decision, and efficient combination of motion estimation and mode decision. Simulation results show that our optimized H.264 encoder achieves real-time encoding for Video Graphics Array (VGA) and eXtended Graphics Array (XGA) on a commercial personal computer without introducing serious quality degradations.
