Random Forest algorithm is an ensemble learning algorithm that classifies data by combining multiple decision trees. It has a wide range of applications and is not easy to overfit. It has a wide range of applications in medicine, bioinformatics, management and other fields. By studying the Cobb-Douglas sales function, it is found that it can only analyze the static allocation of marketing resources, but cannot describe the dynamic changes. Enterprise marketing resource management runs through the enterprise management from beginning to end. SVD-Aided Beamforming and Power allocation algorithm for Multiuser Turbo-BLAST System Uplink with Imperfect CSI

The SVD-aided joint transmitter and receiver design for the uplink of CDMA-based synchronous multiuser Turbo-BLAST systems is proposed in the presence of channel state information (CSI) imperfection. At the transmitter, the beamforming and power allocation schemes are developed to maximize the capacity of the desired user. At the receiver, a suboptimal decorrelating scheme is first proposed to mitigate the multiuser interference (MUI) and decouple the detection of different users with imperfect CSI, and then the iterative detecting algorithm that takes the channel estimation error into account is designed to cancel the coantenna interference (CAI) and enhance the bit error rate (BER) results further. Simulation results show that the proposed uplink CDMA-based multiuser Turbo-BLAST model is effective, the detection from every user is completely independent to each other after decorrelating, and the system performance can be enhanced by the proposed beamforming and power allocation schemes. Furthermore, BER performance can be enhanced by the modified iterative detection. The effect of CSI imperfection is evaluated, which is proved to be a useful tool to assess the system performance with imperfect CSI.

Research on the resource allocation algorithm of multi user D2D communication based on the maximization of cell throughput

With the rapid development of information technology, the variety and quantity of various kinds of communication resources have appeared in a large scale. An appropriate algorithm for the communication resource data of fragmented and chaotic can improve the utilization of communication resources. Based on this, the D2D communication resource allocation algorithm based on the maximization of cell throughput was studied. In this paper, firstly, space division multiplexing combined with cell throughput was introduced;then, the working principles of D2D communication were introduced;finally, the cell throughput maximization multiplexing multiuser D2D communication resource allocation algorithm was presented based on the process. The results show that the D2D communication resource allocation algorithm based on the maximum cell throughput maximization can effectively reduce the requirements of the signal transmission bandwidth.

The energy-efficient design for heterogeneous OFDM downlink systems has attracted much attention since the problem of environmental pollution becomes dramatically serious. The core issue of the problem is power optimization. In this paper, the optimization problem is modeled as a multi-cell OFDM downlink heterogeneous system and the energy efficiency is calculated as the total throughput divided by the total power consumption. To solve the problem we first derive the relationship between the total power consumption and the system energy efficiency. Then the existence of the unique optimal value of the energy efficiency, which can be get by adjusting the transmit power, is proved. Thus, an improved water-filling algorithm is proposed to achieve the maximum energy efficiency of the system but the complexity is too high for the current system. Then we propose a distributed suboptimal algorithm to approach the optimal value. It adjusts the transmit power of each cell independently and finally converges by a certain number of iterations. Simulation results illustrate the features of the energy efficiency and show the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective.

This paper considers the optimization-based traffic allocation problem among multiple end points in connectionless networks. The network utility function is modeled as a non-concave function, since it is the best description of the quality of service perceived by users with inelastic applications, such as video and audio streaming. However, the resulting non-convex optimization problem, is challenging and requires new analysis and solution techniques. To overcome these challenges, we first propose a hierarchy of problems whose optimal value converges to the optimal value of the non-convex optimization problem as the number of moments tends to infinity. From this hierarchy of problems, we obtain a convex relaxation of the original non-convex optimization problem by considering truncated moment sequences. For solving the convex relaxation, we propose a fully distributed iterative algorithm, which enables each node to adjust its date allocation/rate adaption among any given set of next hops solely based on information from the neighboring nodes. Moreover, the proposed traffic allocation algorithm converges to the optimal value of the convex relaxation at a O(1/K) rate, where K is the iteration counter, with a bounded optimality. At the end of this paper, we perform numerical simulations to demonstrate the soundness of the developed algorithm.

Recently, the high-speed railway has developed rapidly. In a wireless fading channel, sharing the same physical resources, user equipments (UEs) with high speed (HUE) and UEs in a macro cell (MUE) interfere with each other. A power allocation scheme in high-speed mobile environment is considered to suppress such interference. Specifically, our power allocation scheme aims at maximizing the effective capacity of users. Besides, each user tries to compete for these resources to satisfy its own quality of service (QoS) guarantee. In order to handle the selfish behaviors of two users, the power allocation problem for the MUE and the HUE is modeled as a non-cooperative game. Then the existence of the Nash Equilibrium of the game is established, as well as its uniqueness. Simulation results show our power allocation scheme has a better performance.

Affected by the mutation of runway condition, cross-wind, unbalance load and different performance of brake device on both sides of the wheels, there will generally appear yaw angle and lateral offset while the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is taxiing. The UAV would skid off the runway and cause serious accident if the yaw angle and lateral offset are not corrected in time. In this paper, a dynamic allocation algorithm for the gain of UAV nose wheel steering and differential braking based on decomposition control is proposed to correct these departures and make the UAV turning back to the center of runway. By this algorithm, the route following control of UAV is achieved.

In this paper, an efficient dynamic bandwidth allocation (DBA) algorithm based fuzzy logic for upstream Ethernet passive optical networks (EPON) is proposed. The algorithm provides the allotment of bandwidth for inter optical network unit (ONU) and intra ONU. We compared the performance of DBA algorithm based fuzzy logic and DBA algorithm without fuzzy logic in terms of bandwidth utilization and delay. The results shows that the usage of fuzzy logic improve the bandwidth utilization up to 20% and about 50% reduction on the system delay is achieved.

Aiming the problem that it is difficult for the stationary spectrum allocation method of existing HF access network to meet the requirement of intelligent frequency hopping technology, the communication requirement of intelligent frequency hopping HF access network is analyzed in this paper, to come up with the dynamic frequency spectrum allocation strategy and algorithm of maximum handling capacity. Simulation results reveal that maximum network handling capacity frequency spectrum allocation algorithm can efficiently support the application of intelligent frequency hopping technology in HF access network. Compared with frequency fixing communication with stationary frequency spectrum allocation method, there are improvements on subnet reachability, network handling capacity, subnet-satisfaction, as well as significant decrease of interference rate.
